Nice pair of shoes. I bought them because of the red tag on the shoes and red stamp on the back of the heel. I have only seen blue lettering here in California in the past couple years.

Relatively comfortable because of the padding, but the padding also makes them appear chunky so they're not very sleek. If you're looking for a classic white sneaker, you'd be better off going with the traditional Vans.

I love the soft chucka flannel liner. These shoes feel so soft on my feet. Fit is pretty true to size. Comfortable, but arch support could be better. I have falling arches, so I have to add inserts if I plan on wearing these all day. I would (and have) buy this brand again.

I love these Vans. They scream style, and can spice up a simple outfit of jeans and a T-shirt. I am ready to take them off after a long day, so they are not the most comfortable shoes I own.

I ordered three shoes about 3 months ago including this pair and they arrived about a day or two before I expected. Stylistically, the shoe is what I expected except for two issues that seem slight but turned out to be important. First, the color is off from what I expected. I thought I was ordering a tan shoe but it's tan with a slight purple hue. (I just re-saw the color description which says taupe so that could be my bad.) The result is that it doesn't match some of the clothes I thought it would. Second, the tongue of the shoe is very thick for a shoe. It makes the shoe look bulky when wearing shorts. Since I'm not a super fashion oriented person, both issues caused me to shelve the shoes until I could figure out what to wear them with. Comfort-wise, these shoes are super comfortable. The sole is thick and the entire inside of the shoe is padded with some kind of soft stuffing. I often keep wearing them around the house after I get home like house shoes. Also, these shoes are pretty stain resistant. I've spilled a few things on them and a quick wash off keeps them like new. Overall, these are a pretty good pair of shoes.

Build quality is 8/10 as with any set of Vans. Would definitely recommend these as a colder weather shoe. The sole and inside is lined with "drug rug" type material. Bottom line: They're freakin' comfy.

These are SO CLOSE to being perfect, but they have a seam right where it hits my bunions, so even though they're the perfect size everywhere else, I have to return them. I'm sorry to do so, because they look great. Love the padding and the color and the style.

They are very comfortable and have great grip, I love the suede on them. The only thing is that they are about a size bigger than other shoes

They look pretty sweet, although they're sorta long and skinny looking. I put them through a week of walking around at South by Southwest and my little toes ended up rubbing the sides way too much, but they're comfortable during an average day.

Unlike the authentic toe is a little snug but breaks in well. Love them. Very warm, great Vans comfort.

Great looking shoe. I had to purchase a half size larger than normal because the shoe runs a bit narrow. Otherwise great product.

I chose the Chukka Low in Black Denim/Gray because I don't like white soles and don't like an all black sneaker. The Chukka Low fits well, the sole is a little bit thicker than my last pair of Vans (Rowley style) and the sides are cushy around the ankle but the material over the toes is pretty thin. Overall I like them and will be buying other colors.

I picked these out for my husband to replace some worn-out Van's he'd had for years. Not as cushioned as the old ones (can't tell which name they are) - which have extremely thick cushioning on tongue and all around the ankle, as compared to these. He doesn't skate, but uses them for casual wear. Love the look/style, but perhaps will look for thicker cushioning next time - altho that will probably be a long time, because Van's wears VERY well!

Very comfortable shoe that looks great. Only complaint is the soles are really thin. Given how thick the sidewall of the shoe, I wasn't expecting to feeling everything I was walking on.

The toe box was a little snug, and they felt short in comparison to other athletic shoes. They provide good cushioning, especially around the ankle.

Well, I bought these about a year and a half ago and they've held up super well. I only wear/have one pair of shoes at a time just because I have a hard time picking them out and I don't like shopping. Anyways, wearing shoes every day like that, my usual routine is to completely destroy them and then buy new ones. A usual shoe will last me 6 months or so with such heavy use before they just completely fall apart. Well, these are pretty scuffed up at this point, but there are no signs of any structural failure and that is pretty impressive in my book. So there was one issue when they were new. I bought these right before a trip to New York where we walked everywhere and the rim or whatever the part is called around the ankle really rubbed me raw, I had to put a band-aid brand adhesive bandage on it to even walk around towards the end of the trip. That did go away, but I thought I'd include that. Probably wouldn't be an issue if you didn't wear ankle socks.

Nice shoes to skate. I ordered .5 larger because it is too narrow. Overall sick shoes! The only problem is both insoles of the shoes are left!

Just a classic both in look and feel. Not to much to say other than these pieces are timeless and look good anywhere, anytime.

Love the look of these shoes. A bit narrow. The first pair I had started falling apart around the bottom and Zappos sent me a new pair within 2 days. These shoes are cool, Zappos is the jam.

Very cool looking shoe! fit is pretty true to size, compare to converse. I haven't had them too long but soles and materials seem to be holding up. Oh and Zappos rules!

I bought these for my son about a month ago. I ordered the size he normally wears (11) and they fit true to size. He was very happy with them. As a parent, I wish they were made more rugged. Overall, very satisfied though.

Good lo-pro skate shoe. I need more arch support nowadays but maybe that's just me. Better than the shoe was this website, though. Free shipping and it got to destination on the exact day they said it would.
