I wanted these to replace a much worn pair of Keen sandals. Unfortunately, the pair was just not as comfortable as Keen's. In what way was it uncomfortable? The toe box felt confining, the instep was firm.

No tongue; just stretch material tight across your foot. Difficult to put on. Unnecessary buckles on heel & over top of foot. Not needed because there’s Velcro straps. Returning.

These are not made the same! I bought some two years ago and they were great! I can tell without a doubt they must be manufactured somewhere different! Disappointing!

I returned this shoe. It was hard to get into. It had good support and I liked how it looked. Also the toe area felt very boxy.

Fits well except my next to last little toe on right foot keeps catching on the hole at the front of the shoe. Remedy for me would be a smaller hole. Needs some breaking in, I have to get used to the two straps and I have to wear it with a sock. Also, there is no arch. I have open toe Teva sandles and they have an arch. I inserted an orthotic.

This is my second Teva's. First pair I found the straps were making if difficult to get my foot into the sandals. I remove some of the velco on the strap and I've been using them for several (6?) years. I've had to re-glue the tread back on twice. I purchased this second pair wanting a more enclosed pair to protect my toes because I wear sandal often as I can. These have a snap buckle I thought would last better than the first pair, which I find the velco (hook & loop) strap on the first pair sometimes coming loose with the age. The Webbed material over the top of the foot makes it warmer than the first pair, and I find the opening for my foot is again tight, back to getting it on like a slip on shoe. Hope I don't have to glue it back together in a couple years.

Overall these are comfortable sandals, however the ankle area is a set size and was a bit too small for one of my feet. So they are going back.

Pair is smaller than what I've bought before with this being my third pair, as well as the shoe was defective in the inner wall strap on my right foot.

I have used these shoes for all water sports/activities the roughest of which being rafting and 'they' have done the job for years. But the manufacturing of this product leaves room for improvement. I purchased another pair after the sole of the first separated from the shoe completely just after the year warranty mark (threw away on travel instead of sending them in...my bad), second pair same problem after a year but I was smart enough to return this time, Teva approved site credit but I am out shipping...could be worse. I am trying one last time, hopefully the third time is the charm and if not I will be forced to find a replacement product. I want to love this shoe and hope that Teva has fixed the bonding of the 2 layer soles or that they go to a single layer to fix this problem. If they don't and you are as hard on shoes as I am you will only get a year out of them.

I only had the product for one month of use. The product strapping failed me on the first day. I still had to use product for another 27 days before I could get into another shoe. They were very comfortable, and drained water very well drying quickly. Only con to the shoe was that hole on the side sometimes catch your toe while climbing steep trail or squatting down. Can see people losing a toe nail or two I know it caught mine a few times. Overall good sandals.

I bought these to replace an old pair similar in style that were my go-to favorites for traveling. These looked good, great arch support but not as roomy in the toe box where I need the room. Just uncomfortable enough that I know I can't wear them with socks in the winter.

As cute as these are, I wanted to love them. But unfortunately I don't. The curve of the heel bites into the back of my ankle and hurts even after several weeks' break-in time. I can only wear them with socks, which wasn't my intention. I'm disappointed.

I have the old version of these Tevas, from several years ago, and have loved them for a long time. In fact, I still love them, and they look brand new even after many mountain hikes. But even with repeated attempts to clean them, their fabric has become so stinky I just can't wear them anymore. So: the main difference with these new shoes is upgraded materials, which I assume would not retain smells so much. BUT... I wanted to love the new Omnium just as much as my old Teva sandals, but one critical difference is the reduced adjustability in the heel. The old sandals had an adjustable strap here as the only closure. That back area is now inexplicably filled in (even though the adjustable strap also still exists on top of it), and it's the one total deal-breaker for me on this shoe. The filled-in area now digs straight into my upper heel, making it impossible to walk in these. So, unfortunately after trying on at home, I'm going to have to return them. If you have a "taller" heel area, they may be fine, but they didn't work for me. Otherwise, everything about these felt great, so I'm very sad to have to send them back. I'm going with an Ecco Sport open-toe sandal for now, but my hunt for a closed-toe one like this is still on!

I am normally a solid 6½, but my toes were right up against the front edge of the shoe even though the sole was a little wide. So I ordered a 7 and even that was a little too short, and now the sole was so wide I looked like a duck! I am surprised most people found the size true to fit - it makes me think that Teva has a quality control/consistency issue. Too bad, because it seemed like the perfect shoe to take on a trip to the rain forest.

I had an older pair of the same sandal that was size 12, ordered the new pair and they are a little smaller than the older ones.

I wanted to love this shoe. The arch was super comfortable but the toe box was surprisingly wide. I wear a size 9 med and it looked like I had clunky clown shoes on. The shoe was a lot more beefy than i expected. This felt like a well made shoe but was a bit much for me. I love my Teva flip flops!

This shoe was perfect in all ways except one which was a deal breaker. The strap that goes behind the heel had no padding and would have rubbed terribly. I had to return them. I wear this type of sandal all the time. It is even my primary gym shoe except for high impact type. I am a hiker. I traded it for a Keen Whisper sandal which has been excellent for only a little more.

This was the third pair of shoes like these I have bought from Teva. I like everything about these shoes except that they are too hard to put on. And I really hate having to bend down and fasten the little clippy things.

These were way too wide in the toe box area. I have narrow feet and so that's probably the problem, but they looked super goofy on my feet. I had to send them back.

Fit was fine except for the heel. It was too high and rubbed on my ankle bone. I could not wear them. Very disappointed as this is as close to the ladies Dozer 2 that TEVA has which I love, love, love! It would be super awesome if they would bring back the Dozer 2 design for ladies. I have worn out the seven pair I owned and long for a new pair. In red too!! I would recommend them for anyone who can wear a shoe that rubs on the ankle.

How use ~ every single day, year round, with socks only, by myself, till wear out, for years... Things that are great ~ fits, works, tough, rugged, simple, sleek, outlasts all others, quality, price, value... Not so great ~ just solely designed for water people, just another water shoe, not open at top like the original Omnuims, designers just can not realize people use these awesome shoes for everything, everyday, everywhere, they just must be open to more flexible entry and use ~ including people who need to where socks, people with nerve damaged feet (mild neuropathy), need to be easier to get on and off like the original designed Omniums... you know when something really truly and absolutely works why would anyone even bother to start imagining changing it... oh, just to justify their job... please, let us return to the wisdom of the basics that serve the majority of mankind... just food for the heart.

Finally got the correct size but couldn't wear this shoe. The foot opening is so small that socks get pulled tight over toes as shoe goes on. Maybe this support system is good for some feet, but certainly not mine. I have work Tevas for years, but now cannot find the Dozer. Please bring it back!

I used to love Tevas but these let me down. I wore them walking every day for 3 weeks before our trip and they were great. I had gotten them for a 7-day canoe trip that involved 19 portages and by the 2nd day out I had raw places on the backs of both heels and it was agony every time I had to put them on again for getting in and out of our wet-foot canoes. So disappointed. The rest of the family had Keen's and no one but me had any discomfort.
