Fusion & Sabres are the best Globe shoes, pricey but worth it. I still own a pair of sabres i bought in 2012.

Kept coming back to the Globe Fusion after I had already bought a pair of Nikes. Finally bought them, and I'm glad I did. They look fantastic. They are a bit stiff and definitely need a break-in period.

I've been a Globe wearer for at least 5 years, I easily choose these over DC for comfort (though DC has wider color palette for style). I usually go for the all black pair but my size choice 10.5 or 11 is usually sold out when it comes time for a new pair. I've luckily been able to receive my last two pairs as gifts. I'll be choosing the black with white accents for the next one. I would grade comfort a little less (but won't) because I generally wear the sneaker in situations probably not intended - as an all purpose shoe and do not use for skating (I don't skate). I work 8 hours on my feet and this might not be the best for long term wear, followed by further wear time during social activities. These shoes are also not good if there are spills on an interior or smooth floor as they do slip on wet surfaces. This probably goes without saying but it's not very good for hiking. But again, I still go with 5 stars because this is my favorite sneaker. I'm getting older now and want to get out of wearing skate shoes (especially since I don't skate), but it's just too hard. I really like the style and fact that the tongue is stationary to make these practically slip ons! I have not tied a pair of these yet. The only downside is that my current pair didn't last as long as I would have liked. The material started cracking and for the first time ever I've actually gotten holes on the sides of both shoes and one in the front. Could that be because they've gotten wet too many times? Possibly. Could it be because I wear them at least 16 hours a day (work and play)? Probably. It could very well have just been a bad pair.

My favorite shoes were the Etnies Vallely, which they stopped making a long time ago. This Globe Fusion is the closest shoe that I have found to the original Vallely shoe. I am happy to have finally found a suitable replacement for the Valleys. A solid well made shoe. I wear 11-11½, circa, Vans, I wear 11½, Etnies I wear 11, in this Globe shoe I wear 11.

These shoes will not die. Well not totally true...I just ordered my second pair (in almost 3 years.) Good fit, decent support, tough & cool.

Love these shoes! This is my 3rd pair. They last year's under above average use. Globe really makes a quality product for a reasonable price. Ordered these shoes on a Sunday evening and had them by Tuesday! Zappos rocks!

This is my third pair of Globe Fusion sneakers, and they are the best. As long as Globe keeps making these I will keep buying them. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, "Like walking on pillows" is a perfect description. When it comes to skateboarding they work, period. I skated downhill with these and the soles lasted longer than any other skate shoes I've tried. Thanx Globe, keep up the good work.

Comfortable and bulletproof. These have been some of the best shoes I've ever owned! They're a little on the bulky side, if that's something you care about. But this gives you better protection when riding. Sole is a little stiff for feeling a skateboard, but fine for everyday use.

Love these shoes. I have purchased several of these fusion by Globe over the years. Very durable, very comfortable. One of my favorites for sure. I buy all my shoes from Zappos.

This shoe is awesome, this is the second pair Ive bought and its now my go to shoe, especially for work since I'm on my feet all the time and they're very nicely padded just about everywhere. I stay simple with the black on grey and the black on brown but they have tons of choices. One thing Id say is to order a size up from what you normally wear. A lot of reviews for this shoe said to do that and I did and they fit perfectly. Worth the $!

Great shoe, thicker and offers more protection than a typical skate shoe. But still gives you the feel you need. Has a one piece sole and those always last longer if your soles typically split from the side of shoe.

I had a pair of Globe Chet Thomas's I used to skate in every day and they outlasted every other shoe brand I've tried. Nice style, not too flashy or odd colors. These shoes are lightweight and comfy. The arch felt a little short until they are broken in. Now they feel great. I recommend these shoe to everyone I know and people who have had a pair just go on about how good they are. I like how on this model (Fusion) and the Sabre the "tongue" is not separate from the sides, it's kind of one piece and fits well on the top of my foot. The Sabre is the closest to the "Chet" model with the Nitrocell and looks. I bought a pair of Fusion and one of Tilt at first then when they arrived my fiancee wanted a pair so I ordered her Tilts and I got the Sabre's...neither of us will wear any other brand skate shoe from now on.

I will purchase these shoes over and over again as long as I am able to find them. Globe makes solid long lasting shoes. The Fusion have a collar that connects to the tongue for easy slip on and off. Very supportive and comfortable.

This is mt second time buying this model shoe (Globe Fusion). My last pair lasted over a year with using them everyday. These shoes last long and look good even after a lot of use. I highly recommend them.

Zappos = 5 Stars. The web site is quick and easy to see what you want. The shoes came quickly. The shoes came how I ordered them. They also fit like I tried them on before I purchased them.

I have had the Fusions for about a month. I love the support the inner sock provides. I also bought a pair of the Sabres, which feel a tiny bit more comfortable, but not by much. I am considering buying a few more pairs of the Fusions in different colors. I currently have the Charcoal, Griffin, and White Fusions in size 10.

I have owned several pairs of Globe Fusions, and they are my absolute favorite sneaker. I used to skate board and these are extremely comfortable shoes. I don't skate anymore but I've recently been wearing Puma sneakers and missed my Fusions. So my fiancé got me a pair of Fusions again, (because I never shut up about how they were my favorites) and I couldn't be happier! You'll love them!

I have owned 3 pairs of this shoe over the past 3 years, (love them), in a size 7.5 Just ordered a new pair in 7.5 on 2/15/13 and they barely fit! I checked the inside of the shoe and my previous pair was made in China, the new ones say Made in Indonesia. FYI at least in my case the shoe is running smaller now! Going to exchange for an 8 and see how they are.

Absolutely no complaints. This is my second purchase of this particular shoe. But I have purchased numerous globes in the past. I love Zappos!

Love these shoes. Globe has become my go-to brand. I've had these for almost a year now and they are still very comfortable and look great.

I love this shoe. My last 2 pairs were this exact shoe, and I'm getting it again when the color I want is in stock :D I wish they would bring back the white with black toe. I am normally a 7 in mens but with these I am a 7.5. The tongue is attached/wraps around and gives awesome ankle padding. The inside of the heel is the first thing to wear out on both pairs that I've had, I've never had that happen with other shoes but I also wear the hell out of these.
