I really don't like the color. It's way too gold for my taste

I love these slippers I have a pair from over ten years ago that I now wear to garden in. However I bought another pair about two years ago and the 5th time I wore them the seams ripped and my pair from tens years ago is in better shape. Quality has declined over the years sadly.

They're lovely and cuddly, but I have to return them and buy a size larger.

Loved the look, but the were to small. I returned them and am now waiting for a different pair that is currently back ordered....wanted the back ordered pair in the first place. I'm not getting the color I wanted, but wasn't given the option to order.

This is my first closed-heel slipper and I couldn't get used it to. I wish I could because I love the way they look.

I loved the shoe it was warm and cozy, but I have a narrow heel and they flopped up and down on my feet. At that price it wasn't worth looking like I was wearing shoes that were to big for me.

These shows were nice and seemed warm. They were a gift, and unfortunately did not for the person. It would be great if the offered half sizes and W.

I'm size 2 usually kid for boot which I thought it was going to be the same thing but I was wrong it didn't fit so I had to returned them sad I want to switch for a bigger size they didn't have it

wife likes the look. but says it is too small. i went a half size up. i feel bad because she doesnt wear them because of this.

Normally my shoe size 6.5. And I ordered size 7, but little tight.

slippers are soft and warm; stylish too. excellent quality.

Long enough but way to tight at the top of the foot

These are nice comfortable warm shoes. Im giving these 3 stars because I would of loved for the rubber sole to come up higher on the front, they get so dirty! I wanted them to be my everyday lounge shoes but because the suede rubs on the floor with every step they can't be. Sad. A darker color would have been better for that reason. I also went half a size up ! Great decision.

I love Uggs, but I returned because I didn't like the pinkish shoelaces and the square-ish shape of the toe.

So upset when they arrived, they were very narrow and I ordered the usual size I wear. Need to return.

The shoelace bow on top of the shoe came apart, and is very very difficult /impossible to match the original Design. The thread material that holds the bow had broke off and unraveled the tie. I called customer service to return for a refund/exchange and they took care of the matter immediately. I will be sending back for a refund, then repurchasing. I had already exchanged this item for a bigger size, and u can only do 1 exchange apparently so I will ask for a refund and replace order. Shoe is very cute!!

The first pair of 8s I got were two different sizes. They both said 8, but one was clearly an inch longer and wider. I had to pay for shipping back to recieve a credit. I ordered another pair of 8s and I felt like one of Cinderella sisters trying on the glass slipper. My toe felt like it was breaking getting it on. It was so painful! Had to do another exchange. This time they covered shipping it back. Went up a size to 9. They fit, but aren't comfortable. So now after all of that I'm stuck with a pair of expensive slippers I'll never wear.

Shoe appears to be at least 1/2 to whole size smaller. Narrow and small.

Had to return the shoes for a bigger size. I wear a size 9 and they were too tight.

Returned.

I thought they would break in after a few uses but never did so now I can't wear them :-(

I wish there was more cushion and they weren't as narrow.
