Not the perfect shoe - but is the most perfect! I bought these out of fatigue with my STINKY boat shoes. I live in Florida and we don't wear socks, but wearing shoes like that is a recipe for olfactory disaster. Not to mention sweaty, making your skin wet, hot and uncomfortable for extended wear. So, my expectations for these shoes were: 1. No smell (anti-microbial), no socks needed. 2. Good ventilation - airy and comfortable. 3. Orthopedic-like comfort. Finally, durability would have been nice and good looks. I am pasty white (go figure) and did not want a lot of visible skin, as it is unpleasant looking, to me. So the Crocs with the round holes in the top were immediately OUT. The Yukon shoes, having vent SLITS and not round bullet holes are MUCH nicer and more subtle looking. Crocs are obviously trying to serve the needs of the non-Dutch. They say these are "rugged-looking", but I disagree. They are more along the lines, visually, of a closed-toe Birkenstock or men's mule. So a little nicer and classier looking than the hiking boot vibe the sales copy gives off, although these are still Crocs and I would in no way call them classy. :) They just did a good job of killing the "goofy at first blush" vibe of the all-resin/rubber shoes by putting a leather upper over the resin and making the ventilation slits instead of silly round holes. VERY nice solution, in my opinion. To me, these shoes look the best of all the current Crocs (as of Spring '08, Crocs has a canvas-upper shoe that has a trendy rough-stitch style which I kind of wish I would have tried on and possibly bought for the additional "breathing" factor...you'll see why below). First, sole durability: I took these shoes out on a nice 8 city block walk the second day I had them. Was not too impressed with the wear on the sole: the sole has larger "ridges" along with cross-hatched "mini-ridges" across those. The mini ridges in the ball area of the foot were pretty much worn away. This, to me, did not bode well for the long-term durability of these shoes. There really is no sole. It's the same material as the rest of the shoe. Squishy. This has slowed as the "pressure points" are worn down to wider areas, however. As for comfort, as of a few days on, they have really started to mold to my foot. They are squishy to walk on without having much of that difficult "walking on sand" extra effort (they do have some of that, though) and are quite pleasant when just doing general walks to the restroom or down the hall. I was getting real sweaty at work with my boat shoes and was always kicking them off under my desk. I was hoping that these would be different, but on the whole I do still get a little sweaty in there. I am no longer drenched (due to the ample ventilation), but where ever the skin and the Croc meet, there is obviously no airflow and sweat will build. This is why you should UP size not down-size them. They obviously have large port holes around the front edge, and the slits on the upper part work great, but dryness is best when walking. The rubbery resin shoe material obviously does not breathe. I find myself kicking these off once in a while, which I wasn't too happy about. However, they do dry quickly, unlike my cold, clammy boat shoes. On the whole, I am just glad they ABSOLUTELY do not stink in ANY way, whatsoever. That, to me, is brilliant. It also reduced my association between sweaty feet and foul stink. I can throw away my Dr. Scholl's chemical foot powder, thank God! The nubs in the foot-bed supposedly stimulate blood flow. All I know is that they feel really good. As for the guy that said to get these a size smaller, that is the opposite of my experience. I wear a 10 1/2, and got 11's. I am not fat, but I am "bigger" and my feet are on the larger side, and the rubber upper does sort of "rub-catch" my foot hair and pull it a little when I am not standing on them...not to mention the lack of airflow where skin meets Croc. I hoped airflow over the vented areas would allow me to leave these on all day without wanting to kick them off for a break, but it was not entirely so...a teeny bit more room would be nice, so definitely get a half to a whole size bigger. On the whole, these are a fabulous value. The sole part still has that goofy Crocs look but if you get a conservative color (like Chocolate! Looks awesome on me) it's really not so bad. Greatly diminishes the kid/eccentric factor. Definitely an awesome shoe, an outstanding value for comfort and odorlessness and my "new love." Thank you, Crocs!

Loving My Croc Yukon’s - Very satisfied with the Crocs. Plan to order a second set to take to our winter home in AZ. Would however order a size smaller as these seem to run larger than my regular shoe size.

Maybe the best Crocs yet - For my money, the men's Yukon is the best Crocs yet for style, fit, comfort and all the other Crocs features people want. Fits like a Beach or Cayman, (I ordered the same size I wear in those shoes), soft as the original Crocs, feels great out-of-the-box, and has a great new style. Hope the folks at Crocs stick with it for a while.

I like this dressed up version of the croc. Although I like it I can't wear it all day. I wish the sole was thicker. This one is pretty thin compared to my other crocs and I can feel everything I walk on if that makes sense. Love Zappos fast shipping.

Much better looking than the typical Croc, even though a simple piece of fake leather is glued to the top for extra money. Somehow it makes the look a little less dorky. Very comfortable but for some reason these and other Crocs are very overpriced. Knock-offs selling for cheap are just as comfortable and durable but lack anything resembling style, so it's your call.

