I usually love Tevas, and have several pair. These rubbed my feet raw in several spots, especially when they were wet. I took them on a Caribbean cruise, and was miserable walking the entire time. They're going in the trash when I get home.

One star is because Zappos sent me the wrong style. The box had the right style label on it but inside was a different style shoe.

Bought in April of 2022 and hardly worn. Both buckles ( the receptacle part) have broken and apparently can't be repaired. Shoes now out of warranty (1 year). The plastic receptacle part of the buckle seems a poor quality and is brittle and hard. My husbands Omnium sandals have much better plastic. This is not of the quality I expected from Teva. Unhappy customer!

First, I LOVE my Teva sandals, and it pains me to write anything but a glowing review of any Teva product. But while I liked the look of these shoes (it's why I bought them) it was almost impossible to actually get them on my feet! Before you say "wrong size, dummy", when I did maneuver them, with difficulty, into place, they fit fine. Since these are the kind of sporty shoes you want to be able to quickly get on and off, I had to conclude they just weren't for me. No hard feelings, and thanks for making the return super easy!!!

Cute and well made but way too hard to put on. Hurt my sore toe which I bought them to help alleviate.

I returned this shoe. Almost impossible to get off and on. No give in the ankle straps.

I could not get my foot into this sandal. Although there is a nice quick release strap across the top, it hides a fixed elastic strap underneath that prevented my foot from sliding in. I have a high arch, and I often have this problem with shoes that don't have laces and tongue that open up the shoe. Too bad, this looks like a good sandal which I ordered it because my partner is very happy with his new Teva Omnium.

Am I the only one who has tremendous difficulty getting into this shoe? I bought an Omnium shoe a few years ago and loved it, but this current version does not allow sufficient space for the foot to get seated! I couldn't believe I couldn't get my foot into the shoe! What am I missing here? The opening is definitely narrower than my old Omnium. And Teva should provide a tab at the heel to help people pull the shoe up while trying to wear it. Because I had so much trouble just getting into the shoe, I had to return it. The size is correct because it was comfortable once they were on. If you have all the time in the world to put on your shoes, I'd recommend it, but otherwise it's a big no.

I couldn't even get the left foot into the shoe. I do have arthritis in my foot and also have had three foot surgeries and just couldn't bend the foot enough to even try on the left shoe. The shoe goes up to high to step into it.

This iteration of my favorite shoe is a total imposter. I loved the old version but the material on this one is hard, not soft. The inner sole has a sharp edge that digs into my foot. I am so disappointed as I bought them awhile ago and saved them for the warm weather. Ha! Jokes on me as I cannot wear them.

Very hard to put on, and then so stiff I don't think I would be able to break them in. I'm going to give them to my daughter in law. She has a higher pain threshold than I do.

The item was returned. It was too tight for me as I have wide feet and need a wider width.

I took these shoes on vacation to trail walk in the rainforest and i had blisters no matter what i did with the adjustment of the shoe. I added mole skin and bandaids and I still had blisters. The only way it worked was with socks and I got these specifically so I could have air flow and get these wet if needed. I’m not a fan of wet socks. I’m disappointed in the amount I spent and if I could return them I would.

I love Tevas, but this shoe didn’t fit like my other Tevas. The arch hit in the wrong place and the shoe was narrow through the middle. These were uncomfortable.

When I called and spoke with James he was most cordial. I had no worries. I told him I wanted to return
a pair of Tevas that I tried to put on for four days and could not. I asked for Women's original universal leather, Size 9. I received Mens and I tried to be a good sport but they are huge on my feet. Please send me a pair of Women's original universal leather in the same light color (buckskin) that I'm returning. I have
at least 8 pair of Texas and they are old and tired by now. Thank you.

The banding around the ankles was so tight I really had to struggle to get them on, ended up returning them. I'm really disappointed as my old pair, which I've been wearing nearly 10 years now, doesn't have that elastic binding and the velcro straps around my ankles are still working well. The rest of the sandal is starting to fall apart.

I am returning these shoes as the size indicates are smaller than what my actual size is. In other words the size runs to small. I experienced deep blistering on both my heals. I am diabetic so the healing was incredibly slow and potentially dangerous for me. I need to explore a new type of design so that I don't have to experience this again.

I really wanted to love this shoe, but it was extremely tight around the ankle. Once I got it on, it was roomy and comfortable around my toes, which I really liked. But it felt like an ace bandage around the opening at the top of my foot.
