Bought these about 2 weeks ago and have worn them MINIMALLY, and they're already VERY dirty. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have had several pair of these slippers and given these as gifts several times. I am 57 and wear children's shoes. I ask for a new pair of Dakota slippers for Christmas. Unlike any I have ever worn they are most uncomfortable. They slip on my feet and are very uncomfortable. I will not be ordering any more of these or giving for gifts!! So sad because I did love them. Not sure what went wrong.

I bought these slippers in December 2017. It's the beginning of February 2018 and the insides are separating and curling up. They are now worthless.

I bought these slippers as a gift for someone and bought a size lower than their shoe size as I have in the past with Ugg boots (that have fit great). The slippers were too small for her so I bought her regular shoe size and the slippers were too small once again. Trying one more time I bought a size up from her typical shoe size and these were still too small. Incidentally I received a pair of Athena Ugg slippers and had the exact same issue, trying three times and buying and returning the shoes three times (online as I don't live near an Ugg store). It was an unexpected hassle and I'm very disappointed with the sizing. I would not put effort into buying them again or reccomend anyone else to do so.

After three days the stitching on the right slipper came undone and I had to take it to the show maker. That is totally crazy! I should have returned them. But I bought on-line and doubted they would be exchanged since I had worn them a few times.

These are not true to size. They looked like 2 different shoes

Sent back my Uggs. Too small. They received last week but still no confirmation a new pair has been shipped out. So I wait

I really love Ugg products!! Own quite a few pairs of boots and even an Ugh bathrobe Very disappointed with the Dakota mocassins. Found they came too far up on the top of my foot, making them uncomfortable Wanted to really love them and buy more

I had to return them. I brought a bigger size . Couldn't fit my foot in them

The color is off! They look like a knock off!

- Too much fur in the shoes. I am normally a size 7 so I decided to order a 7. Got the item but could barely fit my foot in the shoes. I exchanged them for a size 9 but still didn't fit well so I returned them all together.

When I ordered and received these slippers a little less than two months ago, I initially thought they were incredibly well designed and comfortable. That was a mere two months ago. After having used these slippers for less than 60 days, the lining of both slippers is beginning to fall out in large chunks. For the amount of money I paid for these not so inexpensive slippers from what is supposed to be a reputable company, I am beyond disappointed by the poor craftsmanship and the minimal time in which these slippers are becoming utterly unwearable. I don't think I will ever purchase items from UGG again. Truly, a terrible purchase.

I have purchased the same slippers every year for the last five years but it seems that something has changed and the quality is just not the same. I don't know if the company was sold but you should go back to who you bought it from and ask them to help you with the manufacturing process .

You can't return or exchange a sale item so be careful when you make a purchase. Especially if they send you a pair of shoes that the left and right shoe conditions actually don't match. I am pretty sure the right shoe is a used one and the color is dirtier and more worn than the other shoe.

Ugg products are great, but they need to have wide sizes especially in the moccasins. Sadly I had to return them.

I would like to return them they are too big and size smaller are too small

I love the slipper, but I can't wear them. They are too narrow and I get blisters FROM SLIPPERS that are supposed to be comfortable. Have worn them around the house to try to break them in, but not working

Runs small. Color is an odd purple. Too expensive to return so I'll just wear them as house shoes. Pretty disappointing . . .

Unlike what was printed three (3) times........there was no FREE RETURN. I paid for the priority shipping to return the shoes.

Very disappointed in these slippers. The "ugg wool" lining is itchy and hot. Wool naturally moderates temperature so feet should NOT sweat or feel hot- but will wearing these. The worst part about the lining is that it BUNCHES UP under your toes into a ridge clump. Zero arch support, and clearly these will not last. These were expensive for me, and what I thought would be an investment in comfort. Ugh! err... Ugg- just another brand that doesn't make em like they used to...

Dakota woman slipper. Changed the way the slipper is made. Not happy at all. Slipper is too shallow, slips off foot and sheepskin is skimpy at best. Slipper is not as deep for foot to stay in shoe itself and feels like a clog not a slipper. Most stores all around now carry the new style and cant get the old style but if you are lucky in stores carrying Ugg brand but wont send order out just store shop only. Too bad they have ruined a great product by cutting back on suede to save a few dollars and loose comfort. Why oh why did you have to change a good thing. Just lost a faithful customer. Boots are not what they used to be either so hanging onto my old ones for rest of my life. Happy New Year but so disappointed forever.

I love Uggs and I buy 3 pairs a year. I buy them for friends and family as gifts. However the Uggs they are making now are trending toward pointy toe and way to narrow for myself, family and friends.

i have a normal width foot however these were way to narrow!!! I had to return them.. Also the Vamp came up to the top of my foot to high and was a strange look for a moccasin.
