These boots are great to dress up a plain outfit. They came folded in half which I though would ruin the slouch of the boot, but it was completely fine. You can feel the inside of the boots though (the structure) which can get a bit weird but if you wear socks – even with super thin ones it should be fine. The boots have a rich dark color, but be careful handling them as they can get dirty very easily. Some sort of suede protector should do the trick. You could fit a pair of skinny jeans in just fine but if you have larger calves it may be a bit of a struggle, but I am sure not impossible. I normally wear an 8.5 or a 9. I ordered the 9 and it was a bit roomy but it’s okay because I plan to wear socks with them in the cold. Overall great boot, with great service from Zappos!!!

Great boots and great 1st experience with Zappos! Zappos is a great way to shop. This was my first order and they upgraded the shipping for free. I got my boots the day after I ordered them! They fit perfect, true to size not small. I appreciate the free shipping both ways after ordering with another company previously!

Booty-licious! I'm actually pleasantly surprised that these boots fit my wide feet! I'm a 7.5W but got an 8M and they work great for me. However, there is no arch support, but I've walked long distances in them and have had no overly painful issues with them. To me they look European so I fit in perfectly when I travel overseas!

Love, love, love - These boots were absolutely beautiful. My first order with Zappos also and thank you for upgrading my delivery. Your website was highly recommended to me and it was everything that was promised. Boots will be perfect with and insole. And I did order 1/2 size larger as recommended and they fit perfect.

Love these!! I've had these boots since early December and I have no complains at all. I'm really short and was apprehensive about getting a boot this tall, (I feel like I look shorter in boots like these) but the fact that I can scrunch them to be as tall or short as I want is great! I'm exactly a 5.5 in SM shoes, so I got a size up because I wanted to be able to wear them with thick socks in the winter and it worked out just fine. These are my "default" boots of the moment...I just love them.

LOVE EM! These boots are awesome. I thought I might order a half size bigger when I initially got them, but with thin socks or tights they are great... so I'm keeping my original size. You may want to consider ordering a slightly larger size than usual if you want to wear these with thick socks. I am a Steve Madden addict and I dunno how I have lived without these in my collection thus far. They are SUPER cute and make my feet look cute and little too!! I would highly recommend them.

Bump up half a size for comfort - These boots are beautiful, and very comfortable WITH a pair of socks. These boots have a plate in the front of the foot that compresses the toes down to keep the shape of the shoe, and if you wear socks in your true size, it'll be quite a squeeze. I am returning my 6.5 for a 7, and I'm sure they'll be great. The boot hits me an inch or so below the knee, and looks great with a skinny jean tucked in or a dress above the knee (and I hate my knees people, so wearing that combo, these have GOT to be cute). Overall, great buy.

Steve Madden Tianna - I just got these cute boots and I absolutely LOVE them! They make your feet look smaller and are quite comfortable. It's true to size. I will definitely be getting these in other colors.

Killer Boots - These boots are killer. Beautiful pitch black. Cushioned sole. Perfect scrunch. They're roomy -- not overly big but roomy -- and super comfortable. I have to say they are one of the most comfortable boots I own. I want to find them in every color!

AMAZING! I order these shoes yesterday and I received them today! Zappos service is awesome! I love these boots they are amazing! I purchased them for my Europe trip and they should be PERFECT! Buy them; they are awesome.

They're selling like hot cakes! I haven't been able to find these boots anywhere! Not even at the Steve Madden store itself! Zappos was the only place with my size in stock! The shipping was super fast! I made the order Thursday night and received them Friday evening! These boots make a great addition to almost any of my outfits and they're pretty comfy! The only drawback is that there isn't a lot of arch support, but all in all it's a great buy! It's one of my favorite shoes that I own, other than my Uggs. And I think they should be worn all season long, not just fall or winter. They're really a great buy and you won't regret it!

Love em! Thanks for all you feedback it really helped in my decision. I live outside the US so I could not afford any errors with my choice. Boots were true to size. Even though people say they are narrow I have to say they were an exact fit and not too narrow and not to wide. They are so comfortable and feel like you haven't got any shoes on. Love em. Wish I could get them in black as well, unfortunately they are sold out in my size.

