Better than 2110 and 2120 - Best shoe I have had from Asics. Really grips heel, no slippage, feels like running on air. I wear a size 8 dress shoe and a 9 in 2130.

Wonderful on all aspects - I jumprope between 7 and 10 hours a week in a gym and have been for the past 10 years and these are probably one of the best pair of shoes I've had ever! They've got wonderful cushion in the forefoot (which is where I need it) and it doesn't peter out and turn to cardboard. I have very narrow toes and heels, so I ordered the 2A and they fit like they were custom made. I'm considering ordering a couple more pairs so I have them when my current pair needs replacing. I always hate it when I need a new pair of shoes and they’ve been discontinued. Hopefully these stay on the shelves for a long time!

2130 A Great Choice - Needed a great cross-trainer that could provide much needed support (I have severe shin splints) and good flexibility that was light-weight. Read dozens of these online reviews before settling on Asics GT-2130. Fantastic sneaker so far...very comfy and I got a narrow which is hard to come by. Ordered on a Friday night with the free shipping, but Zappos sent overnight for free and it came the very next day which was a huge bonus. Fits well with my sports orthodics and so far great for kickboxing, spin, cardio works-outs, gym days and short runs. I was a Nike gal, but think this Asics model is better. Word of caution: heed others advice and buy a 1/2 size up from what you normally wear. I am a size 7, ordered the 7 1/2 and it’s perfect.

Great! This shoe is EXTREMELY comfortable and it looks great. The python print is very attractive. Once again, my experience with ZAPPOS has been fantastic.

Amazing running sneakers - I just got these out of the box and put them on to try them out on my treadmill. Every stride was heaven for my knees and whole body! I had ACL surgery 7 years ago on my right knee and require a lot of cushioning, support and shock in my sneakers. These have exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go out for my first run in these. I actually bought 3 pairs of sneakers at once to try them all. I tried the NB WR768 and the ASICS Gel-Kahana 2. They had nothing on the GT-2130. I had high expectations from the feedback and now I understand why everyone rated the shoe so highly. I strongly recommend buying this shoe. It will make your running experience a joy.

Good Looking and Comfy Too! These are the most comfortable running sneakers I have ever bought. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a lot of arch support or has a wider foot. I've always had problems finding shoes that had support and were wide enough for my feet and these are great! I wear them when running and playing other sports and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Finally a running shoe that fits! I have a wide foot and it's very difficult to find walking/running shoes that fit comfortably from the beginning. These do. They're very light weight and needed no breaking in time.

ASICS ROCKS! I purchased ASICS because some of my avid running neighbors recommended them. One neighbor's sister is a podiatrist. They tend to be great for all types of runners. I'm a 3 miler myself. Another neighbor is a 6 miler and we even have one that does marathons. I like that because some days I run longer than others and I want to make sure the shoe can handle it. I have big feet, my dress shoes are size 10. I debated on 10.5 or 11, but ended up with size 11. They fit great.

Very comfortable and cute running shoe - I usually wear the 2120s and this is my first pair of 2130s. Very comfortable and I love the look. I have the pink and black strip ones. Can't say enough about Asics, they are my favorite brand of running shoes and I just love them!

Great shoe for high arches - I've been trying your different suggestions for my high arch and orthodics that I wear. I found that with this 2130 I do not have to wear my orthotic inserts as there is plenty of arch support. Thank you.

Comfortable In My Shoes - Very comfortable shoe for running and use on cardio machines. Great support. Feels like you are walking on air.

Excellent Shoe - I wanted a shoe that I could walk comfortably in. I am an overpronator and these shoes fixed the pain that I experienced in my lower calves when walking in other shoes such as New Balance.

Great commute shoes - I purchased two pair of these shoes, in black & frosty blue/silver. They are very comfortable and look nice. I specifically wanted to try the black ones because I wear gym shoes to and from work everyday (two hour commute from Northern Virginia to WDC - yuck) on public transit. I thought the black would disguise the fact that I was wearing gym shoes. It was a bad plan, they just look dorky with my suits. I still think they are great shoes, just not the look I was after and I wear them at home on the weekends. Very comfortable.

Great running and cross trainer! I bought this shoe to replace a Saucony Progrid Omni 6 (a great shoe in it's own right) based on it's reputation with people in my running group. The toe box is nice for people with wide feet. This version is a nice balance of cushioning and support. It's a great shoe for those who want a little more structured support in a stability shoe without having to switch to a motion control shoe. It rides great on my training runs, and it feels like heaven on cross training days when my feet are tired. Given most runners tend to order a half size up from their non-running shoe size, it feels true to size.

Great Shoe! I have always been a fan of Asics but recently bought a different brand of running shoe because of what was available at the time. After less than three months, I was already replacing them. I bought the Asics GT-2130 and love them! Comfort and cushioning are great!!! I strongly suggest this shoe for the average runner (indoor/outdoor).

Love my Asics! I haven't worn this particular shoe that I bought off Zappos yet but I have the same pair of shoes in another color and they are great. This line of Asics works really well for me as an avid runner. I got this pair b/c they were pink :). I will say in this past line, the 2110's and the 2120's (which sucked in my opinion) I wore a size 7. In the 2130's I have two pairs size 6 1/2. I normally wear a 5 - 5 1/2 shoe size but with running shoes my size is normally a bit bigger due to avoiding black toe nails, etc.

A terrific shoe - I love this shoe!!!! Being on my feet all day long on my job, this shoe is like walking on a cloud. It's so light and breathable. The only thing I had a problem with was the tongue. It bit into the top of my foot a little too much but after adjusting the tongue towards the left, it took care of the problem. I would buy this shoe again and again.

2nd Pair in a Week - SOLD. Last week I brought the GT-2120 and loved the fit so much, that I turned around and brought the newest model, GT-2130, this week. I bought this latest pair because they were a lighter shoe at 9 ounces. The differences are that the 2130 appears to have a wider toe box, and not quite as much arch support as the 2120. However, they are very cushiony, and very comfortable. But if I had to be very truthful in my comparison, I would say that the older model (GT-2120) is a better shoe because of the midsole support, and, I like the color in the older shoe better. However, you cannot go wrong with ASICS especially if you have wide feet, and want total comfort. And I will keep and wear both pair. Thank-you Zappos for your outstanding service.

MY FAVORITE PAIR - If you are looking for a comfortable pair of running shoes that have excellent arch support - look no further. ASICS GT-2130 are the BEST! I wear a 9.0 (in some shoes), but to be on the safe side, I got a 9.5 in ASICS and they fit perfect! I also got them in black to make my feet look smaller.

A great shoe! This is the second pair of Asics I have owned, and I still love them! They actually are a narrow width...not just "run narrow". Great support, good cushioning. I'll be buying these again.

Asics GT-2130 Review - I have been wearing the Asics line of 2100s for years now and usually buy them from an online running store, but when I found this shoe with this awesome pattern made especially for Zappos, I had to have it. I paid more for these, but to have something that is different from your ordinary running shoe and different from what everyone else has, is worth it to me. If I could rate the look a 10, I would. I like it that much.

Asics GT-2130 - pink - Very cute and comfortable. I have had a difficult time finding new running shoes as I just got orthotics. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or an 8, most of the running shoes I tried, the 7 1/2's were too small w/ orthotics and 8 had too much toe room for me. These are perfect. They have plenty of toe room and are very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Great Running Shoe - I just switched from an Adidas SuperNova Classic model to this Asics GT-2130. It is a great shoe for someone who pronates and needs a stable running shoe. It does not have much of an arch so if you have a high arch you may want to try a different shoe.
