Very disappointed for the money this is my 2nd pair the soles do not come up far enough to cover the front of the shoe if you wear them out your toe (bottom) hits the ground and quickly puts hole in the material .. they need to bring the sole up to protect the bottom like they did the back that comes up the back to protect the heel ..

I have this pair in black and they fit perfectly. I ordered the pink and the do not fit. They are too shallow in height on the arch. It's loke they need to be stretched by a tennis ball. I have thin feet but also had my highschoolers try and they agreed there is something wrong with this pair.

Didn't open Til Christmas. Have worn for a month. Noticed the 'fur' getting packed down and they're not as warm as my old pair of 8 years. Looked at the inside and found they are not lined with shearling. They don't even have it on the insoles. Guess it was my bad for assuming they would be of the same standard as my originals. Now Ugg is no better than any other shoe. Bye, bye Ugg. Never again.

One of the shoes came apart, this item needs to be returned

The recommendation was to go down to the lower size So if the person wears 8 1/2 you should order 8. This is NOT CORRECT. Slippers were too small. They were a gift to an elderly person out of town. Have to get the Slippers back to return them now. Not ideal

bought as a gift. the person wears 7.5, i ordered 8. Too small for the person. I tried for myself as I wear an 8...i think a size 9 would have been best for both of us.

Uggs are a great product; but this style wasn't at the top of my list.

I like the look of this slipper but it was so narrow my toes started to go numb! I went up a size and they were so big my heel came out when I walked. Disappointed because I had these slippers years ago and loved them.

I got the Dakota slippers a few years ago and I loved them. I was in need of another pair so my elderly parents ordered me the grey Dakota slippers with grey wool. This was the last pair in my size when they ordered. They are beautiful and fit well however when I removed them from the box and unwrapped the tissue paper one of the bows on the slippers was not tied nor was it stitched. There were no more available so there was no sending them back for replacement. Needless to say my husband tied it trying to make it look well enough so I am just wearing them like they are.

The back kept sliding off and I wanted something different.

I bought these because my feet/ankles have been swollen lately and my old pair are just right. These are way too tight. I don't know if I should break them in or return them, but right now, they are very uncomfortable.

I'd originally gotten a pair of very soft ugg moccasins a few years ago, but they seem to've been discontinued. Ordered these as an alternative. They were delivered promptly, but I had to return as the leather was not soft and the shoes were too small. I ordered a size 8, but they were not correctly sized. I understand that you have to give time for your footprint to press the shearling into form, but it was a struggle to work a foot into the shoe and they were very tight.

This isn't my first pair of UGGS but these run super small (I sized up and still very small.) So a huge bummer. If you're buying size up 2 sizes.

Loved the feel of the Dakota when I received. Fit was great. However I felt the quality was poor on the inside foot lining. It was bunching after the first day like a cheap brand does that doesn't have the quality or reputation of Ugg. So I am exchanging it for another style of equal value and I hope it works out better.

I recently bought my fourth pair of dakotas. They have been my favorite forever. Warm and comfy and perfect. These new ones I bought fit weird. They don't feel anywhere near as quality. And I can't even bring myself to really wear them. They are uncomfortable and it breaks my heart. I feel like I just wasted a bunch of money and it bums me out really bad.

The basic Dakota moccasin is a great design, solid and comfortable. But you used to offer them with cool decorations like rhinestones, silk bows on top, sequins, suede flowers, etc. Without the decorations they are just too plain.

I don't know if this is what you want to hear, but here goes: My bunion has gotten so bad that I can no longer wear ANY of my shoes- and they are all comfortable and very expensive flats- without excruciating pain- EXCEPT for my UGG Dakotas. I wore them into NYC yesterday for a doctor's appointment. And yes, I am about to be scheduled for foot surgery. THANK GOODNESS foe UGGS!!

I love UGG boots but these moccasins are too narrow and to painful to try and stretch out. I even bought a size up hoping that might help but they were also too narrow and too long. They just didn't work for me but it is nice to know they work for many others because UGGs are nice and toasty. Please consider making these adorable moccasins in a wider size.

Cute shoes, but they are so tight. I wish I bought the slip ons instead.

I have worn these slippers for more years then I can count. My most recent pair failed to keep my feet warm this winter which made me look to see what the lining is made of. 20% lyocell. Well that's explains why my feet were cold. I'll be searching for a new brand unless they are changed back to the original shearling I know and love.

I normally love ugg products and have never had an issue but this pair began folding up in the middle part of my foot, near the arch. It now feels like I have a lump in my shoe. Very very unsatisfied with this pair.

This was my fourth pair of Dakotas. I've always loved them for the comfort. This last pair was completely uncomfortable. I ordered size 9. My daughter, who wears an 8, tried them. They were too tight for her. I can't even be disappointed though. One defective pair out of the 15 I own. I'll always be a lifelong customer. Thank you!

The lining has come away from the side causing my pinkie toe to blister from rubbing on side of slipper after about 6 weeks.
