These shoes got me through 5 days in Walt Disney World -- with only 2 little blisters on my right foot. They are easy off and on at the airport, have pretty decent arch support, and are comfortable. Very trendy-cute too. Wasn't expecting to match my high style-conscious friends in shoe design, but they were great. My only complaint was that they were a little narrower than I expected, and after walking long distances on hard asphalt and pavement every day, I did have a couple blisters on the heel and the side of my foot. (I wore socks every day). Also, if you have hammer toes, or a funky pinkie toe, enter the shoe carefully. The vent holes on the sides may catch your toe as you put the shoe on. But overall, I like them and wear them all the time.

I needed a closed-toed sandal that I could wear to work in the summer and these were the perfect design. I especially appreciated the quick-release clip.

Perfect sandals and a perfect fit due to the adjustable velcro straps on the front and back plus the front lace. I have both Merrell and Keen water/trail sandals, but the Teva Omnium have a much better fit and are much lighter for this type of sandal. I was disappointed when the sole wrap-around at the heel area became loose (no fault of Zappos). I called Zappos customer service rep (who was very professional), and was given several options for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately they were out of my size and color preference. They don't anticipate any new orders so I decided to return for a refund. I was treated very courteously regarding the return/refund process and the return label was sent immediately via email. I highly recommend Zappos and will definitely return to Zappos.com for future purchases as their prices are competitive and their customer service can't be beat.

Just got these shoes yesterday. They are just as advertised and I would say a big yes to everyone's comments praising the shoes. Just one thing... I'm not sure if I got a lemon pair or not...The shoes are great except mine came with very tiny, even miniscule dots on the inward sole that irritated my left foot. The dots were on both shoes, so I'm wondering if it was an error in the manufacturing or if it's simply part of the manufacturing process and comes with all Omniums. I don't want to send them back (I like them, and have an upcoming trip that I need to start breaking them in for). But the dots simply as they were/are won't work for me. The dots: The dots are miniscule bits of rubber that are a part of the zinc embedded sole. The sole has tiny indented lines on it (probably for keeping the feet from sliding around in them) and if there are two lines for every section on the sole, the dots are found at nearly every section, normally close to the lines. I have taken to sanding them (with sandpaper) to try to wear these dots down. It’s been a process, but I'm pretty sure I can wear them down and still be able to break them in before my trip. Like I said, I could have returned the shoes, but besides the dots these shoes are simply the best I could find for my purposes. I looked at Keen H2s, Skechers Ganges and Skechers Safaris, and these. These won. They have the best anti-microbial treatment (it's actually embedded into the entire rubber layer that your feet touch in the shoes, so it will never wash off or wear out) - you'll throw the shoes away before the inside soles start smelling. Your shoes won't stink. Everyone seemed to say about the Keen H2s that over time and with much use, they end up stinking tremendously! For a backpacker, sleeping next to your shoes is common (even having them in the tent with you at times). I couldn't bear the thought of having smelly shoes with me everywhere I went. The Skechers Safaris are good (I own a pair), but not quite as comfortable (I wouldn't want to walk for miles and miles in them without socks) as these Omnium's are supposed to be. The Skechers Ganges looked almost exactly like what I wanted, only they have parts that won't dry quickly, and for my applications, that's something I was looking for. My applications? I wanted a really good hiking/backpacking shoe/sandal that could be used both on land and in water. I wanted the ability to basically travel anywhere with them, without concern for odor, drying hassles or blisters. These seemed to fit the bill. In fact, as far as my research brought me, these are pretty much the best sandals in their class. And I would say they fit the class of hiking/water-wear. I haven't really broken them in yet, but I can tell already, with great adjustability and top-notch materials these sandals are going to be good...hopefully, awesome.

Not for sailors. This is a fine sandal for all the land-based reasons cited in other posts. For an offshore sailor in search of a sure-footed sandal in hot climates I had very high hopes. Every sailor keen to have a clean deck, however, insists that any deck shoe be "non-marking", an attribute advertised front and center with the Omnium. Unfortunately, not true. Within an hour I had the telltale black scoff marks on my deck. Bad. Great sandals for shoreside, not for sailing...they will leave a mark.

