These shoes are very comfortable. I love wearing them while hanging around the house but the soles wear out pretty quick so I wouldn't advise wearing them out of the house unless you want to buy a new pair on a regular basis.

I had an older version of these slippers for nearly three years - pretty good considering they had a soft sole, but I only wore them around my apartment. Naturally, when it came time to replace them, I immediately ordered a similar pair from the same company. Big mistake - the build quality overall seems about the same. They will likely last for a long time if you only wear them around your house and not outside. But the sole has a cheap-feeling sticky plastic texture that makes the linoleum floor in my kitchen sound like it's coated in a sticky mess (it isn't, I made sure). I gave these shoes a chance to break in, and hopefully lose some of that tacky feel on the sole, but there is no sign of relenting after 2 months of daily wear. It is so annoying, I can't wear them anymore. I imagine that if you have hardwood floors, you'll likely have a similar experience. Otherwise they are very comfortable and keep my feet warm during those Colorado winters. If the soles didn't stick to the kitchen floor, they would be perfect, but the sticky soles are a dealbreaker.
