Velcro cuts your feet - Nice looking shoes but hurt your feet. The Velcro rubs and creates sores.

Disappointed in looks and comfort - These look nice in the photo, but they look like orthopedic shoes on! The front of the shoe spans out around my foot like a ping-pong paddle. The materials are nice quality and the colors are rich, which is why I rated them a 2 and not a 1 on looks, but they are *very* unattractive and I would be embarrassed to wear them in public. Also, they are nowhere near as comfortable as I expected them to be. They are not uncomfortable, but for an "athletic" sandal, they don't feel any more comfortable than your average pair of $5 flip-flops. Not what I expected. They are definitely going back! I am glad Zappos is such a great merchant and that I can easily buy and return products. I have made many purchases from Zappos and will continue shopping here as Zappos is a wonderful merchant. This is the first time I've ever been this disappointed with a purchase.
