I find that the lightest color slipper (Tobacco II) has the most generous amount of fleece inside. This pair is the Chestnut color, and the amount of fleece is not as generous, but is enough to be perfectly comfortable and not feel short-changed. Big Kids' size 6 fits like my Women's size 8. My shoe size is generally 8. These have run true to size for the last 3 yrs or so. I add my own cushioning/arch support orthotic beneath the fleece foot-bed. Perfect. Love them. They are plenty durable. I wear them daily indoors, and outdoors in good weather.

I always get the Dakota's style fits well and I usually do one new insert on a pair before I treat myself to a whole new pair

This is my second pair of this color rose gray Dakota moccasins and I love the color and style. They fit a little tight but will stretch enough to fit just right.

My daughter loves her moccasins that I got her for Christmas, unfortunately the wrong size was ordered.
Fortunately for me the return/exchange from start to finish was as pleasant of an experience as can be considering. Within 15 minutes of dropping the wrong footwear off at the post office I got an email stating Ugg was processing the return, within 2 days I received the new ones. The entire process took 3 days so I was thoroughly impressed with the speed, efficiency and email communication/status updates from Ugg.
Let's face it most consumers dread Christmas returns/exchanges especially online but I met little to no resistance with the process so thank you to everyone involved at Ugg

These Uggs were a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter and she LOVES them! She said they are so warm and comfy and it's "the IN thing" to wear them outdoors as well. I am just happy she is happy with them! I bought her the Tobacco color. I did have to exchange for 1 size up as they seem to run a little small.
