Had to return these - I was hopeful I'd found a narrow sport shoe in this, but I had to return these because they were too small. They initially felt good, but after wearing these a half hour in the house, my feel felt like they had a straight jacket on, despite all the cushioning! Also, I would have liked better arch support - these seemed to have less arch support than the Asics GT2130.

Worth the investment - Great for overpronators and the sole is supportive, but extra firm. They'll need breaking-in, but the long-term support is worth the investment as Asics soles tend to have a long life. Good for anyone with knee pain and who needs more cushion.

Higher on the heel - I really wanted to love this shoe!!! I'm an ASICS devotee but this one just didn't do it for me. I have a narrow foot and am a smaller girl and for some reason this shoe seems really high on my ankles. Am ordering 2 other pairs of ASICS as they are the best running shoe in the world!!!

Order up at least 1/2 size - I have the Kayano 12 version in a 9.5 (medium) which have worked well for me. So I ordered the Kayano 14 in a 9.5 as well, but this time I ordered a narrow (I have very skinny feet). The Kayano 14's were way too short- I'm sending them back and will move up to a 10 (or possibly a 10.5). I have a narrow foot and the narrow width was fine until I replaced the insoles with my orthotics which took up too much room - so I will be going back to a medium width.

They're not worth the high price! I overpronate on my left foot and went to a specialty running store to ask them what shoes I should buy. They recommended these and I decided to buy them through Zappos because they didn’t carry my size at the store. I run/walk in them and get really sore knees and ankles. I even put Superfeet in them because I thought it would help... but it didn't. Even the foot that doesn't overpronate hurts still. There is not very much support in these shoes despite what the description claims. BUT I was very satisfied with Zappos.com; I literally received my order the day after I placed it! Wonderful customer service... highly recommend this site!

Felt good at first. Worked out on the treadmill and ended up with a blister on my heel. The heel/ankle area runs wide. Only wore once. I was very disappointed.
