I can barely squeeze my feet in them as the profile of the straps are so confining they hurt my feet. I would return them but I got a special deal and feel like I should just give them away to someone. I wore reefs throughout my surfing years and never had this problem.

Once again too small I ordered a bigger size and it was still too small so its been returned

Uncomfortable and not true sizing

Strap was very tight, length was short for the size, sole was plastic, cheap feeling and slippery. Footbed is not as thick and cushioned as my old pair of phantoms. I've worn reef phantoms for years... something has changed with these new ones and it's not good. Unfortunately, I had to return mine.

Run to small!! Poor quality compared to previous reef purchases

I like reef flops but since they sent me an email asking about them.... they are one week old and the logo fell off. Little knobs stick up and rub my heel raw. These don't seem to be like others I purchased in the past

I wouldn't purchase these and I regret getting them in the first place. I took these on vacation with me and the toe thong literally came out. They were about 3 months old and not abused. I trashed them while on vacation since there was nothing I could do. I contacted Reef customer service and they won't do anything since I don't have the receipt. I'd go with another brand that values it's customers.

I usually like Reef Slippers but these are Trash. Front too big back too small

Didn't even get a chance to wear them. I ordered a 12, I wear an 11.5 shoe. Length was great, only the width was off. They were not wide enough and I had to send them back.

I own three pairs.........bought this one, same size.......but for some reason seemed two sizes too small. I returned them and re-ordered this time selecting the Fanning instead hoping the fit is better.

Let me begin by saying that Reef Phantoms were my favorite and only sandal. Over the last several years I purchased and wore out at least 6 pairs. They were comfortable and amazing and the arch support was great. Unfortunately, after my last pair broke a few days ago, I visited a couple local retailers looking for replacements and I was horrified. The new redesigned Phantoms are essentially unwearable. The straps are unbelievably tight. This makes it very hard to put the sandals on and uncomfortable to wear once on. In addition, the arch support (while still decent) seems like it may have been lessened. I'm saddened that Reef turned the best pair of sandals out there into garbage. I'd willingly purchase 10 pairs of the old ones at full price if I could get them.

Need to return. Please advise on how to.

These are not true to size, they are about 2 sizes to small.

Bought these for my son in July, and the thong between the toes pulled out by August. They are stylish, but really poor quality for Reef and for the high cost. I wouldn't buy these again.

Over priced for quality. Sandal flattens out real quick. Material pancakes to much.
