It is very comfortable. I like the style. Size it's little larger than normal shoe size. I wear normal shoe size 9W. Klogs Napples, I wear 8.5 W and still rooms for socks.

The shoe is incredibly comfortable. But the leather with the imprinted design tends to make a crease when you bend your foot and doesn't look good. The plain smooth leather klog shoes do not do that.

I am still breaking them in but they are so much cushier than the Dansko brand. They are a bit more shaped like a high heel inside then I would like so not 100% sure if they will work fully.

These shoes are as amazing as the reviews say. It's like walking on a cloud. I work in a lab. They provide great cushioning for standing all day. I was most impressed by the amount of arch support. I have very high arches and have never found a pair of shoes that offered me so much support. They feel custom made. Because I have such a high instep the top of the shoe is just a tiny bit too tight. Sometimes I have to fuss with my socks to get them lined up just right. But this is a small price to pay for the amount of arch support and cushioning they provide. I wish they offered them in more colors.

I really like these shoes best out of all the work clog styles available. They are more comfy than Dankso, more supportive than Sketchers and less silly looking than Allegria. They dont last quite as long as I would like for the price but I am very rough on them.

These shoes are so cute. They are really comfortable and since I have bad feet that need lots of support, that is important. They do seem to run a little large but I'm afraid the size smaller would be too small. I seem to be in between sizes on a lot of shoes. I would definitely recommend them. I love Zappos because I can get shoes quickly and then have time to see if they are comfortable. Often in a store I think they fit only to get home and wear them and find out they hurt. With Zappos I can walk around the house for a few minutes and tell more and send them back if they aren't comfortable.

The people who make KLOGS could corner the market on Dansko's if only they would make more interesting and fun colors and patterns. Seriously. They seem to do a limited run of the more creative designs. The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I work on my feet and these are far superior to Dansko or any other clogs as far as I am concerned. They work especially well for people with narrow heels like mine. I have foot issues and I was thrilled to discover these shoes 4 years ago. They have changed my life - they have great arch support and good cushioning and lateral stability. I have 5 pairs which are in current rotation and am hoping for more designs, but I order back up pairs and put them away in case they don't make ones I like.

I ONLY wear Klogs shoes to work and on long mall shopping excursions. They help me endure my 10-12 hour days. The arch support and constant cushion as I walk leave my feet peppy by the end of the day. When I received my last shipment of 2 pairs of shoes, I immediately opened them and had my co-workers try them on to feel what I have been preaching to them all along. Sold! My co-worker ordered a pair. I have 5 pairs of shoes total, and looking to buy another style soon.

LOVE THESE!! I'm an RN and do 12hr shifts and needed new shoes to support me for a long day. I was initially hesitant to purchase these because they reminded me so much of Danskos which I find very uncomfortable, I'm so glad I gave them a chance! They're way lighter and have a rubber heel instead of the hard heel on Dansko. They still do the heel slip a bit in the back but I don't fall out of them and feel like I'm going to twist an ankle. They're great for walking around the unit all day but are also super comfy when standing in the OR for extended periods of time, and the patent material on top makes them really easy to clean. Highly recommend!

After a lifetime of standing on cement floors, my feet/ankles/knees are in horrible shape. It was a never-ending quest to find a shoe that had good structure, good arch support, felt good while walking, and wasn't b*tt ugly. Tah-dah! I've worn the open-back Austin with some success, but the Naples is my answer. I have the brown-tooled and the sangria-patent but it won't be long before I add more. The wide heel sole stabilizes (I tip over in Danskos), the insole is so good I haven't needed to replace it with anything else, the structure of the shoe keeps my feet in place, and for a perpetual jeans wearer in retirement, they look goooood. I usually wear a 9.5 d/w/ww, and the Naples in 9.5w is excellent (with socks); in the Austin, I size down to 9w. Happy, happy me: I can wear these all day and I don't need naproxen at the end of the day.

I love Klogs! I am a nursing student and these are all that have been recommend to me! The sizing can be a little tricky but its worth figuring out! I usually wear an 8.5-9 shoe and the 8W fits great. I also ordered the 8.5 regular and it stretched a bit and fits fine now. The all leather ones will stretch a bit but the plastic ones will not. I couldn't ask for a more fun and comfortable shoe. The arch support is amazing, there is no break in period (no blisters!!!), and the shoe is all around great. Just add them to your cart!

ran large. I normally wear 9.5M. I have pair of these that are 4 yrs old in 9.5 that fit great. this new model fits me in 8.5M. Had to return 2 pairs to get the size right. I wear footie workout socks with them and the 8.5 still fits. If you can get the right size, these are very comfortable. I stand on my feet all day and can't stand to wear any other shoe in the OR.

I love these! My job causes me to sometimes run at the last minute. I love shoes like this because they are stylish, yet when I am tasked on a mission and I need to speed walk, you dont hear "clunk, clunk" or "tap tap".They fit so well, I can wear my thin or thick socks and they hold my heel in place. They are true to size. I got a 9.5 and could had easily worn a size 9.

These are the 3rd pair I've bought. The first pair was a perfect fit. The 2nd was too tight. These felt good in length and wide but the toe bump in the foot bed is in the middle of my toes instead of where its suppose to be. I love the high arch support it had. Too bad its at the cost of my toes.

Love Klogs! Unfortunately these slipped too much in the heel and I know a smaller size isn't going to work in length and width. Boo Hoo.

Was looking for a black shoe with no laces (can't stand them constantly coming undone causing a tripping hazard) for waiting on tables so they had to have EXCELLENT support and be verrrrrry comfortable. You're on your feet for over 9 hours, no breaks, no sitting down, in constant walking motion. These are it!! It did take me a little bit of playing around with sizing and width to find the perfect fit - send two other size/width combinations back. All worth it. This was my first clog type of shoe for food service, I normally stuck to sneakers for years. What's weird is that they're funny for the walk on the sidewalks back home (don't love so much, but it's ok) but they are a dream while I'm working.

After about 3 months of working in a hospital setting, the upper began separating from the sole, and you can clearly see that the upper is just a paper thin layer of leather on top of cotton underlay to give the appearance of leather, but not the durability or stretch. Now I know that is why they never fleshed out to fit properly. For this price and with the label of leather, I feel had.

Love these shoes they've comfortable and after long hours my feet don't hurt!! They only thing is they run a bit bigger... I wear an 8.5 wide, however once I received them they were a size to big... Returned them for an 8 wide & still a little big but ok... The return process was easy, free & I received the new pair the next day!

These run a half size larger. I usually wear a 10, but this 10 was too big for me. I have ordered 9.5. Gorgeous shoe though. A bit stiff out of the box, but I am hopeful that with wear they will soften up..

Eureka! I found a great shoe! I have a balance condition, so my shoes are as much medical device as footwear. These Naples are awesome. The backs are low and stiff enough that I can slip my foot in without bending (falling) over. I can have a little elevation from the sole and wedge height without being in danger of toppling over. The foot support is great - gives me a lot of contact along the bottom of my entire foot with the slight arch support. The bottoms are much more “grippy” than most shoes so I don’t slip on slick surfaces. Even the slightest slip sends my brain into a panic, so I would have noticed if there was any problem. I can’t do shoes that have crepe or other “sticky” soles because that trips me up. These Klogs soles are a pleasant compromise between sticky and slick. My previous shoe was an Ecco, which was great, but the Ecco’s seem to have gotten narrower. I couldn’t even get a medium on my foot and they don’t come in wide. Alternatively, I ordered the Klogs Naples in wide and feel I could have gone with the medium (given that leather stretches. I’ll try this for my next pair - which there will be one. Last thing, the sole of this shoe has some “bounce” to it, which is probably why so many reviewers who are on their feet all day love it. If you are someone who is new to balance difficulties, though, you probably want to try something with a harder, flatter, more stable sole. Slightly cushy surfaces are a real challenge for someone new to the condition.

I got these as a replacement for my "mission" style klogs. These aren't quite as comfortable right out of the box, but I'm still breaking them in. I'll try to remember to update in a few weeks. Oh yes- For this brand, I've been most comfortable going with ½ size down.

Glad I listened to the other reviews and ordered a half size smaller. This shoe does run large. I could have almost have gone a whole size smaller. If I was at a store and the had the option to try on multiple sizes I might have opted for a whole size smaller rather than just a half size. But the Shoes are comfortable with good arch support so I am keeping the size I ordered. Shoes fit more like a backless clog, on the loose side in the heel, much like the Dansko clogs fit. But I believe that is the way they are designed to fit. I love the tooled design on the leather, makes them cuter than plan leather. I gave them an overall 4 due to the sizing not being true.

These shoes have real potential! They have the thickest insole compared to many shoes I have tried (I'm in the hunt for a max-comfort shoe.) But they are large in general, especially wide (medium width is "C")and the heel slipped significantly. I reordered a 1/2 size down to compare -- this was too short and still felt wide at the heel and still slipped uncomfortably. But would give a try if I had a wider foot.
