I received these as a Christmas gift and now, less than two weeks later, the seams have fallen apart. Do not buy.

Returned these for something my foot can actually fit into. The toe box was so incredibly small on these. They are NOT made for someone with a high instep. They look really really comfortable on other people, but not for anyone in my family.

Unfortunately way too narrow and are painful to wear.

Returned the product as the size was too small. Have not seen or heard about a replacement that was requested.

I had these shoes for only a few weeks when the weaving on the top of the shoe completely unraveled. I only wore them around my house, and was so disappointed because they are SO EXPENSIVE. I could not walk in them any longer so I sent them back to UGG. UGG sent me an email stating it did not "meet the conditions for return." I am so disappointed by the terrible customer service, and will never buy another pair of UGGs.

I purchased slippers for my granddaughter. She found them too tight across the arch of her foot and since tie is fixed she cannot adjust them. I also own a pair of the same slippers and have the sme problem. Perhaps not suitable for omen with a high arch

Have worn Dakota's for 5 plus years. Tag inside all previous pairs read Ugg s/n 5133. New pairs tag reads Ugg s/n 5612. Took them to wear for the first time while traveling and was SO sorry. They are so tight one wearing put blisters on both small toes. VERY uncomfortable to wear. Why the model change? Please offer widths. The pair I have are going in the trash as soon as I get home! No more Ugg slippers for me. They used to the best.

Bought to give my feet relief in Boston, but the inside lacing gave me blisters!!

Unfortunately the sizing for this Ugg product is different than for all other Ugg products that we have purchased. After 10 day they finally arrived just to find out that they were small. Sent them back on 12/24/2013 for a bigger size. As of 1/7/2013 they are still in transit back to Ugg. If all goes well I should receive the replacement by Spring. Very disappointing!!!

The soles wear out way too fast. Bought a pair 12/2012 and here I am buying another pair 12/2013! They had holes in the soles within 6 months, for the price I expect more. I'll see how this pair holds up, if the same results they will be my last pair.

I have been a customer for over 7 years, recently the stitching on my black dakota slippers has come loose. They are less than a year old so I shipped them back to Ugg. I received a letter saying the warranty doesn't cover this - and they shipped my defective slippers back to me. Needless to say I can't wear them anymore because my toes stick out. Just a warning! I am no longer a loyal Ugg customer and will never again buy a Ugg product! Disappointed.

I am disappointed. I had called to place my order with some specific questions about tags inside the shoe and was told that the newer model Dakota did not have tags in the shoe. I guess I was sent the older model because there are these big tags just above my arch support inside my foot and they itch and are uncomfortable. Also, they said go one size small. I wear an 8.5 and they said get an 8 so I did. After two weeks of daily wear they still feel tight. Also the lining is much thinner and less plush than the photos. Overall not so great.

Run super small - order one size up! I also have very high arches in my feet so they were uncomfortable for me; the BELLA used to fit perfectly but they no longer make that style :(

This product would have been a perfect gift for my best friend if it could fit her feet. UGG should not only carry narrow shoes, but also cater to women that have slightly wider feet.

Purchased for my daughter. The shoes are lovely, but she couldn't get her foot into the shoe. She is a size 8 -- I've always purchased UGGs for her in that size. Maybe the lining is so thick that it prevents the proper fitting. In any event, I must return. And, while I would recommend to a friend, I would suggest that they purchase in a store where they could get the best size since they may need as much as half to a whole size larger.

Despite the product description these are NOT FOR OUTDOOR, ALL DAY WEAR. Do NOT buy if that's what your intentions are!!! Beware. I bought these and after one day of moderate outdoor wear the suade on the bottom had turned black and beginning to wear out. I had asked two sales associates and both said they were for outdoor wear. When I complained to Ugg, they said NO these are for INDOOR WEAR primarily. They refused to refund me despite me giving proof they began to break outdoors. Buy only for indoors and don't count on good customer service if you are not happy after wearing them outside.

You use this product for casual wear or just to walk around the house and the thing that's great about the product is the fur inside of it makes your feet really warm the thing not so great about this product is it gets easily worn out and dirty

I thought they were comfortable but after 2 hours my feet felt as if I was walking barefoot all day! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I bought them to big to start with and then i just did not care for them once i got them..would like a different style and with no fur.. I have the Ugg boots the three button and I love them but just did not care for shoe..

I bought these shoes for my daughter last year. they still look brand new however the lining has worn out by the pinky toes making them unwearable as they now cause a blister every time she wears them. The rest of the shoe is perfect. Web site says the warranty is only good for one year but there is definately a defect in this shoe as she has many different Uggs and this is the only one with a problem.

I got theise uggs in chestnut cuz all my friends and classmates had them. I liked them at first but then they started looking black and green.(they were treated) Worst of all they would not stay tied in the frount. My ugg boots are a size 3 in kids and they fit so i decided to get theise shoes in a size 3. They are too small. Now i cant wear them anymore. Dont waste you money, dont buy them.

The product did not suite my liking

I purchased these slippers at 2 different times. I purchased size 11 last year and had to send back because they were too snug. This year, I purchased size 12 from UGG and were disappointed that they were still too narrow and unconfortable. I sent them back again. I am a size 11 and I do not have a very wide foot but they were too snug and uncomfortable for slippers.
