Gorgeous bag but not suitable for some things - I bought this bag thinking it would be an all-purpose bag with some class. It definitely has the class but I don't think it would be suitable for an airline carry on or an around-town bag. It's very stiff, for one thing, and I think too tall to put under a seat. The laptop "pocket" is in the center of the bag, which divides the rest of the usable space in half which is not so convenient if you wanted to add a rain jacket or bottle of water. In short, this is a beautiful bag but is very much designed to be a business bag. If you need something more versatile, I'd recommend Pacsafe.

Perfect bag. It holds my laptop, office supplies, lunch, and shoes. I could fit some workpapers, too, but not a ton. The strap length is good. It is much easier to carry than my standard work issued lap top bag. Also, the leather and stitching seem to be very high quality.

Beautiful red leather tote! This is just exactly what I wanted. The red leather is a perfect, true-red color. The size is large enough to carry plenty of files, papers, etc. even if you never carry a laptop. (I did not buy this specifically to carry a laptop -- I wanted a red leather tote/briefcase and this fit the bill.) The only possible negative thing I can imagine is that the leather may show scratches easily, but that has not happened yet.

Work bag - I am very pleased with the product. It is exactly as I wanted.

Caramel Lodis tote - This is a very nice bag! It is beautiful and works well on the go. It is very roomy with a lot of pockets. The finish on the leather is impeccable. Worth the price if you have the money.

This is a great bag but it is bigger than the dimensions listed. The bottom is 16 inches. Too big for me. I am returning it.

This is an awesome bag. It fits my MacBook Pro (13") and my iPad easily, along with a wallet, glasses case, power cord and other necessities! I have had this bag exactly a year now and the leather is very durable - maybe one small scuff - and I have used it every day & taken it through more airports than I can count. It still looks great. I chose this style because it looked more like a bag than a briefcase - it is a little too big to be considered a general handbag & the compartments are obviously for a laptop. My friend has an HP that is larger than my laptop, and she was not able to close the strap when she tried it out with her computer. There are a couple of compartments, which I find handy to keep things organized. There is one pocket that looks like it should be for business cards but doesn't really fit any, and the pocket for a cell phone is a bit too small, but there is storage for pens, etc. And it is RED!!

Lodis is a beautiful leather that is different than others because it has been already treated thus some people refer to a plastic feel but it is really a protective finish. I was told not to treat the outside with any additional products. I hope this helps.

I love this bag! I wanted a slouchy, sleek, professional-looking shoulder bag to carry my laptop, and this is perfect. The leather is beautiful, and I love all the inside pockets. There is ample room to carry folders and notebooks in addition to my computer.
