These shoes are very comfortable. They are flat, meaning little to no arch support. It does have a removable insole. I usually wear between a Med to Wide width and these fit great without socks. So if you have a narrow size, beware!

Very cute and comfy shoe, but difficult to find the right fit. One size was too crunched on my toes, but a half size up was way too wide and my foot slipped out. I recommend ordering many sizes around your size. There is very little arch support, but the insole can easily be replaced with a more supportive insole.

Comfy and Cute -
I bought these for a recent trip to Paris and they worked out great. I ordered up a half-size based on feedback from other customers but I am not sure it was necessary. They were really comfortable walking around all day and looked great too. My friend in France tried them on and promptly ordered a pair for herself!! Two thumbs up.

I have many Keens shoes, they are great shoes. This style does run smaller then all of the other Keens that I own! I have worn a 7 before in numerous styles, but ordered a 7 1/2 because of the other reviews. It still was too small! I compared it to the 7 Keens that I have and it was smaller even though it was a 7 1/2. I'm reordering it in an 8. The shoes are adorable (even my husband said they were cute). Can't wait to the correct size to get here!

Cute but not so supportive -
I LOVE Keen... but these shoes are a bit narrow and the arch support is non-existent. Not what I am used to with Keen, but I kept them. They are comfy enough to wear for a few hours, but not a good shoe to wear all day or do a lot of shopping in. Adorable, just not what the doctor might recommend.

Very cute (and mostly practical) shoes. So far my feet have stayed dry through a rainy fall. However, I ordered up half a size, and now these seem to have stretched out a bit. Great for thick, wooly socks in winter...not so great for bare feet in summer. Other reviews mentioned that these shoes don't have much support. At first I didn't notice, but now I do.

While I probably wouldn't go walking around ALL day in these shoes, they are very comfy for work and they seem very well made. I thought that for a chunkier shoe, they didn't look overly large at all like some can look. Plenty of room for thicker socks in the winter, too.

Love these shoes -
I recently moved to a town where you could walk to shops and restaurants. I needed a shoe that was comfy enough for walking but cute, too! I bought the Keen Sienna Mary Jane in port royale and coffee liquor. Now they are the only shoes I wear!

Cute, comfortable, but need support -
I really like these shoes! They're my first pair of Keen shoes and I like how light they are. The toe box is wide and I can wear them without socks. The heel has tons of support, but the arch is lacking, so I put supports in and they feel great!
I would recommend these, but if you need arch support, be prepared to buy some inserts.

The perfect shopping shoe.
I wanted a shoe that would be easy to slip on and off during clothes shopping. These shoes fit the bill.
I usually wore athletic shoes for the support during marathon shopping sprees; however, the constant tying and untying made clothes shopping an even bigger chore.
Although they are a bit wide for my foot, the arch support is wonderful. I have to say they aren't the most attractive, sort of 'so ugly they're cute'; but they are extremely comfortable.
I typically wear a 9, purchased a 9.5 which fit until I walked around the house for a few minutes. After a few minutes my toes would touch the end of the shoe. I returned them for a 10, which may be why they feel a bit wide; however, the length is perfect.

Very cute shoe, but didn't work for me. I have three other pair of Keens and these were a lot narrower than the others. Also, I have very high arches and the thick elastic strap cut into the top of my foot.

Should you buy these? Yes. Do it! I love these! I don't buy shoes very often because I can't find a fit I like. These are very comfy. I live in a city and they are perfect for walking and riding a bike. I have a very wide foot so I got a half size larger, but if you have a normal foot they are true to size. Like the other reviews said and they feel great. Worth every penny. I think I might buy the ballet flats next.

High comfort, medium style -
I was looking for a shoe that put comfort above style but was still cuter than a pair of running shoes. This does exactly that. I walk 3 miles to work in it every day, and my feet are happy--not sore and without blisters. They work with most outfits, but I still do feel a little momish in them. Overall, great buy.

Cute but no arch support -
If you're expecting the wonderful Keens foot bed, don't buy this shoe. It is like a ballet slipper with no arch support. They are cute and relatively comfortable but I wish they had the original Keens foot bed.

Cute shoe but runs small be sure to order a half size up. I just kept what I had ordered and they have stretched a bit. I've been wearing them almost every day since I got them.

Comfy and cute -
This is a cute and comfortable shoe. I have a wide foot with a bunion and the size 11 fit me just fine. The elastic strap does leave a mark on my foot at the end of the day, but on the other hand I feel quite secure in the shoe. My one complaint is that the sole in the front of the shoe is not substantial and at the end of the day, it almost feels like the ball of my foot is in contact with the pavement, if that makes sense. This happens on the bunion side and there is some funkiness going on on the bottom of my foot. Having said that, I am still looking to buy other colors as it is a good summer shoe.

Needs a bit more cushion -
I really like these shoes! I do wish they had a bit more cushion and arch support - they are bit thin and I can feel every step. My solution was to order a half size up and put a memory foam insert in. It makes a big difference and I'm really liking the shoes. They are very soft and didn't rub the first day out, even without socks.

Great shoes, run short -
My first pair of Keens - love the slip-on ease and they are perfect airport shoes for those TSA moments. I have them in brown and although I ordered my usual size, they appear to run a bit short. My toes bump a bit on the end but was reluctant to order up as the rest of the shoe fits. Might need another pair in another color!

I have mixed feelings about this shoe. On one hand it fits perfectly, but on the other, it has no arch support and a very thin insole. I'm not sure how great my feet would feel after a day of walking in these shoes....but they are very cute!

Super cute, but just didn't work for me -
I absolutely love the way these shoes look. However, I ordered my regular size and I kept feeling my toes bump the end. I tried a 1/2 size bigger and they were too big all over. I'm so bummed because they are so cute, but just didn't fit my foot well. The strap helps for more narrow feet. Arch not great, but pretty comfy.

Super cute, but lacking in comfort -
These shoes were so cute, but I didn't keep them because they are not very supportive. I have to wear arch supports and although the insole is removable and would fit orthotics, I just didn't feel like they would be supportive for my feet. However, if you don't have any problems with your feet, they might be okay. Also, they are very lightweight. I am not sure they are worth the money.

First off, I have to say that I absolutely love the style of Keen shoes. They have this chunky, outdoorsy, yet modern charm to them, which I adore. Unfortunately, I have had a consistent problem with defective merchandise. The two Keen shoes I ordered, the Sienna Mary Jane and the Keen Waimea H2, both had defects so I had to return them. The Waimea H2's strap was unraveling and the Sienna Mary Janes had stitched coming apart. The replacement Waimea H2 sandals were fine and now I am waiting on the replacement Sienna Mary Janes. I hope those arrive in perfect working order. I do not know if it is some coincidence or fluke that the first two Keen shoes I have ever ordered were made badly, or if this is a sign of generally bad workmanship. I hope it is just a fluke because these shoes are so cute and comfortable. That said, I give Zappos five stars for having amazing customer service!