These are some of the best versatile water sandals that you can buy for the price! And, with Zappos' customer service and ultra fast shipping, who can argue? I have owned many pairs of shoes similar to these from other big named companies and hands down, I am a complete convert. They are ultra comfortable all day long for any activities, wet or dry - when you get the right size and adjust them snugly. I bought them for a trip to Costa Rica, went from hiking the trails, to the beach, rock scrambling around the shoreline, sea kayaking, out on a boat trip, then back through the forest trails and back to the pool - I simply could not figure out how to lose traction in these things, and I tried! Worth every penny and I just bought another pair as a spare! The only con is that I wish they were available in all black, though, to displace my Keens...

Great fit and style, very comfortable to wear. Easy on/off and all of the adjustments help to get just the right fit. I have had trouble finding similar sandals that weren't too wide, that isn't the case with these.

These are the third pair of Omnium I have bought. I work all day standing..these shoes are great...last about one year with daily use...tough. I am a woman but I buy the men's style and studier and wider than woman's style and truer to size.

Excellent support for a sandal, many levels of adjustment. I just came back from a 4 mile walk, very flat, smooth surface, but I'll putting "fast" pace on them this weekend. They'll use for light hiking this summer and kayaking. You'll get additional feedback! Thank you.
I'd also recommend:
Merrell Chameleon, I'm working them into my cycle, they'll be used for major hiking this summer.

I bought these for a nature tour in Costa Rica that would require waterproof shoes and yet not be too hot. They fit and worked perfectly and I wore them for all 10 days. They have excellent gripping tread. They were comfortable with and without socks as they are adjustable and rather easy to remove during TSA inspection. I would highly recommend them for versatile situations, and the color was neutral and worked with everything. They shipped quickly and had no defects.

I was looking for a sandal that was very adjustable since my one foot fits slightly different than the other and also because I have big feet. After trying some others I ordered this one and it was exactly what I was looking for.

First, I was amazed how fast my order arrived. Then to wear my Teva's is great. For years I have needed inserts but the Teva's have superior support and no need for inserts. Thanks.

I bought these for my husband for the summer. I love the way they look on him! He says they are pretty comfortable, but not for walking around theme parks all day. On the other hand they will be great for summer rafting, light hiking and other outdoor adventures. They accomplish what they are made for - multi-purpose one stop shoe for lots of outdoor adventures.

They may not be the most attractive shoe on the planet (wife not a huge fan) but for fit and summer functionality, I'm not sure they can be beat. From hiking to beach combing and paddle-boarding to disc golf these bad boys have become my adventure go-to. Wet or dry, muddy or pavement, they definitely do more than work.

Once these shoes arrived, which was quite quickly, I tried them on and have been wearing them ever since. So comfortable, so cool, and stylish enough to wear anywhere, which I do. I order size 9. An 8.5 might have been snugger but I like my toes to be free and the 9 works fine. You can't go wrong with these shoes. I wear them with socks if it's cool, but I'll be wearing them without when it heats up. They look so good I've had compliments.

I needed more support than my flatter Teva sandals, so I tried these. These are great, with plenty of heel padding for long walks.

These are great! I read all the reviews on them as well as the women's version and they will be perfect for our hiking, waterfall repelling, and zip lining adventure in Costa Rica next month. They are super comfortable and the fit is excellent thanks to the three different ways to adjust the tightness of the shoe. Thanks Zappos!

Teva Omnium are amazing. Bought them for a boat trip, but found them great for air travel and other everyday uses. At first I thought they might have too hard of an inner sole, but after wearing them around the house for a couple of hours, it was clear that they are perfect for everyday use and amazingly comfortable. I am diabetic, and while this may not be a stylish practice, I have to wear them with socks to protect my feet from abrasion. The great thing about them is that they protect the foot on all sides, yet breathe thus keeping the feet cool, therefore are great for summer wear. They are, in my opinion a great buy and well worth the money. This was my first purchase through Zappos, but will not be my last, that is for sure. Zappos offer top notch service.

This is my second pair. The first one traveled 4 months India, one month Turkey, and 6 more months to India again. Finally the dirt caught up with the shoe, but they were still comfortable and servicable. Good non-slip sole too.

We bought all four family members these shoes to wear in Maui. We ended up wearing them all the time, very comfortable whether climbing, hiking, or just walking. My husband with wide feet loves his shoes.

This shoe is great for a growing teenage boy who is active and refuses to take time to put on socks and sneakers for outside adventures. Lots of places for adjustments in fit help make this a shoe that will last for a whole season. Sizes run a bit large, in my opinion. Also, this shoe is a better fit for a more narrow foot than a Keen Newport H2O. This shoe is also much lighter in weight than the Keen Newport. And, it is cheaper, too.
I'd also recommend:
