There are 2 aspects to this review, the product and the service. I ordered the Crocs Bistro because of my plantar fasciitis. I work 12-hour shifts and my nursing shoes were killing my feet. Because we have to wear shoes without holes in them, I was putting shoe covers over my regular Crocs until I could buy some shoes that aligned with our hospital policy. The Bistro style was perfect for my needs. They are just a bit smaller than my regular Crocs (W 6-7,M 4-5), which I wear all the time at home, but they are working for me at work. I'm able to get through my shift with minimal discomfort now. I love my Bistros! And so far, I have not had any problem with my feet getting hot or sweaty. The service could not have been better! I wanted the free shipping, which took longer, but I needed my Bistros before we went out of town, so I was willing to pay for faster delivery. However, every time I selected the 3-day delivery, it defaulted to the longer but free delivery. I finally submitted my order then called customer service. The lady was so understanding of my situation. Without any further questions, she said "I've taken care of it." My Bistros were sitting on my front porch the very next day! I love my Crocs (both styles) and I love Zappos! Both are awesome - I will sing your praises forever!

I've had a pair of the originals for over 7 years now. needed one that I could wear at work that is non slip. these are a little more firm than my other ones I'm guessing because they haven't been worn in as much. they seem comfortable enough, but I did switch the straps from my old pair to this one. you may want to watch for that when you make the purchase. I remember trying them on in the store before and depending on the size of the strap, you could get a very different feel for the shoe. also, I have wide feet. usually get EE models and this one advertises as medium so i was a bit scared - yet it's plenty wide for my feet. anyways, after the strap switch, they seem to fit well. hoping these last me another 5-6 years as the other ones have. We'll just have to wait and see.

They were very comfortable, until the strap broke after one shift on the job, irritating, and Crocs doesn't replace the rivets!

The anti-skid material on the sole is glued on. And both have come undone on these shoes with three weeks. Can't recommend. They are are comfortable, however. Shoes For Crews version of this shoes has a better sole but their ankle strap is weaker than the Crocs shoe.

Great fit, super fun-funky color and great non-slip bottom. Bought them for my husband and he loved them right away.

I work at an emergency animal hospital. Wanted these shoes so that when I have to take a dog outside and it is raining my socks won't get wet. They are great for that, but my feet are always sweating! I like them, but they are not as comfortable as I was hoping they would be. I really like how easy they are to clean.

These look a little space age (the color is grey). I like them because there are no holes in the side and I love them for taking dogs out on wet grass. But without socks they rub a little. They are great for traveling and walking around if you have some thin socks on too.

I bought these to replace a pair of original Crocs I bought when they very first came out. They are old old but still so comfortable. The two major selling points on these new pair were, no holes and anti-slip for rainy days. I cannot tell you how many times I have almost slipped on wet stuff in my other ones. The only thing I noticed about this new pair is that they are not as spongy/soft as my old ones. They are a little stiffer and its not because they are new. They are definitely more firm than the originals. They are still quite comfortable though and I really like how they look, too. I am almost always a size 7½ and went with a women's 7. They fit perfectly and I have medium weight socks on.

I bought these as a gift for my mother, who is 1/2-1 shoe size smaller than myself. Long story short, a size 9 foot fits comfortably in an size 8 shoe. I don't love the wide toe on this style but these were purchased for comfort, which Crocs excels at providing. I looked all over for a knockoff, but with Zappos free shipping, it made more sense to buy the genuine article. Good for me, good for my mom!

This is my 1st pair of Crocs. My new job has me standing on concrete for hours at a time. When my feet started aching I knew I needed to invest in good shoes. The reviews on Crocs had me sold. I tried the Bistro style and I'm a believer. I've been wearing these shoes everyday & not one day since have I had achy feet. Great shoes at a great price

This shoe is very comfortable and supports the foot well, especially if you are on your feet for a long period of time. I'm glad I purchased these shoes. The shoe is roomy and cushiony.

This Croc is the same as the Relief Croc only without the vent holes. I prefer this because I will be wearing them when it snows. This shoe is perfect for my very arthritic feet.

The soles are already peeling off after one month of kitchen work. I would not recommend these at all. Also, the site says that if you're a half size that you should go a size down. Not a good idea. My shoes pinch my toes even with my thinnest socks. Good thing they won't last long, I guess. I'm kicking myself for spending dollars on ugly, ill-fitting shoes that won't last 3 months. DON'T DO IT!

