Pretty Cute! LOVE this Birkenstock!! I recently purchased the Boston in brown suede yet wanted to exchange them for the taupe. Then, behold, this shoe appears on Zappos! It is much more feminine than the Boston. The strap on this shoe is better situated for me than the one on the Boston, so I feel the shoe is more secure. A great buy! It is very comfortable, as expected. For reference: 37 Narrow is my size.

Comfortable, but funny looking - This is my first pair of Birkenstocks--highly recommended by my podiatrist since I have heel spurs, and I'm an overpronator and suffer from heel pain if I don't have good arch support in my shoes. My husband thinks they look like elf shoes, and breaking in a new pair of Birkenstocks is an interesting experience, but they are very comfortable once you're used to them, and the look has sort of grown on me. I have wide feet, and the R width is perfect.

Love these cute Birks! I LOVE them! This is my first pair of Birks in 10 years (and only my second pair ever-- my first were Bostons in college). I usually wear a European 36 in other brands (like Dansko, except the Professional Clogs which are 37), so I was hesitant when it said a 37 was for US 6-6.5. Not even close! I wear a definite 6, sometimes 6.5 in US sizes and I was SWIMMING in the 37s. The same day I received my 37s I ordered 36s. This was yesterday-- and I'm happily wearing the 36s today! They still have a small bit of room at the back of the heel, but I got these to be happyfeet shoes, so I don't think it'll be a big deal. I had at least a full inch of a gap with the size 37s. I ordered the Narrow and am very happy, they are still plenty wide. The strap is adjustable and fits well, so I can easily wear them without socks or adjust to wear my cute knitted socks. I remember that my big toe doesn't really fit in the "slot" that's carved into the footbed, but I remember that from my Bostons 10 years ago. Maybe that's just my feet being quirky. I only wish they make them in leather, not just suede!

True to size - True to size. Not the most beautiful shoe in the world, but meets my needs for plantar fasciitis.

Awesome for work, but not that pretty - Like the shoe, but not that pretty. Very comfy with socks. I guess I am too used to the soft beds. But still good for utilitarian errands.

Cute, comfy, & versatile - Overall, I am thrilled with this shoe! It's cuter & more feminine than other Birk styles. The arch support is great for my flat feet, and it works with both slacks and jeans. My only complaint is that the Mary Jane strap is a little closer to the ankle than I'd like. This keeps the shoe on, but it hides the strap under pants, taking away from the Mary Jane look.
