I hate giving a negative review because I love Zappos so much! Silly, I suppose, because it certainly is not a reflection on them or their outstanding customer service, but I must be honest about my perception of this bag. It had so many glowing reviews that I ignored the dimmer ones. However, after receiving it, I agree with another reviewer who lists numerous difficult-to-live with characteristics. The leather and look are nice, but on a daily basis, this bag would be a source of continual irritation. Major design problem: the cumbersome, sort of adjustable, non-removable, not-very-pretty strap! First of all, it is pieced together in an unattractive, cheap-looking way, never mind the price, and it is lined with fabric, enhancing it's piece-meal appearance. The strap is really stiff, too, so when you go to shorten/double it for hobo carrying, it gaps fairly hideously so it will not lie flat on the shoulder, and the ugly fabric part shows on the outside, leather part on the inside, huh? Way too long to carry by handles, so forget that. Strap aside, I could not imagine having to stick the entire length of my arm way far down in the bottom every time I needed to retrieve something. And it's dark down there! Lining is dark and, as stated, it's a pretty deep hole! Be prepared to dig and feel around a lot with a puzzled-looking wrinkle on your brow, even if you're organized. The bag itself (not the strap!) is attractive, but just being purdy would get old in a very short while.

This bag is great! I plan on using it for school and I know it'll work great. It is very sturdy and has very soft leather. It can fit a binder and maybe a notebook or two. I've been saving up for this bag for a long one now and it is definitely worth every single penny.

Best bag ever! Fits all of my things comfortably. It even fits my iPad and all my normal purse items, like my sunglass case and wallet. The leather is a wonderful texture and worth every penny!

This bag is hot! I ordered it in the ocean blue, and it looks great. I feel like a chic hippie when I wear it. I\'ve gotten a lot of compliments on it.\r\n\r\nI love the leather because it\'s unbelievably soft and thick. The bag is constructed really well. I like the zippered pockets because they\'re handy to keep smaller items secure. I also like the small, open pockets on the inside because they provide easy access to my phone and keys. I also like the flappy handles that fold over because they look really unique.\r\n\r\nI find the purse to be comfortable. It\'s not heavy because although the leather is relatively thick and sturdy, the metal pieces on this purse are really lightweight.

I lusted after this bag for almost a year before I bought it (luckily on sale!). It's the best bag ever -- super soft leather, hip boho design, and it fits tons of stuff (my netbook and my hairspray!). I get tons of compliments on it, and the airline blue makes it more unique than more typical brown and other colors (although this would be a great bag in any color)!

I love this bag, I have it in black (with flowers on it). It's gorgeous and comfortable. It could of been a little bit bigger, but anyway it fits all the stuff you need. I just have a lot of stuff always in my bag, and don't know why, and sometimes there is no place for all of it.

I just got this bag in Coral Reef. It's a little bit darker and an earthier coral than in the picture, but I think it's even better. It goes with brown and tan shoes. It spices up lots of different things. The bag is perfect as it has plenty of room! This is a great hands free bag if you need it. It has a cute style, and I'm very pleased.

I love this bag! My hairdresser said she'd beat me up for it! Sweet, soft leather and roomy when used in tote-mode. Rugged cool!

I love this bag. The cross shoulder strap takes the strain off my neck no matter what I am carrying in the bag. I have been able to fit just about anything inside - files, water bottle etc. I have no problem with a lack of clasp but don\'t lift it upside down! The leather is nice and soft and the construction is durable.

I love this bag so much that I have it in two colors. My rational is that most women in my area have a coach which is twice the price. Frankly I don\'t see the big appeal in a Coach. So I have two of the best bags around! Much more comfortable to carry than a hobo that keeps falling off your shoulder and holds what a hobo holds.

Shopping just doesn't get any easier than Zappos, and I just love this bag,as its so versatile, and well made. Beyond trendy, I know I will get years of use from it.5 stars is the highest rating, then this is 5 stars.

I luv my Lucky bag, it is roomy with seperate compartments, and so soft, like i've had it for years, no breaking in needed. The crossover strap is great too. Great bag. Buy one you will luv it .

I love the size and style of this bag! It is a very soft, worn leather and is not stiff at all. It is a deep purse like others said, but because of the way you can fold it, I haven't had any issues in finding stuff. The color is lighter than the picture; it is more of a light brown color. The shoulder strap is long but can be shortened; however, the strap does not look as good this way, but I choose convenience over look! I look forward to using this bag on travel because you can fit so much in it. I love it.

I have been eyeing this purse for a couple of months. I got it in the purple. I love this purse. Lucky is one of my favorite brands! It\'s the perfect size, not too big and not too small. So far, it\'s retaining it\'s shape well. The leather is super soft.

Love it! This is a cool purse and I get tons of compliments on it. The one regret is that the lining is a dark color - it makes it hard to spot stuff - sometimes I have to feel around for what I'm looking for. But it's made well and looks great. I'm very happy with it!

This bag is awesome: I use it as a briefcase, pocketbook, mini laptop case and more. I get tons of compliments. Wish the shoulder handles were longer so it could be worn that way as well, but all in all I love it!

I received my Abbey Road, in Green Iguana today and I love it! The bag is spacious, stylish and the color is absolutely wonderful; it's truly one of my favorites. I hope to return to Zappos and get it in "Dune" as well. Shout out to Zappos' customer service department, you're awesome!

I love Zappos. I have actually called to tell you guys. I love that I place my order and no matter what it is at my door the next day! How do you guys do that?! Returns are easy and your customer service is always friendly and helpful. In this day and age that is an exception so I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work and I will definitely keep on ordering!

Fabulous bag! Soft, like butter. And if you are skeptical about a bag without a secure inside zip, like me, do not fret; the foldover is generous enough to secure inside belongings. You will love the teal color with the tan contrast stitch, no doubt. In 3 words: To die for!

The Abbey purse in purple is simply awesome. I have used it everyday since I bought it and plan to continue to use it as much as possible, i plan my outfits around the purse.

Went to the mall yesterday to look for a white purse. Saw this bag and had to have it. Found it on Zappos for less. The purse arrived today in perfect condition. Zappos is the best. This is not my first purchase from Zappos and it certainly won't be my last.

Beautiful bag. The leather is soft, supple, and the color very rich and even. It holds a lot. I like the contrasting stitching -- very cool. My only request would be that you make at least one of the interior pockets deeper -- as it is they are almost too shallow for cell phone or wallet. The outside zip pocket is nice but too accessible for stuff that needs protection. You could perhaps provide some way to snap the top flaps together and/or to snap or hook the foldover to the base so it is harde to get in. Maybe toggle hooks?
