When I called and spoke with James he was most cordial. I had no worries. I told him I wanted to return a pair of Tevas that I tried to put on for four days and could not. I asked for Women's original universal leather, Size 9. I received Mens and I tried to be a good sport but they are huge on my feet. Please send me a pair of Women's original universal leather in the same light color (buckskin) that I'm returning. I have at least 8 pair of Texas and they are old and tired by now. Thank you.

I am returning these shoes as the size indicates are smaller than what my actual size is. In other words the size runs to small. I experienced deep blistering on both my heals. I am diabetic so the healing was incredibly slow and potentially dangerous for me. I need to explore a new type of design so that I don't have to experience this again.

I really wanted to love this shoe, but it was extremely tight around the ankle. Once I got it on, it was roomy and comfortable around my toes, which I really liked. But it felt like an ace bandage around the opening at the top of my foot.

These shoes are too hard to get on. I was worried a 10 would be too large but my foot just barely fits. The shoe does not fit with socks on. I am really disappointed in myself that I did not return these. For this price, I should have a loop to pull on or something. I am so peeved, I felt Teva should have considered this in its design. I trusted the brand to make a well-designed shoe and I shouldn't have. I get angry every time I put them on.

I used to be a strong supporter of the teva brand before Decker bought them. One of my favorite sandals was the rugged dozer that the omnium looks to be based on. The dozer size 10 is a full half inch wider then the omnium size 10. Walking around one day with the omnium felt I was lacerating my feet. I thought them getting rid of the W variants of the shoes was bad, but now they are making their normal shoes even narrower? Time to find another brand.

This would have been my third pair of omniums..I've worn them for years. Did not like the fit or color f this pair..guess you don't make them any longer so I'll have to find something else

This would be a great product if the back of the sandal did not rub against the Achilles

I wear them most of the time during the summer. They are comfortable but can be really stinky.The first time I used them on a boat got them wet the soles delaminated. They were 18 months old but when contacted Teva said that I could send them back but they wouldn't warranty them or estimate what it would cost to repair them. I declined to incur the shipping cost and bought another brand that has lasted 4 years so far with more to come.

I have been a Teva fan for years and have had several pairs. Recently, I purchased the Omnium for a trip to Hawaii. I have previously worn the same type of Tevas on a vacation to Hawaii two years ago. Those shoes were great for light hiking etc. The Omnium felt fine for support etc. However, when the shoe got wet it immediately began to smell. I used them for five days and threw them away at the end of the vacation because of the smell. My husband had the men's version of the shoe and had the same exact experience. He, too, threw his new shoes away as well. I will not be buying another pair of Tevas because of our experience.

I bought these to take on a Disney World vacation. I ended up with blisters on my feet in several spots. Even with all of the adjustments possible on the shoes, they were incredibly uncomfortable. The back of the shoe bends in causing it to rub on my foot constantly. I tried to bend the piece up straight or out a little so that it didn't dig into my foot constantly, but had no luck. I also ended up with blisters on the pads of my feet and on the underside of my toes. I wore them around the house some before the trip and only twice on the actual trip. They will likely never be worn again because they are so incredibly uncomfortable. A waste of my money, honestly. Almost $90 and they'll probably go to Goodwill after less than 6 hours of total wear.

I don't mind getting a lemon once in awhile but the poor return procedure is reall aggravating. My soles fell off after 3 hours of use. Normally I'm the easiest guy on footwear so?!?

After a trip to The Galapagos, I gave these miserable shoes away! They were so stiff that my feet were covered in blisters in a matter of hours. I tried socks but that only delayed the pain. Do not buy these shoes. And I have loved every other pair of Tevas that I have owned.

Took me 5 minutes to get one shoe on. The heel dug into my heel and was very uncomfortable. Did not like the shoe at all because of this. I would not recommend.
