A cute necessity in cold weather - I live in Chicago and love my Hunter boots, but they are sometimes too cold without these little fleece socks. You could use any thick sock I suppose, but these have the super chic Hunter logo and look really nice.

Warm feet in San Diego - I bought these to go inside a pair of Hunter boots. They are absolutely perfect! I wear size 8.5 and ordered an M size after reading the reviews. It fits well- the large would have been way too big.

Great socks! They're super soft and kept my feet warm in snow and rain. The cuff at the top ensures that nothing falls in your boots.

Love the look of these socks with Hunter Wellies. However, if you have larger calves, beware! My boots just didn't fit right once I put these on. Thankfully we never get too cold here -- I had actually bought them to bring on a trip to Montana. I am keeping the socks just in case I really need them (or in case my calves shrink).

I just recently bought a fabulous pair of Wellies, and I can't possibly imagine wearing them without these socks. Really, they make a world of difference in terms of added warmth, comfort and style. Some things to keep in mind with these socks, however: I own the Huntress boots, which are wider in the calf but shorter by an inch or so than the originals. These socks are really designed for the original Welly. Although it doesn't make too much of a difference, some people may not like how long the socks are in comparison to the boot if they decide to purchase the Huntress, as they can't really be tucked in or wrapped over the Huntress too well. Also, I know zappos.com says a Large is for a size 7-9, and while I wear a shoe size 8, I find the Large rather big. I would prefer something with a more snug fit. Next socks I buy will be the smaller size. Other than those two small issues, these socks are great, and a vital addition for any winter Welly wear.

These seem to run a bit big. I had to return the pair sized for her and get the medium. My daughter loves the way they look. Have to wait for winter to use them.

You'd be amazed at how warm your feet stay with these liners. Warning: if the boots are a little snug around your calves, these will make them more snug and will probably prevent you from getting your jeans tucked in. But they're a must have for the winter. I ordered them because everyone was sold out and they actually look a little pink.

I love my Hunter boots. I bought them in England while studying there. The wellie socks help keep you warm, but be warned that they make the boot much tighter. On my skinny legs, this is completely fine. If you're someone whose boots are too tight, then don't bother. They do help, but wearing doubled socks works just as well. If you like them, then go for it. I can't complain about it that's for sure.

Huge Baggy Sock - If you wear a women's size 10, do NOT order the Large Hunter welly sock, because it is huge. When I slipped the sock on my foot, I could not even tell there was a foot under there because the sock was so very baggy. I'm returning them and ordering a Medium.

Cozy socks - These socks are cozy and fit perfectly with Hunter boots. When used for the snow with Hunter boots, they will keep your toes warm, but not as warm as Uggs.

I work in retail and need shoes that allow for long hours of walking and standing while still looking fashionable. These soft sole on these boots is really comfortable! The high heel and really buttery leather give a little edge to an otherwise ordinary style. I love them and expect to wear them several times a week.

Great, but big! Order a size down unless you intend to wear them over very thick socks!

These socks fit perfectly in the boots and look great, they just are not quite warm enough for Chicago winters. Great for a cold rainy day, but I wish I would have bought real snow boots!

Hunter Wellies Socks - The sizes run really weird. I first received a Large because that was what the size guide told me to get because I'm an 8/8.5 they were HUGE when I got them and looked ridiculous. So I ordered another pair in a Medium... and those are still a little too small. I need them so I don't plan on returning them, but they are super soft.

I bought the large socks to go with my size 8 boots, and sadly I have to return. Too bulky in the foot and didn't feel very comfortable. It did make the calf feel much tighter and my skinny jeans wanted to pull up and gather around my knees. I'm going to try the shearling inserts with regular socks and see how they feel.
