Arch support - This shoe does not have nearly as much arch support as some of the other models. I have put another support in the shoe replacing the existing one. Can wear but wish they would reissue the Monterrey sandal.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I am very pleased with this shoe. I have wide feet and a bunion but these shoes fit very comfortably the first time. My right foot is a little larger than the left so the right shoe was a little tight and felt a hair shorter but loosened up after just one wearing. I don't think I've ever had a shoe that I can put on out of the box and feel this good. I am way past wearing shoes that only look good but the nice styling was an added bonus.

Perfect working shoe! I am on my feet for 6 hours a day and the cushioning in these shoes has really helped me make it through the day. I recommend these shoes to anyone who has to stand for hours on end. I found the size to be true to fit.

Very Nice Shoe - I love Keen, and this shoe is great. The cross angle strap gives it a bit of flare and function and the fit is great. It is a great fit for me, as are all the Keen shoes.

Fun shoe - I ordered this shoe to wear with sox and jeans or without sox and nice pants. The shoe is super comfy, attractive (like the angled strap) and I wore them right out of the box for long periods of time. I got a half size larger to allow for sox because some of the keens fit tighter, but I probably could have gone with my regular size in this one. Great service, Zappos.

They are stylish in a casual way. I love any kind of Mary Janes and the angled strap on these adds interest. I got them in brown for fall and love them! I have other Keens so I knew to buy a size 8 instead of a 7.5, which is typically what I wear.

All Day Wear - Really comfortable; I stand all day working with elementary school children...the end of the day and my feet need help - these make it so much easier!

So, so, so cute and comfy - Very cute! I ordered these for my Mom and they're perfect. She has a little bit wider feet and they worked for her. They are so practical but definitely don't sacrifice cuteness.

Very comfy! These are great shoes: very comfortable & cute, just the Mary Janes I was looking for. My feet are narrow so I appreciated that these are a bit less wide in the toe area than other Keens (so folks with wide feet beware). The arch support is not so great, but the sole is firm & padded so that doesn't affect the comfort. I have a size 5 to 5 1/2 foot and the size 5 fit perfectly.

I love my Keens! This my third pair of Keens. I had a pair of black Amsterdams and I had worn them so much that they needed to be replaced, so I decided to change it up slightly and buy the Portland. I would say that the Amsterdams are a bit more comfortable (and I think they run a bit narrower if you have a narrow foot like me), but more casual-looking. The Portland is still a great shoe though, like all of my Keens. Great for commuting and running errands on foot.

Mary Jane - This shoe is perfect for my life style. I live in the mountains, and heels are not practical. When I want to wear a skirt or something other than jeans, these are just right. They are true to sizing and very comfortable. Arch support is not quite as good as other Keen styles, but is still pretty good. Really cute with or without socks.

Always a satisfied customer - I shop only at Zappos for shoes anymore. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else I have shopped and find them to be very helpful and friendly to work with.

This is my second pair of Keens and just like the other pair; I had to get a half size larger. They are very cute and comfortable once you wear them a couple of times. It only takes a little bit for them to break in. They are surprisingly lightweight and go with many different clothes.

The Best! I have been looking for a Mary Jane style that is comfortable and durable and this is it! I love this shoe and plan on getting some other colors. Thank goodness for Keen's!

Comfortable & Cute - I love these shoes! They're comfortable and dressy enough for work but casual enough for jeans. I wear the practically everyday.

Christmas gift - I had told my husband that I wanted a pair of Keen Mary Janes for Christmas. (There are many styles) I forgot to even mention the size. Shoes came with in 24 hours, perfect fit and I love the style. Keens are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have 3 styles. Just what I wanted. Thanks.

Awesome shoe for (a hard to find size 5) mother in law!!! My mother in law put the shoe on immediately and did not remove them over the Christmas Holiday. She is a size 5 and has a hard time finding shoes. Very very comfortable.

Keen Portland Mary Jane - This shoe fit as soon as I put it on. They feel safe enough to wear them even on the ice and snow. I find to be very cute and they look great with sporty clothes.

Looks nice on. Very comfortable. Nice adjustability of strap allows you to put on and off without undoing strap.

Inconsistent sizing - I love the style of this Keens. I have 3 other pair of Keens that I adore. Ordered these in the same size and am glad I wore them around the house for long enough to discover how uncomfortable they were. My toes hit the end and the shoe was sloppily wide, unlike my Calistoga's and Seattle's, which fit perfectly. Too bad, because they really are cute, and the carnelian is to die for!

The perfect Mary Jane - I love the Mary Jane style of shoe. That being said, the Seattle is a little too clunky for me even though I primarily wear slacks for everything. These are incredibly cute, and the slanted strap just adds to the charm. However, they are a little short. I'm going to try to get a size larger. The heels moved around a little so I put in heel pads, which pushed my foot too far forward. But as far as comfort, they are awesome.

Keen Portland Mary Jane - I have MANY Keens, and this particular shoe is good, but not their best. The angled strap looks a little silly, and the arch support is only OK. The foot beds in Keens have changed a bit, and are not as comfortable as they used to be (lower quality materials) - probably trying to cut costs, like everyone else...

Black feet - I am pleased with the comfort of these shoes, but they turn my feet black if I wear them without socks. I was hoping for a little more arch support as well.

Cute but not cut for me - Zappos always does such a great job of displaying the shoes on their web site and these were just as cute when they arrived as I thought they would be from the images. The coffee liquor color was great too - a wonderful neutral. But the inside side of the shoe was cut just a little low for my high arch so not enough support there for me and I returned it with regret.
