Satisfied - Soft, flexible, fits close to body, could have used a better cell phone pocket.

Love this bag! I just purchased this bag, and I think its great! I own another Fossil bag, the north-south organizer, and wanted a similar type of bag, so thought I'd try this. I'm very pleased with it. I'm going on vacation soon, and intend to take it w/ me. The 2 outside pockets are perfect for your camera and cell phone. The main compartment is roomy, besides my personal items, I received a bottle of perfumed soap as a gift at a baby shower and was able to put that in the bag as well. This bag is great. I own the camel color and would like to get this bag in another color as well.

I got this expecting a nice replica of a Roots bag, but it's not quite there as far as quality. The tan color looks really cheap, I think. If you get it, go for black or chocolate since darker colors are richer looking. It seems to be a basic little cross body bag for the times you want to be hands free and not worry about a bag falling off your shoulder. I think the price is a bit high though.

Great vacation bag! This is the perfect little vacation bag! There's just enough room for your essentials. Also a plus, the small front pockets hold your cell phone and camera for easy reach. I was looking for a cute and functional handbag to take on vacation and I found one!

Nice and Handy! Great Urban/Every Day Bag :) The FOSSIL SUTTER CROSSBODY bag is almost perfect! It's slightly larger than the size of a sheet of paper, and the single adjustable strap can be made shorter or longer depending on your height. I'm 5'9" and with the strap fully extended, the Sutter bag sits just below my hip, when wearing it crossbody, perfectly. Not too high and not too low. My bag is black with silver hardware, and although I'm not fond of the gold/tan contrast stitching, it doesn't make the bag look strange or gaudy. The leather strap is also lined with canvas (?), so it's leather on one-side and canvas on the other, and probably done for durability or comfort, or so the black leather strap won't transfer color to your shirt on a hot day when you're sweating. There's an interior zipper pocket in the main compartment, along with the two front pockets, and another zipper compartment in the back. What keeps the Sutter bag from being perfect are three minor things. First, the two additional pockets in the front are too short to actually store your sunglasses with/without the case. But not to worry, they'll fit in the main compartment with no trouble at all and won't distort the bag's slim shape. Another possible problem is the front pocket with the two snap buttons. The buttons are actually just decorative and the flap is kept in place by a hidden magnetic-middle button. This might be a problem if you decide to keep something important in that pocket because it might fall out or someone might be able to pick it. The last minor issue is that the main compartment doesn't have any small interior pockets other than the zippered one. The smaller interior pockets are handy to keep your cell phone or other items (i.e. lipstick) within easy reach, yet secured, but the Sutter doesn't have any. That's probably due to the slim shape of the bag and it's really not that big of a deal, but I thought you'd like to know. The Sutter bag also comes with a small Fossil skeleton key on a leather strap for additional ornamentation. You should remove it and refasten it if you want to keep this charm on the bag. It came undone when I was inspecting the bag for this review. All in all a nice cross body bag. If you haven't ordered from Zappos.com before, I'd like to say that they give excellent service. I've ordered several things from Zappos over the years and each time the item was delivered the next business day and free shipping! You can't beat that! :)

This purse is a perfect size with the right number of compartments. The leather is very soft but does mark easily. So far marks have cleaned up well with a leather cleaner. I recommend using a leather protector before use.

This is a great little bag that keeps everything in reach. The leather is so soft! I got one of the last blue ones and it is such a pretty color. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is that it won't fit my Fossil wallet very well. I have to wedge it in there. However, the back pocket will fit a global sized Kindle. As always with Zappos, the shipping was amazingly fast. I ordered it around 11 PM CST and it came sometime before 5 PM next day.

It is a good bag - definitely small. Sutter Crossbody Large is too big and this one is small - it will be great if Fossil comes up with an in between size.

Great little purse - This is a very well-made, attractive purse. I like the additional front pockets which hold a cell phone, camera, keys, etc. I especially love the long, wide, adjustable strap which is attractive leather on one side and strong nylon on the other so that the strap runs smoothly over my shoulder and clothes. My only complaint is that this purse could be a touch larger. I also considered the large Sutter Crossbody, but it was considerably bigger than this one. Not a bad thing, just not for me. Be aware that this is a purse for the basic essentials - wallet, checkbook, phone, keys, etc. You won't fit a water bottle or book in here. All in all, I'm very happy with it and have received many compliments on it.

Great purse, smaller than expected - Overall it’s a great purse. The shoulder strap is leather, but is lined with canvas on one side; this prevents the purse from sliding all over your shoulder as you move - very nice! The only downside is that the purse does not have a flat bottom, so it can't stand up. Also, this makes the interior smaller, so the purse holds less than you would expect.

The size is right, the leather is soft, lots of compartments to organize your stuff. There was a big problem for me with this bag. You access almost everything through zippers. Let me tell you, those zippers are sharp. I cut my finger!

Sutter Crossbody - This is a great bag, but unfortunately I'm returning it as it was smaller than I thought and I need a larger bag to stuff a day’s worth of gear in. Maybe giving the size/capacity of bags would be helpful when ordering. This would be The Bag if it were twice as big.

Color - The yellow color shows dirt quickly.
