Most Comfortable Flip-Flop Wedge - I already owned the OluKai Maile flip-flops in the tan color. When I bought those, I really didn't want to spend so much money on flip-flops, but the comfort factor overruled my pocket book. Then I saw the OluKai Lani flip-flops...had to have them!!! I have high arches and normally end up with excruciating foot pain (sometimes leg, hip and lower back pain, as well). This is what drove me to my original OluKai purchase from a local flip-flop store. The OluKai brand has excellent arch support and are well constructed. When I received my OluKai Lani flip-flops they more stiff than my OluKai Mailes, so I was a little worried they may cause me pain. Instead of a trial period, I went for the gusto and wore them for about 14 hours the first time. I had no pain at all (no rubbing of skin, no blisters, no arch/foot/leg/etc. pain) and I continue to wear them for long periods of time without pain. I wear either a 7M or 7 1/2M depending on the type of shoe. I ordered this in a 7M and it fits perfect. They look great with most clothes. I wish OluKai would make an even thicker wedge flip-flop (say 2 1/2 to 3 inches).

Very pleased - I was a bit worried about the cost of this shoe but it's been worth it. They are extremely comfortable and look great. They feel a bit bigger than the stated size but not enough to be an issue. Very happy with them.

Great travel shoe - I wanted to find a comfortable flip flop to wear on my recent trip to Japan. This shoe was perfect! It provided great support and comfort for hours of sightseeing and shopping. Took no "break in" time and even with my wide foot, it fit extremely well. Definitely worth the price to be comfortable all day long on vacation. My only complaint is that the black would wear off a bit on my feet in the heat and humidity of Tokyo -- washed off easily, though.

I loved this shoe! It's excellent quality and a good looking flip flop with great support! I was so mad because my feet were just too wide for this shoe. It was tough to have to return it.

Lani's are GREAT! These are very comfortable! I recently started wearing orthotics, but couldn't give up wearing flip flops! These are a happy middle ground!

My Beautiful Sandals - Absolutely LOVE these sandals!!!! The price was a bit much but the look and comfort eclipses everything...I ended up getting four pairs in all!!

Great, sturdy sandal! My new favorite sandal! So worth the price if you wear flip-flops all the time and are on your feet a lot. I wear flip-flops exclusively all summer, but I'm on my feet all day and usually I pay the price every night. These have decent support for a flip-flop, with a little height (great for me because I'm short!), and a very forgiving footbed. The strap rubbed a little on one foot, but that softened up after 2 days of wearing them. Now I feel no pain even after running around in them all day long. My feet, legs, and back thank you OluKai! And of course, thanks to Zappos for your always amazing service: got an email shortly after my order saying that my shipping was upgraded to 2 day and then I received them in 24 hours! Amazing.

FANTASTIC SANDAL - I have been looking for a leather "better" flip-flop for a long time and I have found it. I was a little hesitant due to the price, but they are well worth it, very well made, and very comfortable besides a nice looking sandal!

Yes! The OluKai for me... These fit my size 8 feet perfectly. Footbed length and width is exactly right! Love the heel and full support of this flip flop. They are -beautiful- shoes and I don't want to take them off!! I got the Java/Java so no issues with oil on the insole. Worth the $$ for me!

Love 'em!!! I love these shoes! The only thing that I wear on my feet for almost all of spring, summer and fall is flip-flops. However, my arches have started to fall & my feet now kill me when I wear most flip-flops. I put these shoes on first thing in the morning & leave them on till bedtime. My feet aren't tired or sore at all at the end of the day. They are a little pricey, but to me, they are worth every penny!

Love the Lani! I had been looking for a new 'slipper' for a while and was very happy when I found the OluKai Lani. Stylish and very comfortable. I like the molded footbed and graduating heel height. I wear them pretty much every day!

OluKai Lani - I really like the comfort of this sandal, this is my second paid of OluKai sandals, these are my favorite! I wear 7.5, purchased size 7, good decision! An 8 would have been too large.

This much for a flip flop!?! That was my reaction when I first saw these... but boy am I glad for the Zappos reviews! I thought, well... I can return them if I don't like them. NO WAY! I immediately ordered two more pairs because I don't want to ever be without these! I have the Black and the Java. Thank goodness I ordered more right away because I was thinking that maybe I should get one more and I just checked and they are sold out of my size. I wear a 10 wide and they fit me. I had been wearing non leather flip flops and they were starting to hurt my feet and dry my feet out... especially my heels which were dry and cracked. I have only had these for three days and my heels are starting to heel already! As for the complaint that the leather darkens due to body oils I decided to pre-empt that problem. I slathered my shoes with coconut oil and Attar Bazaar's Amber...smells yummy! I am sure you could use saddle soap as well. It will darken the color of your sandal but it's a choice between that or your footprint from your body oils! I am so happy with my OluKai's and Zappos !

Great Shoe - This is a great shoe. For anybody with Plantar Fasciitis, doctors will tell you low flat sandals are out. They do not have enough heel or arch support. Most men’s sandals have very little arch support or heel. Men’s Olukai’s sandals have great support but no heel. So I thought I would try a pair of OluKai Lani sandals. The moderate heel provides excellent shock absorption and the arch supports help keep the arch muscles properly supported. What took a little getting use to be wearing a woman’s sandal? The heel is actually less then my boots. So far no one has said anything about them and my wife tells me they look good on me. Either way, they have really helped eliminate the heel pain I usually have with regular men’s sandals. For those who love the beach and summer time these sandals work great.

Great shoe! Great Brand! Love this new OluKai. I really like the wedge heal and still has all the support I've come to expect from this brand. Love it!

Heavenly - I recently started to wear thong sandals again. These have an "oh so comfortable" thick cushy sole and make you feel like you are walking on a cloud. The thong itself is a bit wide and takes some getting used to so wear them in the house for a bit. You’ll know for how long. It is well worth taking the time to break these in.

Olukai Lani W - Great pair of sandals, well worth the price. It’s great having a sandal/flip flop with a little bit of a heel for back support. What’s even better, no break in time required...

The best flip flops you'll ever own... I started buying Olukai's last year when I was healing from plantar fasciitis...They are comfortable, have great support, they are made well and cute too...finally they came out with this Lani (thicker sole) style and just bought them in both colors...LOVE them...bought my sis a pair too, and she's living in them....not only great product, but great company... (look them up on-line and read about them)...

Not my favorite Olukai, yet still a super flip-flop - So this is my 4th pair of Olukai. I love the Haiku and was happy to see this style with some lift. It's a wonderful well-made flip, but it just doesn't seem as well-crafted as the other styles - the substance is not there in the thong where I expect it, but comfort and style are excellent. I'm an 8.5W and ordered the 8 in Olukai for a perfect fit.

Thong too wide - Beautiful sandal, but the thong was a bit too wide for me. Looked great but I'm returning it -- comfort is my first, middle and last name.

Tight fit - I loved the way these shoes looked; however, I sometimes take a wide and theses were tight near the arch, and loose near the thong. I also have a slippy foot in the summer and the leather was very slippery. They did have a sexy look to them, but I just couldn't keep my feet planted in them.
