Good Event Shoe - I ordered this shoe in gold, and I've worn them on several occasions. This is a good staple for weddings, dinners, etc. The toe strap does stretch quite a bit after a few wears, so keep that in mind. Also, the back strap doesn't stay on your heel even when pulled tight- a piece of double stick tape fixes this problem.

This shoe couldn't be sexier! This is by far the sexiest black strappy heel I've found! They aren't the most comfortable... I had to keep tightening the back strap so they wouldn't slip off of my heel.

Good shoes - I have these in gold and silver. Very nice and versatile shoes. The strap slips off a lot though and they aren't the most comfortable...but they aren't supposed to be!

Look great, but could feel a LOT better - Beautiful shoes. Got tons of compliments when I wore them, and I will continue to wear them. That being said, don't expect them to be remotely comfy. For the first two or so hours, no problem. But after a night of dancing, my feet were in bad shape. And I've been withstanding heels for a long time. another friend had on the same pair, and she feels the same. Loves them, but not for the faint of heart.

Nine West Accolia - I wore the shoe once and will not again. I have a narrow foot and my foot slides way too forward, leaving lots of space in the back of the shoe. My boyfriend was making fun of my resultant walk and flip-flopping.

Sexy, but not a walking shoe - Love the shoe, looks great. If you're walking a lot in the city, this shoe is not comfortable, but it looks awesome.

Great shoes - These shoes are very sexy and they look and feel great!

Not for walking or standing. I bought these shoes to wear with my bridesmaid's dress. They are gorgeous and make your legs look great. As soon as I received them I bought grips for underneath because they were as smooth as ice and I bought a gel pad for the front of my foot. I wore them around the house often in preparation after reading all the painful reviews (I only had slight pressure over the toe, some redness but no blisters) and thought I was in good shape. Nope, as soon as I put them on minutes before the wedding and stepped on the hardwood stair (as opposed to carpeting) I felt a twang and four days later my middle toe is still tingly-numb. Even without the toe injury, these shoes killed. I was very satisfied with the look but so disappointed in the pain. I wanted to wear them all night, but I couldn't stand the pain, and I'm no wimp. Unfortunately, I will not be able to wear these again. The other bridesmaid also had the same pair (we didn't even plan that) and she was also in flip flops by the reception.

Wide width wearers BEWARE - They're gorgeous in gold, no doubt, but my feet are so sad just trying to make them wearable as bride's choice. I have a wide foot, and normally can get away with going up a half size to accommodate, but no relief this time. Luckily, bride is leaving option open for alternative footwear as soon as reception begins. Gold flip flops, here comes the bridesmaid!

Cute, but painful - I needed a gold pair of sandals quickly for a party. I saw these online and thought they were cute for the price. The *are* cuter than expected, but I must say they are not very comfortable. I wear heels a lot and know immediately to put petals in them before wearing them. This still didn't help. I would say you have about 2 hours in these before you have to walk barefoot to save your feet.

Be prepared to buy some extra accessories. These are cute -- they make your legs look long and thin -- but they are not made for comfort. If I hadn't bought some gel ball-of-foot pads and those love-my-strap skinny things to put on the edge of the toe strap, I would have had blisters and severe pain in the ball of my foot by the end of the night. I highly recommend getting some of these (in any drugstore) if you're going to buy the shoes. I've worn them to three weddings now and they're fine with the extra comfort accessories, a little wobbly but that's to be expected from such an insubstantial shoe. Only problems was that the back strap stretches out after a while and starts to slip off; just tighten it one more notch and you're fine.

Ouch! The look: OK. Was ordered to buy for a wedding for a bridesmaid. They did the dress justice, but by the end of the night, boy, was I in pain!!! SO not worth it. Perhaps if they were a bit cuter they would have been. Nice if you want real simple and strappy though!

Cute shoe but... I really like this shoe; it went perfect with the outfit I needed it to go with; however, the back of the strap slides down as soon as I start to walk. I've tighten it as far as it will go but no luck. I won't return the shoe because it's a beautiful shoe and I'm the type of person to make it work.

Cute and uncomfortable - Very cute and elegant shoes, but very uncomfortable and not good for dancing. Back strip was failing all the time, so after a while it gets really annoying.

Classy... but deadly - Wow. Talk about pain. I wore these to my brother's wedding reception and had to take them off and just go barefoot because my feet hurt so bad! Due to my high arch, the balls of my feet start burning (and eventually go numb) when I don't have enough arch support and too much weight comes crashing down on the front part of my feet. That DEFINITELY happened with these shoes. Trying to put them back on to get to the car was painful as well as my feet had swollen after I took them off. I DO love the way they look - very simple and classy and am still going to give them one more shot tonight. Maybe it was a breaking-in thing? Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment? Maybe I realize how hard it is to find comfortable heels and am willing to sacrifice sanity for style??? Hope this helps you decide!

Looks the best, hurts the best! I wore those shoes for a wedding (up and walking all day long). I have a high arch, when my feet hurt it's usually on the ball of my foot. Those shoes are not the most comfortable ones, so if I had been able to wear them longer, it would have probably hurt there... but my pinky toes were KILLING me long before. The shoes are way too narrow! I have 4 blisters on each of my little toes. I ended the wedding reception barefoot.

Small feet - The shoe looked good although the heel is too high for the size of the shoe. The smaller the shoe size means the heel needs to be proportioned or it puts one up on her toes. However, I am sooo thankful to be able to buy size 5! They are not available in stores at all anymore. I am so happy to have been able to find a source for shoes that actually fit! It is no longer an attribute to have small feet.

Narrow! Generally I love Nine West and they always fit me better than any shoe out there but these were really narrow (which is way too bad b/c they are adorable!) I bought them for a wedding that I'm in and there's no way I can handle these all day.

Wide feet are too wide! I love these shoes and really wanted to keep them! I ordered the green and they were gorgeous. BUT I have wide feet and there was no way that they were ever going to be comfortable. Beware of the front section for those with anything more than very narrow feet.

Just look good... The shoes just look good but they KILL your feet, don't expect to stand longer than 1 hour in these shoes... definitely not dancing shoes... but hey they look good in pictures?!

Beautiful shoe - These shoes are perfect! Great fit! Everyone at the office loves them!! I love Zappos and it is an easy way to buy shoes!

Beautiful, but I wasn't my money. I love Nine West, and I will always buy their shoes, but this purchase was a mistake. The heel never stays on me. I have it on the very tightest setting on the strap but it will never stay put.

Cute, but no ball support - I love these shoes...but I also have some foot trouble re: the ball of my foot. As a result, I only wear these for short periods of time with a gel insert for strappy sandals. But when I do, I always get compliments on them.

Sling Back Slip - Again, another sling back shoe that doesn't stay up. So irritating because the shoe looks great on. But even at the smallest size the strap constantly falls down.

Pretty but deadly - Fashion first! They look great but they are a bit hard to keep on, especially if you wear them with hose. The one side is completely open and the back strap is pretty loose. Get yourself a leather punch and that should do the trick. I'm used to high heels and I'm a girly girl so a little discomfort doesn't scare me away if they look great on...and they do...the trick is to keep them on.
