Great for vegans! Love these shoes. They look super cool with my capris and they are completely non-leather; AKA very animal friendly!

These did not fit true to size and I need to return them. I own lots of Keds, but for some reason they slipped off of my heel.

These slip-ons are very comfortable and fit perfectly. They were shipped to me almost immediately and I wore them the first day I received them. Great purchase!

I am a very consistent size 9.5, but my other pair of Keds is a size 9, so that's what I ordered here. I ended up needing a size 8.5 in this shoe, so I would say these run big. I love it, and it looks great with most things. It's wonderfully comfortable.

Perfect everyday, year-round shoe for Southern California. I love this shoe. If it came in 20 colors, I'd have 20 pairs.

Shoes are comfortable and arrived very promptly. It is possible to wear a sock with these, but also possible to wear barefoot.

Bought these for walking dogs in red desert sand. Needed comfort and a shoe that breathes. I like Vans but they don't size for a woman. I also like black on black and that is hard to find. These fit what I wanted. I usually wear between an 8.5 to 9. Exchanged the 9 for an 8.5. No break in needed. I may get another pair just because they look good. I needed these in a hurry for my trip. They went to my old address. I called when I didn't get them after 5 days cause usually the order gets to me so fast. You guys are so great. UPS was contacted and the address corrected and I my order in 3 days. No hassle, no stress! I've been shopping with Zappos for years and they are the best. Just a great team of people that are positive and friendly with a can do attitude and fast! These reviews always help me select sizes, etc., so here's mine, too.

Black Keds Champion Basic Slip-On - I have lots of difficulty finding shoes that fit. This shoe feels great and looks great as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Hard to find - A woman's black Vans style with a black sole is hard to find, so I tried this one. I ordered an 8.5 at first, which is the size I usually order because I have a wide foot (bunion). It was ok in the width but a little loose in the back. I gave it to my mom, whose foot is a little longer than mine and ordered the 8. It fit perfect at first but after a long day on my feet, the stiff new canvas rubbed on the bunion. So, I wore socks the next few times to get them broken in. They look marvelous!

Great shoe - It was a bit wide for me - but basically comfortable, inexpensive and a great look.

Keds - The shoes I wear all the time - they were the same as usual. It's your service that was different - it was wonderful, and I will definitely buy from you again.

A Simple Classic - The Keds Basic Slip-On is exactly that: a classic shoe reminiscent of the Vans slip-on but without the heavy sole required by skaters. They work with jeans or skirts and are great as a light, canvas summertime shoe. There is not a lot of support - the shoe lacks the arch support I remember from my pair of classic white lace-up Keds of yore - but the foot bed is soft and comfortable. The fit is true. And for the price, you can't ask for a better deal!

I really like these for everyday shoes. Given my normal wear and tear I don't expect them to hold out for a very long time (mainly they will start looking old before the sole wears out, though) but they are inexpensive. The support is sufficient and they are so basic they match with everything. People think they are Toms.

I love the leather Champion slip-on which comes in Narrow width but is only available in white, so I thought I'd try the canvas version in black as a casual summer shoe. Doesn't work for my narrow flat feet. The B width is much too wide (though I suppose it would work for a true B). It also seems long for its marked size. And it has zero arch support while the leather one has moderate support. I walk out of them with every step, even with socks (and who wants to wear socks with canvas shoes in August?). Too bad -- they are a great basic style. The mystery questions: why does Keds not make these in Narrows, and why do they make the leather version only in white?

Good Vans Alternative - These shoes are a good alternative to the Vans slip-on (they're a little bit narrower than the Vans, but fit well nonetheless). I'm really happy with my purchase. The only thing that I could say is that if you wear them for a long period of time without socks, then you could get a blister on your heel like I did. That's obviously very easily rectified by wearing socks.

OK for the price - The shoe looks fine. A little tight at first. No arch support. The sole is so thin that stepping on a rock hurts… but this price…

Excellent shoes for walking - These are very comfortable walking shoes. Great choice for the summer.

In most shoes, I usually wear an 8.5, so based on the reviews, I ordered this in an 8. When it arrived, I realized how narrow this shoe really is. While the length was fine (consider ordering a half-size smaller than you would usually wear), the width was way too narrow, so I had to return it. It would be great if there was a wide width version!

I have worn Keds leather slip-ons for years and thought these would fit the same, but they felt much narrower. They'll probably be fine after wearing for a while, but just be aware if you're used to the leather ones.
