I bought these sandals last spring after recovering from ankle surgery. My job involves many fast paced hours on concrete floors and foot and ankle pain was a problem for me. These sandals are perfect for me, and stylish! I'm really looking forward to wearing them this spring and summer, and I received many compliments especially when worn with capris or cropped shorts. Naot is my favorite shoe brand now and I just purchased two additional styles to round out my shoe wardrobe. I'm a fan for life! I wear a 7.5 slightly wide, and the 38 size is perfect. The comfortable front of the shoe adapted perfectly to my slightly wide forefoot, while securely holding the rest of the foot even while trotting at my job.

I own 2 pairs in this style because they are so comfortable that I wear almost no other shoes in the summer. My friends compliment them often. My feet are fairly narrow and sensitive, and with their comfortable foot bed and soft leather, these sandals were a real find!

I have had these sandals one year now. Not my only pair of Naots, but the pair I wear the most. I have plantar contractures which gives me chronic plantar fasciitis and a high arch. Must have great support! Accommodates my orthotic, but the cork insole is so comfy I don't use it. As soon as I can afford it, I am getting another pair, and from Zappos- their customer service cannot be beat!

I can walk in comfort for hours in these shoes. My feet are narrow and these fit well across the feet. The toe ring is a bit big, but not a problem. I had to break the toe ring in, but that could be because I haven't worn a shoe with a toe ring in years. I wear a size 8 and ordered size 39.

This is my 2nd pair of these sandals. I loved the black ones so much I ordered another pair. The mocha ones have much softer leather and although more comfortable at first, will likely stretch and loosen sooner. Very comfortable and supportive. I wore them all day right out of the box.

Love these shoes! It's a sandal, but it cradles your foot so well, that your heel doesn't separate from the shoe when you walk...like flip-flops or mules. I can definitely run after my kids in this shoe! My heel is on the narrow side, and the strap fits like a glove...plenty of room in the foot bed. Wow! My new fav!

Very comfortable fitting sandal. Looks nice with casual capris. I don't usually wear such a casual sandal, but there are those days when my feet just need pure comfort. Thanks Zappos for outstanding service.

I had a pair of these in black a few years ago, and they were my absolute favorite sandals ever. They are comfortable and elegant! I am pleased to note that they are still comfortable, supportive, and styling. The cutouts on the strap in the toffee color are a nice new touch!

I have ordered this same shoe in black and love them both. The brown leather is much softer and I expect it to stretch out sooner. The black was a little tighter but fits comfortably after a few weeks. The stitching on one of the brown shoes came loose so I am returning it for another pair. Otherwise I would highly recommend these shoes. Great support, cute on my foot.

Lovely to wear, great-looking. The footbed is a little long for my usual size 9, but I kept them because they look and feel good.

Bought these a month before a trip to Europe, and walked all over London and Rome! They handled the cobblestones with cushiony ease! Bought them in black too. Love them!

Ordered these sandals in black first. Liked them so well for their comfort, style, and support that I purchased a second pair in brown. Love all my Naots...I now own 6 pair -- Sensible Style!

I really love these shoes, but the foot bed is too short. I would buy them up a size. Cute shoes!

These shoes are wonderful! Comfortable and cute. I have 3 pair and just bought these for my daughter. We both have narrow feet and these fit great and give support.

These sandals, as with all my Naot footware, are extremely comfortable. Wear them all day with no problem. They are not super dressy, but they have more style than a flat casual sandal. I am very happy with them and wear them often.

These are comfortable. I'm wearing them every chance I get. I really love the metallic sheen of color and the dark red decorative stitching. I wish they came in half sizes because the 39 seems a little big to me, but I usually have that trouble with European sizing. They don't look too big to anyone else and they fit just fine, so maybe it's just me.

Very comfortable sandal. Looks a bit more casual than I had hoped, but can't give them up just because they are so darn comfortable.

Lovely shoes, well-made. Sent back because the toe ring is a little big and my toes got squished in the wrong places. I'm a pretty steady euro 40 but these felt small.

These sandals are both comfortable and stylish...a good height to be flattering but easy on older knees. Only thing to be aware of is if you have a high arch the upper strap can be a bit uncomfortable until the shoe elastic stretches just a bit. Other than that, I love them!

I have just discovered this brand and now have 5 pair. They are comfortable, give a lot of support, and just seem to get better the more you wear them. Plus they are a good looking shoe. Just bought another style in two colors. Give them a try.

I love shoes - and this is the best pair I've ever worn. They are excellent quality and very comfortable. Before buying them, I read all the reviews because they seemed pricey. After purchasing them, I must say they are worth every penny based on quality and comfort. I look forward to purchasing the other colors available.

This is a beautiful shoe and ever so comfortable. However, it was a little loose when I first put them on my bony feet. After wearing them around the house for 2 weeks the leather began to stretch and I realized no way could I keep them. Too bad, so sad, a great shoe I have to return. Thin feet need to get the ones designated narrow fit. But, always, love my Zappos!

Naot Montreal Black - I got this Naot in a size 39. I usually wear an 8, but sometimes in some Naot’s I've gone up one size. (I seem to be right in the middle of the two sizes - like I'm an 8 1/4!)This fits, and it could be just a quarter inch longer...but I tried the 40 and it was too long. The black color is not a deep, deep black, but has a kind of sheen, so that it's almost like a dark, dark charcoal color. I believe it runs a little narrower than some Medium shoes.

I reviewed these when I first got them, and they are very very comfortable. After one summer, however, the sides of the sole are so beat up that I would hesitate to wear them. The color has scuffed off, leaving pale plastic showing. For this price, I would think that they could use a solid color material. I am, however, very hard on shoes.
