I was a first time hiker looking for boots to hike the Camino de Santiago. I was advised to size up and wear a sock liner and regular sock. I wear a women's size 11 so had to go into a men's boot since no size 12 women's boots. It all worked out very well. This was the perfect hiking boot for the Camino and I did it without blisters since I wore Injini toe sock liners and wool socks everyday. Love my boots.

I am a woman with a wide foot...and I found the perfect fit in the Keen Voyageur Mid...I hiked the 500 mile Camino de Santiago...and did it in these boots!

I'm on my seventh pair of Voyageur mids. I wear them for work, walking and dressing up. They feel and look great, and they hold up very well even for roofing and construction, though I wear them as I teach college, too. They're also one of the Keen varieties that has been left with the original wide toebox, which has been eliminated from some other Keen models to my dismay. They're my favorite go-to shoes, and I wear them almost every day. The price has also stayed reasonable. Great value!

Nice shoes. Seem true to size and width. Very light however they aren\'t as cool as one might expect given the mesh looking material. I\'d buy them again!

I bought these shoes for a hike to Machu Picchu. These were my first pair of hiking shoes. While on the trail, I actually thought to myself, wow, I am so glad I bought these and how comfortable they are. I definitely recommend you pick up a pair for any extended hike.

First off, these shoes look even better in person than on the site. Great looks (IMO) are typical of Keen's style. That's probably why this makes my third pair, huh? As with many Keens though, you'll want to order them 1/2 to a full size smaller than usual as they run a bit big. The insole however, seemed to be somewhat lacking in 'cushiness' (if that's even a word), so I picked up some aftermarket gel insoles and VOILA! They're now my favorite shoes. I do still wish though, that they were offered in 'waterproof' as I like to hose off my boots after a long muddy hike. Hey, that's no biggie, I'll just let them dry before I wear them again! Thanks Zappos for the great price and free shipping! ;-}

Zappos impressed me again. Sunday @ 11:00 pm I decided to order new hiking boots. Size 15 are impossible to find in stores. By Tuesday my boots arrived!! Very nice of them to upgrade me to next day shipping(i didn't pay anything for the shipping)! As for the boots... WOW!! Fit was perfect, I wear a 15 average width (haha, my 15's average) and my feet were happy with both thin ankle socks and extra thick wool blends. Like i said i got the boots on Tuesday. I wore them around the house that night, all day on Wednesday, and then went on a weekend hunting trip on Thursday morning. I walked all weekend long over varied terrain and wet weather conditions. Up and down hills, climbing rocks, deep mud, a few puddles and streams, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!! The boots are comfortable, protect my toes, and kept my feet warm and dry (bonus, in the heat of the day my feet stayed dry through the sweat, wow!). the treads couldn't drop the mud as fast as I could put it on, but after a quarter mile on hard pack the mud was gone. Great design, Would buy again!!

This is a comfortable sturdy boot. There is extra room in toe box, which make the boot much more comfortable than similar boots. It seems to be a very sturdy boot. Have only had for a few weeks and have not done any major hiking but seem to be a good shoe for the price. As always Zappos delivers quickly and for a great value.

Merrils are good, but not nearly as much big-toe room as Keen and Clarks

This shoe is not the prettiest girl at the dance, but certainly the one you want to dance with. The wide, rugged Keene toe is a plus, as always. In fact, I bought these shoes because of that to accommodate thick wool hiking socks. They are well constructed and light. The eyelets at the top of the shoe are constructed so that if the lace should untie the shoe will not loosen immediately, creating stability. The color in the ad did not closely match the actual color, but it’s close enough; more greenish than tan. Good price, great service by Zappos and a great functional shoe.

My first Keen's were a pair of the Brooklyn. I loved the fit, and they lasted well for three years of almost daily wearing. I wanted to try out more. I bought these Voyagers because I wanted boots that breathed rather than the waterproof feature. My feet get hot easily so these looked like a good choice. I have worn them when the temp was in the 70's and am wearing them now with temps in the teens. They are very comfortable after 12 or more hours on, provide good support, and keep feet at comfortable temp without overheating like most boots. I recommend most highly. Order them a half or full size up for best fit.

