Not as comfortable as other CROCS styles - I have many different styles of CROCS...I work in the food industry and thought the BISTRO style would be perfect for the sometime (OFTEN) slippery conditions of work floors. I'm sure they would have been, however, after receiving in less than 36 hours from ZAPPOS, I tried on and walked around on carpet to feel how they felt. SOOO very unhappy...Shoe is very stiff and hard on the sole...Not at all as cushy and flexible as the other styles. I returned them to ZAPPOS; waiting for refund to show up in my account...They did receive the return in 3 days. I love ZAPPOS and CROCS...Just not this style...I like the Specialist style, and the Professional style for comfort and non-skid.

Crocs Bistro - Ordered this shoe for my husband. The strap is too loose on the heel. It really serves no purpose. He likes the comfort and the ease of slipping it on.

SOOO comfortable - I'm on my feet all day at work, and recently have been experiencing foot pain. These Crocs are the answer I've been looking for--both waterproof and comfortable! I think the Bistros are even more comfy than the regular Crocs! I recommend them highly.

Great shoe! This shoe had a better fit than the other Crocs I purchased. The sole is a little deeper so my feet stay dry during the rains.

Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Never thought I'd own a pair of Crocs because of the look, but it was the best shoe purchase I've ever made. I will continue to buy these.

Very comfortable shoes for working in the kitchen - I really like the bistro crocs. They are so comfortable and have decreased my back pain a bit.

Crocs - The service was great in the delivery in one day. The shoes are very comfy. I wear it to work and out too. It can get a little sweaty since it has no holes. I am a nurse and I love the shoes.

Crocs Bistro - Very comfortable and roomy with thick shock absorbing sole. Not much ventilation so moisture accumulation is sometimes a problem but ample room for socks if you wish to wear those.

Watch your sizing - When I first read the info on the Croc Bistro, I did not take the piece that stated more of a snug fit to much to heart. It was not blown up or made a big deal of, just a short blurb. Well having worn the Endeavor for about a year now. I work on my feet 48 hours a week, and 6 months prior to my first Croc purchase I had a full hip replacement. The non skid sole was so very reassuring. But now low and behold the new Bistro is like wearing Velcro on your feet. My work kitchen floor is treacherous when wet. Well to get back to my original point they are a little snug on the fit. No wide width as yet, but don't quote me on that. 2 colours (British) only. MY Chocolate pair are cool... Good luck with yours...Limey

Comfy, but not stylish - I had the Troika Crocs and felt they were comfortable and a little more stylish than these. Unfortunately they broke and I ended up buying these because the Troika were not in stock. I wish I had waited. They are very comfortable though. The Troika heel seems higher in the back too, which helps with walking through snow and slush.

Crocs Bistro doesn't fit like the other styles - This was my second purchase of Crocs. Wanted one without holes for inclement weather. But this one feels too wide in the toe box, and the look seems much more masculine than my Cayman pair. I've only worn them once, because of it. A bit disappointed. Soles are nice with a diamond-cut pattern for extra traction.

Love the comfort and light weight of the Bistro I recently purchased. These Crocs give me a little extra support for those long days on my feet and a little additional protection from spills because they are enclosed. Also appreciate the extra traction sole on wet surfaces.

Passed the Scrub Test - I reluctantly bought these crocs to wear at my job, a Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room. To my surprise they met my demands for shoes in the OR-comfortable, light, easy clean blood and other "stuff" off. They took a little getting used to: lack of an enclosed heel is a weird feeling. I bought the largest size (13) even though I wear size 14 sneakers. The 13 size works ok for me. The only negative is no air circulation which leaves me with soaked socks after 13 hours of work. I didn't feel comfortable getting the style with the holes for fear of getting "work-related" debris inside the shoes.

Love my Crocs - Perfect shoes (also bought a pair of a different style of crocs at the same time) for my redwood country house. Easy to slip into and out of, as I go in and out of the house, walking in northern California rainy season.