I wore a pair of Croc Classics the whole summer and was blown away by how comfortable they were, so when the weather turned wet and cold I was looking for a pair of crocs that would keep my feet dry. While these kept my feet dry, they do not offer the same cushioning as the classic, it was very noticeable out of the box. With no venting at all my feet got a bit sweaty (my feet sweat a lot so this wasn't a fault of the crocs). The grippy sole was a problem for me, while it was nice to not slip around on surfaces like wet concrete, it picks up dirt and is impossible to get it out. It's like hundreds of tiny fingers grabbing debris. Even this I could deal with, just kick them off when I get in the house and switch to my summer pair for inside. The real problem was after a week of wearing them the grippy sole started peeling off the shoe, bummer. Zappos was great about it of course and I decided to give the Crocs Ultimate Cloud version a try. They have vents on top so water doesn't go in when you walk on the wet ground. They have pretty much the same sole as the classic, which results in a similar cushioning. Exactly what I was looking for.

I bought these clogs after a kitchen accident left me hobbling. I wear a size 8 normally and a size 8 fit great. Although they felt a little stiff at first, they are my in the house go-to shoe. Although I think they are rather unattractive they are: super comfortable, easy to clean, protect my feet against future accidents and give some support to my feet. I appreciate the non-skid soles when the floors are wet and slippery.

If you work for long hours or on a hard floor, try these shoes. I am in a bakery all day long and I wouldn't consider wearing any other pair of shoes to work. In the summer I wear light socks and in the winter heavy ones. These are wide shoes so your foot moves around inside but doesn't slip out because it is down in the footbed. I have never slipped even in the wettest of conditions. Some reviews mention the lack of ventilation but in a kitchen setting the best thing is that they keep the water out.. you don't want holes in the sides or top when you are working or cleaning. Since the shoes are so roomy your foot can shuffle around inside creating ventilation. I have tried Birkenstocks and they are just too hard, Crocs are much bouncier and lighter. I have gotten about a year and half worth of wear and tear out of mine and will continue to buy them. Only wish they came in more colors. RED please!

I've had these for some time now, and still love them. I did get a size 9 and usually wear a 9 1/2. They are great for keeping me from slipping and falling.

I'm a medical student and these are so great around the hospital. I can stand on my feet all day. Zappos service was amazing. I at first had a pair sent that were too small. I talked to a representative online and they sent me another pair the next day before I even sent the old pair back!

These shoes are very comfortable; however, they are the ugliest shoes I have ever put on my feet. The toe box looks even wider than it does on the original Croc. I was not aware that was possible.

These Crocs have a pencil lead thickness pin tread inset into the sole. Yeah! No more falling on slippery surfaces. This is my third pair of this style having worn through the soles on the previous pairs during my morning and evening walks in the wooded paths of central Florida. This model has no holes in the sides blocking water and sand from entering.

I bought a pair & they're great for my kitchen shifts! Very comfy but only with socks - feet get too sweaty otherwise. Bought my fiance the same ones & the sole stuck to the kitchen mat the first hour & detached - Zappos was amazing as usual & had his new pair out next day! Those are holding just fine so may have just been a manufacturer defect. He says they rub his feet & blister them at the hinges - shrug - mine are fab and comfy - no more back aches!

I helped my coworker to buy these shoes, and he likes them a lot. These are really comfortable. Since Crocs runs in full size, so he got size 9, half size down than his size, and they fitted perfectly well. Plus the one day shipping. It is welcome. Thank you Zappos!

I'm on my feet at work for 12 hours a day, and needed some comfortable shoes for my extra wide feet. The company I work for, however, didn't like employees to wear hoes with "numerous holes" on them. The Crocs Bistro solved my problem! Light on the weight, dead comfortable and the holes that are present on other Crocs are aren't them.

I am in culinary school and work in a restaurant. So I am on hard concrete all day every day. I was concerned at first about how non-slip they shoes are. I have had them about 2 months. I love them! I have a wider foot and they fit my foot to a T. My feet do not hurt after a 12 hour shift. They are super great non-slip I have no worries walking in water. I highly recommend them for anyone in the industry. I am 100% happy with them.

Did not like these shoes. Minimal flexibility vs other Crocs I have. These Crocs are very stiff and do not have the "give" that my other Crocs have.
