Add me to the list of people who rave about this sandal! I ordered a 10, could have gone with a 9.5 as it is a bit long, but the shoe's arch supported my high arches comfortably, so I decided to keep. (I have many foot/fit problems so when I find something that fits this well, I keep!) So glad I did. Out of the box I wore them on a 10k volksmarch (mostly paved & hard packed trails) and my feet felt comfortable throughout. Have also worn for recreational cycling without problem for trips of 12-20 miles. To date I've been wearing them with low smartwool socks, but I don't think I'll have any problems going without them in future. They've become my daily walkabout shoe, and as long as they keep making I'll definitely keep purchasing.

Have worn these shoes to go skeet/trap shooting, visit the indoor range, walking around the neighborhood, on the boat for offshore fishing, and around Acadia National Park. And I've only had them for about three months. Shoe dries pretty quickly, and is very comfortable. Excellent for Summer outdoor, even with woolen hiking socks.

Unfortunately, these were too stiff for me and the toe box was too large and boxey for me. Which is too bad since I really like the color. My mother needs more support in a shoe, since she has a lot of foot problems so she is going to take them, she really likes them. These would be good for hiking and outdoor activities, I wanted a pair for more running and light sports.

I bought this specific shoe back in 2009, and guess what? It is still getting the job done! As I ready to depart for an excursion that will take me to several different European nations, I can be rest assured that worryment of my footware will not be an issue, regardless of wherever I might find myself! http://longtrailahead.blogspot.com/2009/10/maxxis-cross-mark-ust-teva-omnium.html

Took them on a vacation to Mexico/Central America. Worked well as my primary footwear in very hot and humid weather. Wish they were offered in narrow size. My feet are narrow, and the width caused me to trip a few times. Overall, great shoes, easy on and off, protected my feet from rocks and vegetation very well while remaining comfortable all day.

Bought Omnium for secure, slip proof footing while fishing on smaller boats with wet decks on the ocean. Like the fit, and the way they hold the deck under wet conditions.

I have severe arthritis in my knees. My Tevas provide low impact when walking, helping me to remain pain free. The only thing I did not like was the "plastic" smell when I first got them, but that wears off after the first couple wearings.

Wear closed toe sandals all summer long (when most men are wearing shoes).

I would recommend this to anyone who is handicapped due to back problems. I've been in/out of a wheelchair for a few years nowabd I thought I would never find sandals that I could wear. Teva has made my disability easier to handle.

I wear them shopping, gardening, walking, everywhere. They fit perfectly. I had been looking for a new pair to replace some old ones and these are better than my old ones.

In difficult wading, i.e. mud and some oyster reefs, they behaved admirably. You can tighten them on your foot so that they are closer to "mudproof" than any other warm water option. Darn tough, too. Buy them, you will not be disappointed.

I wade around oyster bars and rough beaches. I also explore mangrove islands and marshes. You can wade through muck without losing them. They are perfect for my applications. They fit well, drain and dry quickly and due to the openings on the side, allow you to swish the gravel, sticks and sand out of the shoes without taking them off. I often wear them for 2 hours driving, then 6-8 hours kayaking and wade fishing and then 2 hours driving back. When they do wear out, I will definitely buy another pair.

I wear these all the time when weather permits. They squeak and squish when wet but that disappears after a few minutes out of the water. Yes debris gets in when wading and walking...but they have holes so I can't complain about that too much. I also had a delamination problem after owning them a couple of years but fixed it myself with some shoe goo. I have had them almost 5 summers now and they are still going strong, they look beaten up...but hey thats character marks. I have other Teva sandals and believe they make a good product.

I bought these shoes two winters ago for my husband as a christmas gift and as a struggle to buy for the man who "has it all". I had never heard of them nor had I ever spent that kind of money on a pair of "casual" shoes for him before. He has LOVED them ever since. We actively seek water activities for our four children. We hike, climb, swim, vacation at beach locations, boat, and are a generally active family. He has worn these shoes everywhere. He wears them to mow the lawn, to spend the day at an entertainment park, or generally everywhere. This is the best investment I have ever made and he is asking for more pairs with a variety of uses. Maybe even a pair for me?!

Great fit, very durable. I've done plenty of hiking, both dry and wet, and they've never let me down. One small con, they can't be slipped off and on when all straps are drawn tight, and the cord "laces" aren't very secured. This is minor, though, as for most wear (even hiking) the straps can be left loose enough without any drawback.

Most comfortable shoe ive ever worn, and has the most secure fit ive gotten out of many different sandle brands. The souls are great for climbing as they are stiff and strong. The only problems ive ever had with them are that my first pair delaminated in the souls after a month, but I returned them and my second pair did not have any such problem with delaminating. however after a hard two seasons of wearing them the souls have just about worn smooth, but thats because I wear them every day that are so comfortable.

Wore three times on vacation & glue loosened on both soles. TEVA does not respond if you bought them > 12 months ago even if only worn a few times. Suspect defective glue in manufacturing.

Got these shoes for a trip to Costa Rica; I wanted something that would be fairly all terrain, so I started breaking them in as soon as I got them, and I couldn't be happier with them. The sole separated on the first pair, but Teva replaced them for free and seems to have corrected the problem. I wear these all the time and for everything. Unbuckled, they are loose and comfortable like sandals, but when I buckle them, they are as tight and supportive as sneakers. I wear them to the beach, and at the same time I can climb and run with them with no problem. They breathe like sandals, and when it gets cold I wear socks with them. They are the only shoe I need.

I love these shoes - this is the second pair I've owned. I wear them all summer and into the fall - they look great with jeans, capris, and shorts. They are very comfortable - I wish they came in a regular leather shoe style so I could wear them in the winter!

I wear them daily around home and out-and-about for colder months when sandals and no socks are too cool.

Aside from sole separating from first pair, the shoe held up great. Great for white water rafting as holds securely to the foot and doesn't come off and protects foot from rocks. Dries a little slow once wet. Shoes are very comfortable for walking and hiking. They breathe well also. Love the clip to get into/out of rather than wearing out the velcro.

I haven't had the Omniums long enough to test how they last, but they are exactly what I need for the kayak pedal straps. Other sandals are too wide, but the Omniums are more true to width and fit in the pedal straps perfectly. I look forward to taking them on many fishing trips.
