I got these for my husband who has 'ugly feet' and prefers not to wear open toed sandals. He loves them and says they are really comfortable. I think they look younger and cooler than the average fisherman sandal. The quality seems excellent.

I love these shoes they are very comfortable and they showed up on my door step the next day can't get any better yhan that.

I am glad that after considerable research I chose these sandals, they are very comfortable all around. Congratulations to Teva and Zappos on so sound an endeavor. They are comfortable, practical for many occasions and also look good.

Great sandal. I have had it with sandals that use Velcro closures as they very quickly wear out and then the Velcro has to be constantly and frequently replaced or they will not stay closed. Velcro is convenient but will not stand up to repeated use over very long. These are super comfortable and regardless of what some have said here about "odor" from the footbeds, I have not had this issue arise at all. Perhaps because I do not use these in a water or for walking in surf or creek crossings, trekking, etc. Very well constructed, cool, and work fine for me. Best sandal I've had in years and I've had several brands/types. Buckles beat Velcro every time!

After trying on several different pairs of sandals, my husband declared these the most comfortable and supportive. We live in the city and walk everywhere, but don’t always want to wear athletic/hiking shoes. These work nicely in this role. One small dislike is an appearance detail. They have a ridge or leather seam that runs along the top of the shoe. It’s not horrible, but I don’t particularly like it.

Right out of the box, the most comfortable shoe Ive worn, the foo tbed takes some getting used to, but by far the best sandal I have ever purchased, I wear flip flops a lot, but these I can wear with anything, anywhere, and they stay on your feet very well to. Thank you Zappos for a very good product along with great customer service, all my friends shop with you guys as well. I know nothing about the shoe business but I definitely wouldn't mind working for a company like yours, seems like everybody there has the right stuff and hopefully it continues well on into the future, thanks again from a loyal customer.

Great all year, even in winter as they are warmer than you might expect a sandal to be. If I could only have one pair of shoes then these would be my choice. Easy on and off, no need to unbuckle anything.

I have 4 pairs of sandals... Mephisto and Birkenstock for casual wear, MBT for walking, and needed another for sporting activities. I tried Mephisto Allrounder, Clarks, and others, but either didn’t like their fit or looks. I got the Teva on a recommendation from a friend, and they are both comfortable and stylish. I can wear them all day and not get blisters or heal pain like some other sandals I tried. They are well made and easy to take on and off. This is my first pair of Tevas and I am impressed with their quality.

Teva Cardenas Fisherman - My husband likes his new shoes. He has been looking for a closed sandal for a while, but a sandal that could keep his feet cool. He has been wearing them every day. The footbed is wonderful.

Comfortable, good sandal/shoe - Good, comfortable sandal; more substantial sole and overall better footbed structure than many sandals, especially more than old Tevas. (And looks better with pants than many sandals, IMO.)

Horribly smelly, no anti-bacterial sole! I've never had a problem with sandals smelling, but these began to stink almost immediately. Unless you're willing to scrub them with vinegar EVERY TIME you wear them, stay away from these. Embarrassing mistake, try the red wing "Oscar's" just as comfy, more stylish, cheaper, and anti-bacterial soles!

Love my shoes. Ordered the black one to start with. Then ordered the brown. I wear them everywhere. I can cut the grass or go fishing in them; wipe them down and wear them out to dinner. The fit was excellent for my wide feet. No break in necessary.

Love the Teva's - These shoes were for my husband who is really rough on shoes. He likes comfort more than anything and after a couple of days wearing these Teva's he was very satisfied. As a woman I loved the look of the shoe of course.

My feet are HAPPY - These sandals are so comfortable, I enjoy wearing them, rain or shine they are on my feet...I'm totally happy and so are my feet. Best investment I've made in a long time.

Very good casual sandals for moderate warm weather. Not too opened, not too close. Way better than many of present day single piece sole models. Artistic look. Black color available. I did not give 5 out of 5 just because of two reasons: 1. Want a medial post for better arch support and to restrict pronation. 2. Cut is too curved for walking shoe.

I ordered this shoe twice. The first time I ordered a 9 and it was way too small. The second 9.5 seemed to fit okay, but didn't feel great. There was a weird bump in the sole near my right toe and the texture of the sole in general also didn't feel as comfortable as previous Tevas I've owned. But I was too lazy to send them back again so I'm still wearing them a month later. I felt like the quality control on these sandals was low.

They smell terrible after wearing a few weeks. Unwearable. Do not buy these.

They smelled so bad after a week that I cannot wear them. Contacted Teva to complain but they did nothing. Do not buy these unless your feet never ever sweat.
