There is no arch support because the insole is totally flat. That is the only reason for the return. Disappointed because they looked nice on my feet. However, Zappos is the best for returns.

These are nice shoes, but the strap cut into my ankle. They seemed to run a little large, too. Unfortunately I am going to have to return them. As always Zappos is great to do business with. I tell everyone I can to order from them!

The shoes are well-made. However, they come up too high on the sides around the ankle and rub when I walk in them. In addition, there's little arch support, and I feel my foot being forced into a pronating position. I am difficult to fit and have a number of foot problems. I've always had a high arch, and at this point in my life I need more support. Unfortunately, they will go back. Thank you Zappos for making shopping so easy!

There is so much padding inside that makes the shoes look huge, and feet look huge too. Bulging and gapping at the sides. The color is not blue-it is mint green. The shoes might be good for high volume feet - I mean circumference. Might be somewhat squeezing in the toe area.

I really wanted this shoe to work after a few had recommended it to me. The medium width worked well with my shoe size of 7.5 and the ample toe room as noted by others was indeed welcome. Unfortunately the heel strike was not as cushioning for me as other shoes I have tried. The overall shoe felt a little less comfortable than memories of my still difficult to replace Merrell Grasbow sneaker or short winter Born or Gentle Souls boots. One might wonder why I am comparing the fit of a shoe to that of a boot or sneaker. Well I have an autoimmune disease with arthritis in the large metatarsals, a small bunion in one large toe and recurring bursitis in both knees. I have balance challenges and so have to feel that any shoe/sneaker/boot is supportive, cushioning on the foot bed, have moderate arch support, allow enough room in the toe area, feel soft upon my feet and have a sole that bends enough in order to do the heel toe motion when trying to walk. The search is real and utterly grateful for the Zappos customer service and try and return policy.

OK, I AM DIABETIC, ALSO HAVE "FOOT DROP" ON RIGHT FOOT, BEEN WEARING "DREW" BLACK MARY JANES FOR NINE YEARS! THIS SHOE/SNEAKER BY DREW HAD SO MUCH PADDING BY THE TIME I GOT MY BRACE INTO SHOE, MY FOOT WAS SCRUNCHED!!! :( THEREFORE I HAD TO RETURN THEM & GUESS I CANNOT WEAR "SNEAKER| TYPE SHOES............BUT RATHER.........'"SHOES"!! CUTE SNEAKER, BUT SADLY NOT FOR ME!!

The shoe fit, no question, so it seemed true to size and width, which was 11W. My arches are high, so straps over the arch do not usually fit. These straps were long enough but not generously so. I sent the shoes back because 1) they weren't comfortable, and 2) My feet looked enormous in them. Also, I thought the mesh would let air circulate, but the mesh was lined, so less circulation than hoped for. It was not meant to be.

This shoe does have added toe depth but it feels stiff. Not as flexible as others. Expected more arch support. .perhaps, slightly higher heel would help. Awkward looking on maybe because it's just my awkward looking feet

my foot would slip up and down when I walked around the house,eventually a blister would more than likely occur. They seemed a little clumpy looking too.

I was super disappointed in this shoe. The leather makes it look old ladyish and clunky. The back of the shoe comes up too high on my ankle which makes it uncomfortable. I also do not like the placement of the strap. These shoes will be returned.

Ordered these for a trip but after receiving them, I was not thrilled with the style, especially since they are quite expensive. I have a narrow foot so the narrow sizes are for me. Instead, I'm keeping a Naturalizer Morrison White Leather lace up tennis type shoe in white/beige that also comes in narrow. It fit perfectly!

The strap on this shoe is too high on my foot causing top of the foot pain.

Although these shoes actually felt good on my feet, I couldn’t handle the ugly. Sorry if someone else feels they’re lovely. They’re going back.

Heel width was correct for Narrow but area forward of the strap and the toe box were wide for a Narrow. I also didn't care for the style in person. They were comfortable and if they fit better and looked more stylish on my feet I would have kept them.

Too wide and too ugly.

Even though my foot is wide the ankle part looked too wide. Maybe a smaller size but I did not like the look. Too clunky

the material is different than the other colors. seemed to be too warm. I need the wide width so I will need to return,

This shoe is extremely cute. I really wanted it to work for me, but I can't get it on over my AFO brace. So, it has to go back despite looking adorable and feeling like it would be light and cool with the mesh.

Stylish looking from the side view and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the strap ruins the front view and makes it look like you're wearing and old lady orthotic shoe. It gives the shoe too much bulk.

I bought these Drew shoes for my new custom orthotics which are really thick and require a deep shoe. The insole that comes with the shoe is nice and the shoe feels comfortable right out of the box but a little heavy. I sat at my desk and wore these shoes with my thick foam orthotics in them and realized after a relatively short time that my feet had become hot and it was a cool winter with a room temperature around 68 degrees. I will have to return these shoes because they will be too hot for the warm weather. Also, the strap that goes across the instep was right up against the spot where the shin meets the ankle and wasn't all that comfortable to me but might not be an issue for someone else.

appearance and quality of construction was fine but toe box was small and top opening rubbed against the top of my foot.

Way too tight across the ball of my foot. Comfortable padding. Cute.

This shoe is not as attractive as the photo shows. The materials at the back of the shoe were too stiff for me. Also, the shoe is cut too high in the back for me (came up too close to my ankles). Thank you, Zappos, for your user-friendly return procedure.

Resolved my knee pain. Right height, right angle. Only negative is the collar is too stiff around the ankle.