There is nothing that fits like a Keen. For somewhat similar, though narrower, try Salomon.

First, but not last pair of Keen. Super comfort from day one. Roomy toe box, great support on uneven terrain. I have low arches resulting in excess lace length after several days use, I now employ double knots. Zappos presents best shoe buying experience ever, thanks!

This hiking boot is awesome! I bought them just before traveling to Costa Rica to hike various terrain of rain forest and for daily wear. Super light weight and dry. Used right out of box with no problems. I hope they never stop making these.

I bought these hiking boots by Keen because I had just returned from a hiking trip in Colorado and I had used a cheap pair of hiking boots and both of my big toes were black and blue. I've owned other Keen products so I decided to give these a try and when they arrived they fit like a glove. They are really comfortable and no more pounding of my toes. I did buy them 1/2 size larger then I take in dress shoes and they fit perfect. I have found this works with Keen products for sizing. The toe box on these and the sole provide great protection when hiking in steep rocky areas and your feet don't get beat up like with some other brands of hiking boots. These are the best hiking boots I have ever owned and I highly recommend them.

The first thing I noticed when I received these boots was the weight. They are light as a feather, and great looking. The fit was true to size for me; I really love the added room in the toe box on Keen shoes. They required absolutely no break in time, as they fit great right out of the box. They seem well built, but only time will tell how they hold up. I can honestly say these may be the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I would highly recommend these boots!

These shoes feel great. I've worn them for about a month now. I'm a carpenter and wear them about 15hrs a day. I work on all different types of uneven surfaces to sloped roofs and they are real comfortable. There is more room in the toe area so my feet don't hurt anymore. Thanks Zappos for your great service.

Brilliant. Comfortable right out of the box. Wonderful stability on rugged trails, which abound in Central Oregon. Don't fear hitting the trail on the same day they arrive.

I ordered these a week before heading out to Colorado in mid July, planning to do a lot of day hikes in the mountains, but worried about breaking in a new pair of boots so quickly. I didn't need to. I wore them every day in all kinds of terrain, and they fit perfectly and needed no break in.

I really like most Keen products, and these were no exception. I bought them a size larger than I usually buy Keen shoes because I've found that with long day hikes (5 to 15 miles) in sunny southern California my feet get swollen. On the first hike 5 miles up and 5 miles down in the San Gabriels on a 90 degree day they were great. No toe blisters at all. Like most Keens they have a fairly narrow heel and nice wide toe box. These have pretty good support. I would not recommend them for backpacking, not heavy duty enough for the extra weight. For long day hikes, carrying five liters of water, snacks and lunch, they are wonderfully comfortable. I'm waiting to see what Keen will come up with next year for heavier packs and backpacking. I've heard there is something in the works.

Perfect fit right out of the box. I have wide 4E feet and finding the right hiking boot is not easy. I bought these for trail hiking and backpacking so time will tell if they hold up on a multi day backpacking trip.

Great Shoe Highly Recomend - I am somewhat picky about my footwear. I work 10 hour days as a gardener for an amusement park and I'm on my feet for almost all of it. As soon as I put these boots on I knew I had made a great purchase. I wore them to work the very next day with no break-in period at all. They felt comfortable, very lightweight, flexible, and supportive. I have no issues whatsoever. I think it's a great feature that the laces "lock in" at the top when you lace them up..just hope it doesn't prematurely wear the laces. Another great purchase experience from Zappos..I don't even bother to shop anywhere else for my footwear. They upgraded me to next day shipping at no cost!

These shoes are great! I have a special foot problem in which I need extra ankle support and these do a nice job for me. They also have good padding on the footbed. I have a total of 4 pairs of Keen's and they are all excellent shoes. As for Zappos, it is the greatest of pleasure to do business with them. Great service and free shipping too!

Best hiking boot for my foot - period! Only boot that my feet have been in that haven't yielded blisters after mile six. I love wearing these boots. Only con is that they aren't waterproof. These boots have put me on a Keen buying spree. I now have seven pair of footwear from Keen.
