I love the slippers but they are continually coming untied, no matter how tight I tie them. I'm constantly carrying a baby around and have tripped over these more than once.

I ordered an identical pair in December, but they were too narrow. These were advrtised to be WIDE. They weren't.

I have thin small feet, these shoes were so narrow I could not get my foot into them.

I bought this one because I have an old pair and I loved it, still have then but they got kind of wide, so decided to get this ones but this new pair is horrible at least the left foot, I took the string off because I wanted to change the style and not even five months wearing it the left foot broke on the side and in the front. Maybe that one material was expired, I dont know but il not very happy.

Slippers are still nestled safely under the tree, just like Turbo Man.

I never imaged I can buy a pair of uggs and have them rub my feet so badly that they bleed. The edge sits way too high for small feet and is incredibly hard. I have narrow feet, so it's not that. Now I cannot return them because I wore them for a day and you can tell. Feel incredibly disappointed.

These aren't made for white feet & they are really hard they felt like I was wearing hard plastic bowels, item was returned.

They don't fit.

I purchased a pair of these a couple of years ago and lost one so I recently ordered a new pair. Even though I bought the exact same pair (size and color) they were WAY too small! My feet have not grown in size. What in the world happened? I then bought 3 pair of sandals from ugg in my normal size and they fit. What's going on with the Dakotas? Why is the sizing so inconsistent?!

These look completely different in person than how they do in the picture. I gave these to my mom. Nope. Never again buying moccasins from here ever again.

Product is not what I expected the quality is very poor

Purchased two pairs of Ugg's recently and neither fit, not even close. I'm not sure what's going on, we're an UGG family and have owned many products, we thought sourcing from the UGG store and not third party resellers we would get the correct size but no cigar. Buyer beware.

I got these for Christmas and what a shame I can't even wear them I got a pair in black and they fit and the grey doesn't fit. I am always a size 7 in ugg and the grey Dakota don't fit

The process of getting/returning shoes was a nightmare and for the price they are absolutely not worth it. I've had them for a few weeks and wear them sparingly, and they are already feeling worn in.

I'm normally a size 8 so I went big with a size 10. Can't get them on at all.

I ordered my size that I always buy from Ugg's and it was too tight so I exchanged and and ordered the next size up and it was too big. And it was such a hassle in returning them for a refund

The slipper is very narrow. My toes were hurting me in less than hour walking around just in my house. I will have to return.

Disappointed in purchasing this product after owning a pair of sheepskin Dakotas that I needed to replace only to realize they are now produced with ugg plush. The quality is significantly lower and the shoes I bought weeks ago already look to have the same amount of wear as my years old Dakota moccasins. I would not have purchased these had I known they no longer used sheepskin material.

The slippers are sized much smaller than any of their other products.

I wore these a couple times in my house and the inside pad has come loose sonit bunches under my foot and is painful to walk on wouldn't recommend at all

Worst experience ever with the customer experience. Each time when I called in, I had to wait on hold for half an hour to get their help. Once they promised to help, they all put me on hold for another half an hour and eventually just hang up! My issue is still not solved and I have wasted so much of my time. Will never buy anything from ugg.com again.

I can't wear these. They kill my little toe with a rough seam.

These UGGs are different from the last pair of Dakota slippers that I purchased. Seems like a different manufacturer or they were made in China.

I ordered this item online and when I received it unfortunately it looked used. I sent it back for an exchange which took over a month and I had to call customer service numerous times to the point where the last representative had to put a ticket in to expedite the exchange process. When I finally received the exchange item once again the slippers looked used. I took the item to the UGG outlet and got my money back. I was extremely disappointed since I'm a huge fan of UGG and have purchased many of their items before.
