Zappos service is unbeatable, prompt processing and free overnight shipping. Keen Sienna is comfortable. My first pair of Keen. I enjoy it. It actually has no arch support, but I don't have problem with that. I would suggest an insert for cushion if you plan to have a long walk or standing. In that case, you might want to order a half size up. Overall it is comfortable and stylish for business casual.

Love it - I ordered this shoe in a 6.5 because some reviewers said the shoe runs small. I found that it felt like a true 6.5 - and I tried the size 6 on in a store and that felt like a 6 (my usual size). The shoe has little arch support but it is still comfortable all day. It looks great with jeans and pants. I'll order it in other colors. Glad Keen is making nice looking shoes and not the bulky designs they are known for.

Great comfortable shoe - These shoes are really comfortable. They are cute too. I wear them for work cuz they don't make my size 10s look huge. Not a bad walking shoe either. Felt true to size. I have a really narrow foot and have trouble keeping shoes on and these are great. No slippage. Bought them in 3 colors. Hope they last a long time.

I am in LOVE with this shoe! This is my third pair of Keen's Sienna Mary Jane! I have the orange ones, the maroon ones, and I just purchased the brown ones. They are super comfy right out of the box. I am a school teacher and these are perfect. I can wear them with skirts or khakis, and I never stop receiving compliments on them! Hooray for Keen! These are winners all around!

This product looks good but it is WAY out of size. I ordered an extra-large for my wife and it JUST fit my youngest daughter whio takes a small and sometimes a medium.

Perfect fit! After reading the other reviews, I was hesitant to order these in my actual size but I did. I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly. I love that they slip on and off easily, are very cute and go with everything casual. And I love orange!

Great Shoes - I had a pair of these wonderful shoes in another color when I ordered a new pair. They are simple, but oh so comfortable, and I love them so much I had to have a pair in a different color. Who knows, I may get even more!

Finally found the perfect casual shoe! These are great shoes! Comfortable right out of the box; comfortable walking/standing all day. I have finally found a shoe I reach for again and again and again.

Keen Sienna Mary Jane - I almost didn't buy this shoe because, though I liked everything about it, I always feel self-conscious with my large-ish feet in Mary Janes. I'm so glad I decided to buy them. Not only are they flattering, but they're extremely comfortable and supportive. I typically need a break-in period with new shoes, but these felt great right away. I highly recommend them! I bought these and another pair of Keens, and I'm a convert, will only be buying Keens when possible now. Also, Zappos upgraded my shipping after I ordered, and I received them in about 24 hours. Thanks Zappos, you're the best!

Great shoe! I bought these shoes 5 days ago and love them. First of all-great job Zappos. I ordered these shoes Monday morning and they were on my doorstep by Tuesday evening. I've worn these shoes everyday since receiving them. They are really comfortable. I'm on my feet all day and my feet still felt good after wearing these shoes. The arch support is great although I have a feeling if you have low arches, this may get uncomfortable. The band is wide enough not to hurt. I have another pair of shoes with a skinny top band that hits right on top of a nerve or bone on my foot that makes me dread wearing that shoe for more than 3 hours. Not a problem with these. I didn't give 5 stars on comfort just because the toe opening is tight when you first slip the shoes on in the morning. After 10 minutes it stretches again and is not noticeable. Good looking shoes, great comfort, good traction. Well worth the money!

Great Shoes! I love these shoes. Unfortunately, I must wear full shoe orthotics and with these Keens the footbed removes and my orthotics slip right in. Normally, I wear a 9 or 9 1/2, but with these, I need a 10. Don't know if it's the orthotics or the shoe that require a larger size. They are comfortable, light weight, and great for traveling as they slip off at security or take little space when packing. Currently, I own 5 different colors.

Cute and Comfort - I just received my black maryjanes, overnight! I LOVE these shoes!!!! They are hands down the most comfortable shoes I own. And the biggest plus is that I can actually where these to the office. I must have other colors so that I can wear them constantly.

I really love these shoes- They're perfect for all the running around I do every day. They're cute and comfy and have become my favorite go-to shoe! I highly recommend it for a comfortable casual shoe.

Fabulous! These are my first pair of Keens, and I am so happy with them! They are as practical as they are cute and comfy, and that is important when you teach school and are on your feet for much of the day! I wear between a size 7 and a size 8, and I decided to go with an 8 based on the reviews I read. I think I made a wise decision. They fit just right, with enough room for thick socks as the weather up here in NY is getting mighty chilly! As always, Zappos shipping and customer service are incomparable.

Just what I wanted - These are cute, light, flexible and comfortable. These are more slipper-comfortable than walk-around-the-city-all day-comfortable, but they are great. Super easy to slip on or throw in a bag and carry them around. I use them for commuter shoes and love them.

I am in love - I am in love with this shoe. I can't stop wearing it. The cool thing too is that the insole is replaceable, which is great because I have super sweaty feet and have worn this shoe daily for quite some time and am now in need of a replacement. I'm on the website pondering buying the burgandy pair for the fall as I had the pea color for spring and summer. Guaranteed you will love this shoe!

Too Cute! I just received my Sienna Mary Jane, I am not usually a mary jane fan, but am definitely a Keen fan. I thought I would give these a try and they are too cute and so comfortable! I got the coffee color which is great and am going to order 2 more colors as they go well with capris, jeans, etc. I ordered my size and they fit well. I highly recommend these shoes!

I love these shoes! Fit perfect out of the box! They are very functional...able to dress an outfit up while still being able to walk miles. And, after a weekend trip to New Orleans, I can just toss them in the washing machine. I want to order one in every color!

Comfortable and Cute - This is a great shoe--very comfortable. It's an easy shoe put on when running out the door and it's cute enough to pull an outfit together without the risk of looking too casual. It doesn't seem like it will be a good winter weather shoe due to its cut, but great for fall and spring.

Great shoes - I returned a pair that were of size 7 1/2 and ordered size 8. I have a narrow foot and the 8's are perfect. The service was overnight and no hassle. I will definitely continue to order shoes from Zappos.

A long time ago I found these shoes, but I tossed them without writing down the information about them. After a LOT of other athletic shoes, I finally found them again. If you are an extreme over-pronator, these are the best shoes ever. Where other motion control shoes last a short while before giving in to one's over-pronation, these provide support and comfort for a very long while. You can bet I will be ordering a new pair before tossing the old ones!
