I have worn Give N Go boxer briefs for many years. I have gone through 4 sets of 10, each set last 4 to for years. I got a different color each time so I could tell them apart. That's the thing, isn't it - being able to tell a 3 year old pair apart from a brand new pair. I had to have a color to make that distinction clear without looking at the the printing of the label. Now, I can tell because the waistband looks like crepe paper after less than a year. The fabric is thin and they bunch. The NEVER bunched, that is what made me Ex-Officio GNG a believer those many years ago. Now I am auditioning other brands. I am bummed. Reliable underwear makes life easier and more comfortable. Y'all used to own these qualities. *sniff* sad to have to leave you...

I have been wearing these Boxers for over 10 years. The first pairs I bought had a certain Elastic Waist Band that I like. The band does not 'roll over'. The new boxers I bought unfortunately have a different Waist Band. The new Waist Band is more cloth like and 'rolls over'. I do not like that. My original Boxers are finally wearing out after 10 years.

I bought the white version and after on washing, they begin to turn gray. In a year, they are an ugly gray.

I have been wearing these boxers for many years, however, because of the recent changes in the waistband and the much tighter leg openings, I will have to find a different brand.

I have been buying Give and Go boxers for around 20 years and they have been bulletproof. However, the last 6-8 pair I've purchased this year seem to be made of a different material. They are constantly getting snagged and really after 1 use look worse than pairs I have worn countless times. Can't figure this out.

These have been my go-to work underwear, until you guys added a foot long tag to the back that can't be removed. Who thought this was a good idea to have a tag down your butt crack?

I recently bought a pair of boxer briefs and was very disapointed in the quality. I compared them to a pair I purchased two years ago and; the material feels thiner and flimsier, the waistband has become narrower and elastic feels very cheap. I'm waiting to see how long before they start to pill, I purchased a pair 3 months ago and they pilled just after two wearings.

I really like the Give-N-Go Briefs I've used for several years, but wanted to try out the Boxer Briefs. Unfortunately, the sizing is completely different and the waist line in the Large size (white) is almost 3 inches longer than the equivalent size in the regular Briefs. Maybe there was a mix-up in labeling the size at the factory (e.g. XL labeled as L), but I can't recommend these Boxer Briefs because of this issue.

I bought eight pairs and loved them for about a month before they started pilling and sticking together. Great design, terrible manufacturing. Now I have to figure out how to return them.

My husband has been wearing the give and go boxers for years but they've changed the fit. The legs are at least 2 inches bigger around. We will not be purchasing them again. We're very sad.

Probably have owned about 20 pairs (do you refer to boxers as pairs?) of Give-N-Go Boxers. Currently at 5 wearable pair of the older style. The problem, as many have mentioned is the waistband. They lose elasticity much sooner than the actual material wears out. So, Exofficio responded to the problem by changing the waistband to a "stronger" elastic. Since I was in need of a new rotation of boxers I ordered 4 pairs of Large in black (2) olive green (2). Unfortunately, the new L is much tighter the the old style. Tried to "gut " it out and hope they would stretch out but, no dice. So, do I take a loss on the 4 pair and try and move up to XL or start looking for another brand? On the other hand the So Cool boxers are rad! Although the sizing on those run much looser than the Give-N-Go, this is notated in the description. Use them in lieu of pajamas. Best thing ever. Kept my cool through our blazing summer in California. Exofficio, care to weigh in?

Boxers were not as comfortable as expected and the boxers had 2 large "tags" sown into the inside of the underwear. I don't want large tags in my underwear. What is up with that. First and last pair. Sorry!

Have used for over ten years. Have hiked several thousand miles in old version without issue. Went from excellent to horrible quality. Same issues as many others.

Started getting significant pilling right away as others have mentioned -- first wear, the label in the back of my pants rubbed a big patch on the back. Then the crotch-area started pilling and legs sticking together. They fit great, but for this price (any price) the degradation is unacceptable.

9" Boxer Briefs (severely) 'pilled' after being laundered in a washing machine. The underwear were dotted with dozens of fabric balls ('pills'). My strong recommendation - plan on using the underwear as intended - for travel...where they will be laundered by hand and allowed to air dry. For this product...the washing machine/dryer is NOT your friend!

Just read all the other 1 star reviews. They pill and fray after one wash. I wore these once and they look years old. I bought 10 of these and they all did the same thing. Previous product was great but they changed the material. Absolute waste of money.

I have been looking for a quality pair of 9 inch boxer briefs. These are NOT them! If this is an example of the quality, or lack there of, for the exorbitant prices ExOfficio charges, I will NEVER buy another thing from them!!! Their product is garbage!

I cannot properly relay how disappointed I am! Especially after writing a long glowing review about 12 hours ago (which was based on 1 days use). It is VERY UNFORTUNATE that the 1 Star Rating Reviews I'd read before buying a pair turned out to be correct. I have not done anything special activities...I'd ONLY worn them to work where I sit most of the day...I took them off tonight and they are all "Pilled"...at it does indeed act like Velcro...when I took them off it was literally "popping" like velcro being ripped apart...with fine lil' strings...I could NOT believe it...it is they craziest thing! It's very unfortunate, but ExOfficio as a serious problem! Which I am VERY sorry to have to say, because for two (2) days these were the most comfortable and supportive underwear that I'd EVER had on...I had literally ordered 9 more pairs late yesterday afternoon...and when I took them off...I just now canceled my order...and here I am correcting my previous glowing review. Shaking my head...just very disappointing!!!

Up to this point, I have nothing but great things to say about ExOfficio gear. However, I took these these doggies out for a test spin while training for a month long trek. Please note, this is day one for these undies.Thinking that these would be the golden ticket, I bought 2 pair (like the ad says). So I am humping it for 13 miles, feeling great (can't complain about the feel), thinking that I would be Forrest Gumping it in these bad boys. I get home, take them off to give them a washing, took a look and thought "Dear Lord, I just bought used underwear!" The under carriage was fused together and they were starting to pill. On deeper inspection, it seemed like the satchel was sewn from hospital gown material, or maybe like Frogg Togg started making underwear for the "just in case" situation. I could be off on this whole thing. Who knows, might be like a LuLu Lemon deal where some of us aren't meant to wear Give and Go due to our ablity to fuse underwear crotches (no thigh gap, that's why I bought them in the first place) When I say fuse, I'm not joking, we're talking like 50 pound tensile strength. I feel a bit bad, most of you all made it a few days, I fused these puppies in one day.

Materials are all different, but what gets me is the photo online shows the 3" inseam, these came like a baggy boxer brief. I got the sport mesh instead, but haven't liked those in the past as the inside leg pills up.

In an exofficio snob: they're the only underwear I wear! Just bought a new pair on black Friday and the new material sucks. It's incredibly thin, and quite uncomfortable to wear even to bed. Echoing other die-hard fans, why ruin a good thing? I will unfortunately have to shop for other brands now.

Fit great, nice feel but after 5 washings ready for the trash. The fabric is falling apart. My Patagonia equivalents have probably been washed a hundred times over 5 years and are in better condition.
