I purchased a 1/2 size smaller as suggested and they fit perfect. Very comfy and cute.

Liked the style. The thin sole and light weight was great for packing, but not so great for hiking rocky terrain. The shoe itself is comfortable, but the strap over the instep is a bit tight with the only adjustment being some elastic at the snap closure. I discovered that the strap can be tucked behind the heel to give the effect of a slip-on. After a couple of full days with some water activity I noticed a chemical or synthetic odor from the interior of the show, though it dries quickly and can be easily cleaned under a faucet.

Comfortable shoe - This shoe is very comfortable. It’s not a very cute shoe on the foot. The strap is just this piece of fabric that seems to be very high on the front of the foot. I will only wear with pants so the strap is covered. The upside is they are comfortable.

Tons of compliments lacking in arch support - I love these shoes and get compliments whenever I wear them, but they do not provide the arch support that I need (I have flat feet)...I still wear them because they are so cute, but a little arch support would make this shoe perfect. Also, I am normally an 8. I read the reviews and ordered both the 7 1/2 and the 8. The 8 was way too big, but the 7 1/2 is just a tad small...it seems to have stretched enough that it is comfortable, but I must really need a 7 3/4 in this shoe.

These shoes lasted me for 5 years! Received plenty of compliments on them too. One snap did become loose but a few minutes with some pliers and I was able to fix it.

I love these shoes and get compliments all the time. The fit is great and I wear these with and without socks, depending on what I'm wearing that day. The snap closure can be tough to open, but never comes undone by accident. Teva has come a long way and has figured out how to make super comfy shoes super cute. I put that this shoe has excellent arch support, but I have high arches; I haven't had any problems.

I purchased these shoes for a trip with a lot of walking. Comfortable right from the start. No band-aids required! They are true to size. If you are trying to decide between two sizes, go with the smaller as I think they are a tad big for my regular size.

I love these cute shoes. I now own 4 pairs in different colors. They I'm on my feet most of the day. They run a bit wide which is perfect for my feet.

I purchased them for a trip to China. They were comfortable from the time that I put them on. I walked & walked in China many times on uneven surfaces. The shoes did their job & looked attractive. Since the brown choice is monochromatic, they don't look so "sporty" that I can't wear them to work. As far as fit, I have a narrow heel & the shoe heel is wider; I wear the shoe with the strap. I thank Zappos & all the people kind enough to write reviews for me to make an intelligent choice.

What terrific shoes!! I just got from a cruise where I wore them on all types of surfaces including a tubing adventure, and they were perfect. They were very comfortable for all day wear, as well. I am planning on buying another pair. You won't be sorry!

I have two pairs (different colors). Absolutely the most comfortable shoe. I walked all over Hong Kong and Bangkok in these shoes. Look nice too. I tried a lot of others until these showed up and I highly recommend them.

I love my new Teva's. Very comfortable and easy to wear with just about anything. They are a great traveling shoe. I spent two weeks in China and wore them everyday!

These shoes are some of the most comfortable I've ever owned. The stretchy fabric is quite easy on my bunion, and the support is great. I like it that it uses a snap instead of velcro. I bought the green and brown and get compliments on them every time I wear them. I plan to buy them in other colors!

I bought shoes for a trip to London. I wore them everyday, right out of the box. We walked all day with tours and sight seeing and my feet never hurt once. They are very flexible and they go with anything. The weather was so unpredictable there so these shoes were ready for anything! I highly recommend these shoes! I do suggest getting a half size smaller. I did not think that would apply to me but it was true what the other reviews say get half a size smaller

I absolutely love my Teva Westwaters. I took them on my trip to Spain and wore them every day! I walked everywhere in them and my feet never hurt. I shouldn\'t have bothered bringing another pair of shoes!

I wear them every day. I don't want to wear anything else (except maybe some running shoes now and then). And I'm on my feet a lot. I do wear a support insole, but that's because I have a high arch. I've received a lot of compliments on this shoe.

I just love these shoes. I have them in 2 colors. So comfortable and very stylish.

I absolutely love these. My friend bought a pair, I saw them and had to have them in green. I've worn them everywhere pain free and comfortable from day 1 with or without a thin sock. I have a wide foot and these fit perfectly with no "biting" on my pinky toes.

Bought the shoes to wear on a trip to Mexico. They were very comfortable for walking long distances. The sizing was accurate and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

I walk 2 miles daily on irregular sidewalk and these are by far the best shoes I've found for the job. I've worn them nearly every day for 4 months and they still look nearly new. They are extremely comfortable, to the point that I sometimes forget to take them off when I get home. Also they aren't bulky or stiff or otherwise ankle-twisting / trip-inducing on uneven surfaces. They kind of feel like you're barefoot. These outperformed a couple of Keen styles I've tried in comfort and quality, but particularly in style. As other reviewers pointed out, the snap is tough to open so I don't bother -- there's just enough room for my feet to slip in.
