The material is quite coarse, unexpectedly. It has no give and cut into my heel. This is my tenth or twelfth pair of Tom’s and these ones turned out to be strangely not delightful. Something pretty significant has changed about the materials. Look for an older pair instead.

Heels started ripping and fraying after less than a month of moderate wear. Soles are already wearing out too. Garbage.

So small I could not even get them on my feet. Ordered mens thinking the extra width would be comfy... SO DISAPPOINTED!

I love these shoes, it was my first time buying Toms and I knew they were durable and made to last. I wear them a couple times a week, moderate walking. The sole of the shoe is coming out and detaching from the shoe. I know this should not be happening and am extremely dissatisfied with how they are holding up after only three weeks.

I've had multiple pairs of Toms in the same size. For some reason, TWO pairs of Toms in a row from Zappos were huge. Not sure what's going on here, but had to return for fit.
