These are the best shoes ever! Just walked all over San Francisco in them with style, grace & comfort!

I wear a size 9 and do not find that this shoe runs big as some stated. It is very comfortable and cute. I have 3 pairs of Naot sandals and loved them, so I decided to try these close toe shoes and really like them too. I'll be looking for more styles of Naot.

Soooo comfortable! I am an art teacher with old feet. These shoes (and other Naots of this line) are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn in my life. Really. Soft leather fits like a second skin. BTW That little line between top and side is metallic gold.

Mauri (black pearl/hash) Five stars aren't enough! I just received these and put them on and NOTHING hurts!!!! I have the Kumara (white/black and black) and really liked them so I thought these might work with my various foot/ankle/knee issues. They have excellent arch support as well as lateral support and they are CUTE, an unusual combination. The black pearl is very neutral with a subtle bronze undertone. And while I never wear brown these will work well with any color. The leather is beautiful and the leather lining is throughout the interior. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and the 38 is perfect. I will be purchasing the all black even though I don't need them. My request to Zappos is PLEASE convince the Naot company to make these in a light neutral (pewter, taupe, pearl/beige) for the summer. They will be perfect with shorts, capris, skirts and a wonderful travel shoe. Thank you Zappos, from the tips of my comfortable toes!

Great arch support - These are great shoes for those needing really good arch support. Very comfy right out of the box. And by the way, I love Zappos.

Comfortable Shoe - This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

Naot are the best - I wanted this shoe to wear with dresses or capris and be easy to go through airport security. What I got was a shoe that I absolutely adore. I have numerous pairs of Naots and they are all the most comfortable shoe I wear. I have Born, Ecco, Mephisto, etc but none as comfy as these. These are great and I would absolutely recommend buying them.

Very comfy and good looking - I have cubic feet (high arch, wide) and have a tough time finding shoes that are decent looking and comfortable. I love these. These are pricey, but well worth it, look great with pants and long skirts. I was on my feet for 2 hours at a concert and my feet did not bother me at all since you stand "back" instead of forward on the balls of your feet. Thanks Zappos, for bringing so many options with such great service!

If the shoe fits... The look and feel of this shoe is just what I wanted--casual and yet can be used for a dressier look. They are very comfortable. I did order a size smaller as recommended, which necessitates wearing only thin socks with the shoe.

Cute and comfortable - These shoes fit so nicely right out of the box. I wear a 9 1/2 and the size 40 fits perfectly. I plan on wearing these as an every day shoe and when I need to do a lot of walking. They don't rub anywhere and they don't slip when I walk. They feel like an athletic shoe but look more feminine.

The inside area behind the strap on the left shoe does not lay flat like the right one, it is wavy. Overall, these shoes are very comfortable.

I expected to love the fit of these shoes, based on the reviews, but sadly, the toe box was too snug and hurt my hammertoes even though the leather was very soft. The style was nice and not clunky like most comfort shoes, so I\'m sorry they didn\'t work for me. Also, despite adjusting the strap as snugly as possible, the shoes still didn\'t stay on my feet. So I\'ll be sending them back. Bummer.