Great looking Crocs. It looks better than other Crocs with leather top. The only "complaint" is that the leather looks worn (scratches and marks) in just a few days of wearing.

So far, so good. No foot pain.

I have a foot problem and can't wear anything against my heel. This shoe fits the bill, and looks better then most backless shoes.

Cool Crocs - My 1st pair of Crocs. Light weight, plenty of air circulation, easy on, easy off, perfect at the beach, or riding a bike. I've joined the "Croc-Crowd" without looking like the rest since this model has leather over the top. Very cool.

I wore these shoes for the first time to Universal Studios theme park. Before I had been walking for two hours I had a blister from the strap on my foot. Wearing these shoes with socks felt great.

The back of the shoe broke the first day that we use them. The glue came undone and so did the stiches.

My husband LOVES these shoes...this is his 3rd pair and I will continue to buy these for him. They are so comfy and true to size...it helps keep his legs from cramping at night.

This is the third pair that I have purchased for my son. He wears them until the soles are wore almost through. He has been walking 5 to 8 miles a day and says they are so comfortable.

I am a monk in a Russian Orthodox monastery in America. We stand during most of our church services, and this for hours and hours each and every day. This Crocs shoe has been a life saver for many of the monks who develop foot and leg problems due to standing in one place for so long due to wearing most other shoes that become hard very quickly. The Crosslite footbed is perfect for our needs, and we are ordering more and more of them for our different needs. My only complaint is that the soles squeak on newly waxed floors. I wish they made a rubber sole similar to tennis shoes that wouldn't squeak so much. The mesa fisherman Crocs seem to have that kind of sole, and they are quiet on our church floors. But nevertheless, if you have foot soreness, there's no better shoes than Crocs.

My first pair of Crocs were bought in Myrtle Beach and I have been wearing them for the past 2 years. I bought another pair here in Wisconsin and I wear Crocs daily. I live here in Wisconsin and I wear them the year round. My tennis shoes and dress shoes are collecting dust and when I put them on they feel uncomfortable. My Crocs are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and the classy look they have, I get compliments daily and friends ask me where did I get them I I now say, go to Zappos.com. Their selection is the best I have ever seen and free shipping and return. Extremely helpful and personable when you call their 800 number. I will use Zappos.com for everything I need that they sell! I bought the Crocs Yukon when I needed a very comfortable lightweight shoe for wide feet with fallen arches. They are extremely comfortable and fit well, with socks, from the moment I put them on. Of course, wide shoes like this run counter to current notions of "style." I, however, wear them with elegant black slacks and feel fine. You can wear them equally well with the sling to the front or back. I highly recommend them to people who need width D shoes or wider. I ordered them in women's size 10, my usual size, and they fit well.

I ordered these shoes as a birthday gift and the birthday recepient loves them! He reports that they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn and everytime I see him he's in these Crocs. You can't beat the service you get from Zappos! If you're going to order shoes online, this is the site to use. They are always friendly and helpful and respond immdeditely if you have a problem. Purchased these for my husband, the fit is good and he says they are comfortable. They are a tad bit more "dressy" than the original Crocs which he wears around the house. They look good with shorts when you don't want to bother with tennis shoes.

I am tall and also have big feet, at least as far as women's sizes go. I used to wear sizes between 11 and 12½ regular based on how they were made. However, due to an accident I had, it affected my feet because of a disease I incurred from the surgery or accident? To make a long story short, the disease is similar to what diabetics go through if they have neuropathy. Simply put, it is nerve pain in the feet. Besides that, I also experience other symptoms including swelling which comes and goes and pain which can be excruciating at times. Needless to say, I have been searching for the last six years to find a pair of shoes that fit and provide at least the smallest bit of comfort but no luck. That is until recently when a friend gave me a pair of brown Crocs. Personally, I thought they were pretty ugly especially since they were about 2 sizes too big and the color brown just did not cut it! Oh, and better yet, they were knock offs! Although the shoes did enable me to get out and about if I needed to leave the house and were somewhat comfortable. So then I figured I would go out and get the real Crocs thinking that they would be even more comfortable because now I can choose the right size and color that I actually wanted. I am exceptionally pleased with Zappos' service and with the Crosc shoes! They were wide enough to accommodate my feet if they swelled but not so large they were clown like looking. I am still not thrilled about the style but you can obviously tell they are working on making them somewhat stylish. I would definitely recommend these for the comfort factor, not so much for the look, but when it takes a person over fiver years to find a pair of shoes that fit and are comfortable, then this is it! And as far as Zappos, as long as they continue to do what they do, they have a lifer for shopping from me!

Comfortable and stylish. Can wear with all casual clothes. Good fit and support.

These Crocs are great; I can wear them without my inserts and my feet never felt better. Going to buy another pair soon.