AMAZING!!! I absolutely love these boots. I wear them so much. I got them in black and they go with everything. At first the toe felt a little too tight, but they completely molded to my feet. To anyone thinking of buying them… definitely do it. They are a great buy.

Lovely boot - Super cute, good quality, felt great right away---was trying them on and my 12 year old daughter and her friend said "sexy" so there you go.

Tianna in Grey - Soooooo cute. I got these in 8.5 because I wear somewhere between 8 and 9. They're too small :(. Luckily, Zappos had one pair left in 9, so I snatched those suckers right up. Order 1/2 size up for real! Zappos, of course, rocks - I ordered the other pair yesterday at 3 PM, and they are en route to my house right now.

Very cute,( order a half a size larger)! I received this shoe in less than a week. As soon as I opened the box I was impressed with how nice they looked. I was a little hesitant to purchase suede shoes since black ones usually seem faded. This one is a nice solid dark black. After trying them on I realized i needed a half a size larger. Aside from that I love them! Oh and if you are military or just live overseas Zappos is the quickest shipment I have ever received. Enjoy!

Awesome. I ordered these boots late last night and they arrived around 11:30 this morning. I couldn't believe how fast they arrived. The color appears a bit different than shown but they are still awesome boots. They are super comfy. I also like the fact that you can scrunch them down or pull them up, and they look great with jeans. My only complaint is that they are a tad big around the calf, I think that they would be more aesthetically pleasing if they were a tighter fit around the leg (I have very slim calves so most wouldn't have this complaint.)

Best Boot Ever! I have not had a pair of shoes more comfortable than Steve Madden's Tianna. They are super comfortable and extremely easy to pull on and take off. Weird Alert: I am an amputee with a prosthesis and this boot was so soft and malleable that it fit my prosthetic foot without any problems. The slouch in the boot is perfect. I got them in gray. I get compliments on them all the time. A little suede protectant (also purchased through Zappos.com) goes a long way when in East Coast snow and the style still holds up in San Francisco sun! I was truly impressed with these shoes.

Perfect in every way - I was searching for a good pair of flat boots, either dark brown suede, or light brown leather. These did the trick perfectly for the former and I get more compliments on them than I do my UGG boots! The only thing is that they aren't as narrow around the calf as they look. It may just be because I'm a very slender, fit person, but they fit a little loosely and get pretty wrinkly.

Very Pleased - I ordered these on a Tuesday and had them Wednesday evening, tried them on and fell in love. I'll be buying another color next pay period. I have to say I've been a "Plus sized" girl all my life, now these don't come all the way past my calf but they "scrunch" up nicely and look very cool. Love the fact that my feet are on the ground and I'm very comfortable. GREAT boot...will be ordering more as time goes on, Love the fact that they offer this in blue as well.

LOVE IT!!!! I love these boots...I love boots in general but I must say that out of all the boots I have these are my favorite I ordered up a size I normally wear a 7.5 and I ordered an 8 and they fit just fine a little roomy but that is fine because I wear thicker socks in the winter. Every time I wear them out people just stop and stare...I love wearing them with my skinny jeans or leggings they are just so effin adorable!!! Zappos rocks they have the best customer service ever!!!!

Great boot - gray color is lighter than shown! I got my boots yesterday in Gray - they're a little lighter than I expected (lighter than they're shown in the picture) but definitely still cute. I have average size calves and they're perfect over my straight-leg jeans, not too loose or too tight. As other reviewers have said, the sole is thin - it's no worse than a pair of ballet flats, though.

LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! I'm so happy with these boots. I wanted them so badly but the color I wanted was unavailable so I signed up for the "Notify me if my size comes in" feature, and they became available a week later. The Blue is so gorgeous very eye catching. I ordered a half size larger because my feet tend to swell and they fit just fine. They are comfy and the sole isn’t slippery when you walk. These boots were worth waiting for. Low comfortable heel, these look great with boot cut jeans or a nice longer casual skirt. I’m actually thinking of getting another pair!

Love the shoes - I am in love with these boots. They are so cute and pretty comfortable. I had to ski down my driveway in them, but that is my fault for wearing them in the winter. The overnight shipping was amazing. I had my shoes within 14 hours of ordering them. Amazing.
