I ordered 5 pair of these for my Mom who has neuropathy in both feet, post chemo. She needed something soft and adjustable and the cute factor put her over the moon. These are one of 2 pair she can wear after years of shoes matching every outfit. Thank you Zappos for making it happen, she is unable to shop in conventional stores right now.

LOVE these, they are as comfortable as a sneaker with great support. I took these on vacation and was able to walk and walk and walk... did I say I love them!

I ordered a wide width and couldn't believe how comfortable these sandals were. I was looking for a flatter heel to use when I have to walk a lot in the city, and these are really comfy...like walking with pillows on your feet. Worth the money.

I am on my third pair of these shoes (over many years). I wear them with skirts and dresses to work and casual about town major walking. I like that they are a sandal with a heel strap as it makes walking steep hills easier. They are my daily wear go to shoe all summer. A joy to put on after walking 18 holes on the golf course. Comfy and stylish. Also want to thank Clarks for actually making shoes in narrow - I have canoes for feet.

I bought these shoes in April and love these shoes! They are very comfortable, and no break in period was needed. I wore them to a college graduation that was held at a huge civic arena. We had to do a lot of walking. These shoes served me well with no pain and excellent support. I cannot wear high heels as I have a replaced knee. It is very difficult for me to find attractive shoes. This style is amazing and pretty and comfortable. I am going to buy another pair.

The MOST COMFORTABLE shoe ever! Love them! I bought them to wear this summer in Italy (cobblestone streets and jet lag)! These are going to be fabulous! I love the velcro (in case of swelling).

These are very comfortable. I have bunions, neuroma, and am very rarely impressed but these are great. I got black and the gold color. The secret I think is that they are adjustable so they end up feeling like slippers. Only thing I would change would be a slight bit more arch support, but I have very high arches. Get these shoes they look better than the pictures, kind of a roman sandal. Thanks Zappos!

No break-in period. Felt great IMMEDIATELY! I loved so much I ordered in a different color so I could have two pairs. Unfortunately, the other color (pewter, or bronze)...was a funky and ugly color. I wish I needed ivory shoes, because I would get them as well.

I have these shoes in pewter, and my mother has them in black and pewter. We both love them, and wore them a lot last summer (and expect to do so this summer). They are very comfortable, and easy to adjust because of the two Velcro straps (one over the arch and one at the toe). Nice padding and support under the foot and toes. I love the pewter color very versatile. It works as a neutral, but is a bit more interesting than black or white or beige.

Having a wide foot requiring an extra wide shoe makes shopping for them a challenge. I bought this shoe for a wedding later this summer, and I know it will be my "go to shoe" for any evening activity from now on. The pewter color is a little dressy but not too much and it is neutral enough to make it wearable with almost any color or outfit. The velcro adjustable straps allow me to tweak the fit a little and adjust at anytime if my feet swell a little or just want a looser feel for a while. I really love this shoe, trendy, dress up or down, and comfortable. That makes it a winner for me.

Phenomenally comfortable. I am a size 11 medium and they fit perfectly right out of the box. I might order another pair just to make sure I always have these sandals available.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes -- they feel like I'm walking on pillows. Excellent support, so comfortable, and the leather uppers are so soft! The pewter is a great color, and the style is versatile. I plan to wear them all summer with jeans, capris, shorts, and dresses.

I just received this shoe and I love it. They are comfortable and look good (even on my 70-year-old feet). It cost more than I usually pay for sandals, but worth it. I search for sandals with Velcro closures at three points. That results in a better fit than buckle closures, because of the infinitely variable adjustment, rather than the increments based on hole spacing. Plus, they are easier to get on and off.

Just had ankle surgery and have had a heck of a time finding shoes that were comfy enough, have support and relatively cute. Just wore these on a cruise and they were awesome!

Extremely comfortable, with timeless style. These elegant sandals are appropriate for everyday and evening situations. The upper leather is very soft. The footbed good for many hours of walking. The pewter colour adds sophisticated bling to every outfit. I was skeptical about the metalic, but I am already fantasising about my next Clarks metalic sandal!

This shoe is a dream. Both very comfortable and feels like walking on a cloud. So glad I purchased it. It will be my BBF for summer. Try it. You will not be sorry.

These sandals were very comfortable and the metallic color was very nice. However, they just weren't dressy enough for what I was looking for. They would be great for casual wear - loved the adjustable velcro on them too to customize the fit and comfort.

This is a dressy, stylish sandal. I have a narrow foot, and even the narrow width is a little too wide. The velcro straps make it easy to adjust, but not as much as I might like. Still overall a good choice.

This is the fourth pair of Lucenas that I've bought in the last 4 years (2 pewter, 2 black). I've literally walked them to death - lots of miles over China, Europe and the US. They are so comfortable and manage to look stylish in the process. Other ladies in my various tour groups have complimented them. They are wonderful!

Style and comfort. These sandals fit true to size and are super comfortable. I have high arches and I usually wear Noats but these were equal in comfort. Also I wore these to South by Southwest in Austin, they looked great with casual dress up as well as shorts and jeans. Great buy.

These sandals are extremely comfortable and true to size. They are adjustable so there is some flexibility to tighten if needed. They can be worn with casual or dressy attire. This was a good purchase.

Very comfortable right out of the box, no break in required! And I have super-sensitive feet with thin skin over both big toes where I've had bunion surgery, so I'm always returning shoes. These were a keeper. Wish they came in more colors.

These shoes are super comfortable! I have a hard time finding shoes I can wear and walk in all day...the adjustable straps make them a super fit!

These shoes are very soft. I don't want to take them off. The instep is built so that it corrects tendency of foot to roll inward, especially when walking a lot. Forces alignment with such a subtle support that it helps me remember to stand up straight. The shoes have two adjustable velcro straps across the top of the foot so they can be adjusted easily. Great for anyone with feet that aren't the exact same measurements. Thanks Clarks for finally making size 2AA width!
