This are great except that they are a little wider than I expected. They are extremely comfortable.

The slight contour gives a comfortable fit for the price. And Reef has decent design, so it looks pretty good, too!

Great value - This is a very comfortable sandal at a great price. I compare it to my previous, more expensive suede Reef sandals, which were also comfortable but with the added classier look of suede. Over time, however, the suede broke down from wearing them through wet conditions. I have a feeling the synthetic materials in the Phantoms will hold up better. Granted, the sandal does look like one of synthetic materials, so if you don't mind sacrificing looks, I recommend these.

Overall the flip-flops are nice but fit a little small / narrow.

Size is right. Material I stand on has fairly comfortable cushioning but the texture is rough. I tried a pair of LL Beans in store that I loved but decided against when they didn’t have my size and that surface was SO much more comfortable in texture and cushioning. The grip on these Reefs also lacks compared to the LL Beans. After a day of light indoor use only, the Reef logo under my right heel is peeling off. For $35 I should have paid the extra $10 for the LL Bean Freeport’s online which were much much better.

These are very narrow. I went a size up and they're still too narrow to fit my feet. If you have even slightly wide feet, get something else. The quality was fine, just very very narrow.

Great while they lasted. These busted after a season and a half of light use. My last pair of New Balance flip flops lasted 12 years but these blew out after 12 months. They were comfy and looked great but I would expect a $35 pair of sandals to last more than 20 wears.

These were awesome the first couple of weeks, with occasional wear. Then, they started to squeak when I walked. It was the friction between my toes/balls of my feet and the sandal. It's never happened with any other sandal that I've had, and I tried continuing to wear them to see if they transitioned out of that mode. But after several more weeks, I just gave up and donated to GoodWill. Hopefully someone with a different skin composition will fare better.

These shoes are RIDICULOUSLY small. I ordered a men’s size 12 for my husband and when they came I thought they looked pretty small...So I tried them on! They don’t even fit my feet and I am a women’s size 9. That’s awful. I even checked the tag and shoe stickers to make sure they didn’t send the wrong ones. Nope, they are labeled 12! Are these knock-offs from China?!

My husband has been wearing this same style Reef for the last four years. This time, I ordered two pair because he likes them so much and wears them all the time. They have changed these flip flops! They are terrible and feel very cheap and hard. They are much more narrow than the previous ones we have bought, but they are the exact same style we have ordered in the past. Very disappointed with these and will be sending them back.

Save your money. These sandals might fit if you have weird-shaped feet. But I have normal feet and these things just don't feel or look right. Not only are they huge (I wear a 10.5 and bought 11 and they would fit a size 12) the sandal is very wide but shaped so your big toes hang a little over the inside edge. All I wear them for is to walk back and forth to the swimming pool, so any sandal would do. Therefore, I did not return them. But I am disappointed with them. One day soon, my Labrador puppy will find them and destroy them, and I won't be sorry.

Sorry to be the voice of dissent here, but these shoes are not good. I forgot them outside for about four hours in direct sunlight, and the softer upper 'shriveled up'. The shoe shrunk up and no longer fits; it's flat as a board and is puckered up at either end and around the edges. I'm really disappointed because they were great and very comfortable until now (about 30 days or so). Reef customer service didn't respond to my email. How can a shoe designed to be worn outside in hot weather not stand up to the sun? Glad I didn't buy the much more overpriced ones! I didn't buy from Zappos because of the 'buy one size up' issue. They actually fit just fine in my normal size until they suddenly shrunk up.

Second pair of these classy sandals. Great for lounging around the pool or to keep feet off the tile in the shower.

Support was what I needed for foot pain in product I had been using for a couple years. Pleased with product.

Purchased these for my grandson. He was very happy with them. I was happy because they were on sale. I have never had a problem with anything. I have purchased at Zappos. Their representatives are always friendly and helpful.

Durable and decent looking. If you want flop-flops that have an unobtrusive look, these (in black) are perfect. Accommodating to wide feet.