The Converted - I bought these having been a long-time Crocs devotee. They are by-far the best Croc ever. I bought them for my boyfriend against his will. He was always saying how ridiculous they looked but once he got on his pair of Crocs Bistro's he refused to take them off. I'm wearing them in lieu of a winter boot when it's dry and just wear cashmere socks to keep me warm. That's serious comfort at a low price.

I gave these Bistro Crocs as a gift to a family member. He is a chef and thinks they are wonderful. He actually wants an extra pair to have around the house just for something to slip into quickly to wear outside. At first he thought they ran a little big, but with a heavier sock, they work out just fine.

BEST CROC CLOG EVER - This clog was purchased as a work shoe for my husband who is a physician. He likes the fact that these are solid on top and on the sides as he does procedures which can get a tad "messy" (he's a gastroenterologist so you can imagine). Another great aspect of this rubber clog is the fact that Crocs are extremely easy to clean by placing under a faucet and simply soaping up and rinsing off. I purchased four pairs for him because he not only likes to have clogs set aside specifically for work but also clogs for his "off time" as well. He thinks the medium chocolate brown color is great and supremely functional and versatile. With this Bistro model of the Croc he informs me that the soles are now truly and completely slip proof. Additionally we both believe the style of the Bistro is a bit more attractive than the regular solid-topped Croc clog. Could not recommend this clog more highly. Perfect all the way around.
I'd also recommend:
Birkenstock clogs with the soft, cushioned footbeds and any Merrell shoes (which Zappos does not seem to carry -- sadly).

Probably the ugliest shoes... These are not my fashion shoes of choice, but they do the job. I started wearing Crocs after foot surgery. I wasn't ready for street shoes; it was a choice between Crocs and sneakers. They provided the support I needed at the time. (I do add a padded arch cushion for additional arch support.) And continue to provide support while working 8-hour retail days. The Bistro style has basic colors (black, taupe, brown) -- and no holes! -- Which makes it more suitable for a work environment.

Excellence - Shoe is perfect. I thought I would never leave my Birki's until I wore this thing. Half the price, no time to break in and it works great both in my dining room and kitchen. Zappos made it so easy to get that I now know where to buy my shoes. I have referred two friends to Zappos and this shoe and they are both in love also.

Great shoe - I finally broke down and decided to by a pair of Croc's after hearing/reading all the great reviews and I can tell you I'm not disappointed one bit. I'm not too crazy about the other styles but I really like this one. Still casual but more shoe like. I would compare the look to my Keen Ashlands, which is also a great shoe. They are so comfortable and light weight that half of time I forget I'm wearing them. Overall a great shoe and I've been wearing them constantly. Even in the cold weather here in Chicago, they keep my feet warm. The only drawback I can see, since there are no vents, the shoe can cause your feet to sweat. They are more a of fall, winter and early spring shoe in my opinion if you're looking for a casual shoe not work related.

Awesome Culinary Shoes! I'm a Corporate Chef and spend a lot of time on wet/oily surfaces. I typically wear the Dansko Professional Clogs, but sometimes my back and feet need a break from wearing a hard sole on a concrete floor. The crocs bistro is definitely a lifesaver for those days when I want something softer! I've had them for a couple months now and love them. They have plenty of cushioning around the toes to protect you from bumps and falling objects, and the back of the clog comes up high enough that they're safe to wear in a kitchen environment. Best of all, these have even more non-slip capability than regular crocs (they have the diamond sole). With all the extra cushioning, they stay on your feet better than the Cayman or Professional would, so keep that in mind. They were designed by celebrity chef Mario Batali so they actually don't look too bad either.

Finally available here! I purchased these shoes from a food service store because I wanted a winter- ready croc that would keep my toes and heel covered. These are the most comfortable shoes I own, hands down! I also really like the way they look without the air hole on the top. These shoes start out feeling a bit small, especially for a man or a woman with a wide foot, but the shoe really does conform to your foot after a while. The one thing that is bothersome about the shoe is that your feet SWEAT in them- a lot. I can take these off at the end of the day and my feet will be completely wet. Not much you can do about that if you are looking for shoes that won't let in the snow- they also don't let out the perspiration. I would still buy them again!
