Overall a great shoe, perfect for the "Winter Trail Shoe" I was looking for. They're warm, fit like a glove right out of the box. My first pair of Keen's and they certainly won't be the last.

Great shoes. Plenty of room. I wear these at the dog park and thru the woods.

I have a significant foot injury and numbness in both feet. I've tried running sneakers, walking shoes, sandals, and so on. Believe it or not, the Keen Voyageurs are the most comfortable shoes in my "collection." I've worn them walking locally and even on cobblestone streets in Europe, and they have proven to be the only shoes I own that just don't hurt. Highly recommended!

A great shoe. This is the 3rd pair I have purchased for myself. The women's version does not have a wide width. Comfortable fit and looks good.

I am an old guy, heavy traveler, and long stander. These are great shoes. I do wear them with an insert, but only after wearing them every day for 5 months and figuring out I wasn't going to rotate them...they were going to be my everyday go-to shoe.

I love these shoes! They are super comfortable and seem to be wearing well too. I wanted a different color scheme but that wasn't available. Regardless, these are great. I have foot problems and the wrong shoe can ruin an experience but I am currently on a business trip to Japan and my feet are holding up just fine. That alone is a testiment to the comfort level of these shoes.

I ordered a pair of these in 1/2 size larger than my normal size based on comments in this section. They were 1/2 size too large. So, I called their Customer Service number and asked how to exchange them. Their representative, Diana, could not have been more courteous, helpful and accommodating. I returned the original pair free via UPS and had the replacement pair at no charge within 3 business days of my call. The best customer service experience I've had in many moons. And, I really, really like these shoes.

Third pair of these I have purchased. Durable, comfortable. My everyday shoe instead of a sneaker. Better support, looks good. Wear these all year round.

I ordered these day-hiker's 2 days ago and they were delivered as promised, in 2 days. Great fit, style and product. I would hate to be owners of a department store as you cannot compete with this great company. Price was also in line with what other stores were asking. Living 35 miles from Ft. Worth, Texas. It was so much easier than driving there and looking for a place that had my size. Thank you, Zappos.

I recently bought my 2nd pair of these shoes. I have occasional hip and back pain, but these shoes actually help alleviate that pain. I can walk for miles in them. My previous pair were a number of years old and we wearing out on the inside, the outers and soles were still in great shape.

I love these shoes! They were very comfortable right out of the box. I work on my feet most of the day and my feet feel protected (toes). The shoe is supportive and my feet are happy after a days work.

Amazing shoe, and good to go out of the box. Brought these shoes as my only pair (aside from some sandals) of shoes for 10 days hiking in Tasmania. Of course I was a little bit sore after 10-12 hours a day walking, but these had exceptional traction on slippery rocks, and are very lightweight.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable on concrete floors. I'm on my feet for 9 hours a day working at a warehouse store. I found Keen shoes about 4 years ago and I am a firm believer that these are the best work shoes I can buy.

I was looking for a shoe to replace my NB 955 which they have changed, and people are saying that they are different now not as good and not as comfortable. I hate when they do that! I have problems with my feet so I need to buy shoes with good support, and that I can add my orthotics to. These shoes fit the bill! No break in needed and so far I have been able to wear without my Orthotics! I will definitely buy again! I just hope they don't change them!

I had been thinking about trying Keens for a while. I've bought. Patagonian and Merrells for a long time but wanted to find something new, that also had the comfort and arch support I like. These fit the bill for me. I have 3 pairs of keens now and enjoy them all. I put a lot of wear on a shoe. I average 7-8 miles walking a day five days a week. They've held up very well so far.

Awesome shoes! I had a pair of Merrel Moab that I wore for years even though they weren't that comfortable. These Keen's are incredibly comfortable. I couldn't believe I wore those Merrels for so long. Go for the Keens!

I have never had anything but wonderful experiences with your company. The staff you have is so helpful and friendly and they bend over backwards to accommodate. Shipping is always so quick and this last time I had to order a bigger size for my husband. The return process went so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Zappos. Wish all companies were so great to deal with.

These are very comfortable right out of the box! With other brands I have to order wide shoes and have problems with getting a good fit. The Voyageurs fit great and I appreciate the wide toe box. I've found a new go to brand. Thanks Zappos for the very quick shipping. I ordered them on the 28th of January and they were on my front porch on the 29th!

Great shoe, my second pair. First has lasted a year and still going strong. I ordered these and after 2 months tread started coming apart in 2 places. I emailed Zappos and asked what to do, send pics or shoes? The next morning I got a shipping conformation. Zappos shipped the new pair out with no questions asked, and didn't charge my card! Wow. They should teach classes on customer service! Thanks Zappos.

My husband bought these shoes several years ago - and it is now all he wears. He wears them for everything! They are tremendous quality and fit well. He recently bought a new pair and now wears both. Love the shoes. My second pair of Keens and they are amazingly comfortable. But the even more amazing thing is Zappos' shipping. I ordered them late in the afternoon of 12/19. We were leaving for a week on 12/21 so I assumed they would be waiting for me upon return. But I noticed the shipping choice of Next Business Day Delivery so I thought nothing to lose and there was no extra charge. To my great amazement, the delivery truck arrived in the afternoon of 12/20, less than 24 hours after the order was placed. Not sure exactly from where they were shipped, but I live in AZ! Great service and I was able to take them on my trip!

My husband bought a pair of these several years ago in a retail store. He just loved them! He looked everywhere we went for replacements. While some of the retail stores carried the brand, none carried the same shoe. I found them on Zappos' and surprised him for Christmas. He is thrilled - best present I ever got him.

These are awesome shoes. I have had two pairs and will have more. I tried the other styles and could not get a size to fit right.

I ordered these for my husband, who is a big guy, and he says he's never had any shoes as comfortable as these. He's already taken them goose hunting in Canada and elk hunting in S. Idaho. He's happy; I'm happy!
