Comfort and a bit of style -
I like the look of this shoe, but I prefer the Drew Bloom II overall. This one is comfortable, but I couldn't quite get the T strap fastened smoothly - it seemed to bunch a bit. The shoe still felt great and accommodated custom orthotics (big selling point for me). I've tried lots of 8.5 WW shoes, but the ones that fit me best are the Drews. I just wish they made styles that were a bit more fun - but with my problem feet comfort is my #1 priority. Just want to add that my Zappos’ experience could not have been better! It's impressive when a company offers such exceptional service!

I was excited to receive a pair of shoes that were 3E in width. You don't find that very often. However, when I received these, even though my shoe fit comfortably in the width, there was a 1/2 inch of room in the ankle/heel which caused significant slippage. I wanted to order a 1/2 size smaller and Zappos does not have that size. So unfortunately, these shoes did not work for me.

The Best I Could Get -
I need to wear a brace in one of my shoes to support my previously shattered ankle and consequently need double depth shoes. I wanted a black shoethat was a little lighter weight (none of these are light weight) than my other shoes, so I tried several pairs of these, as well as Drew's Delite. The Delite didn't have a double depth insole, so that was out. After removing both insoles, the Desiree had the depth I needed for my left foot, but the vertical strap of the T-strap was too long for my feet and I had to have it removed from both shoes. After returning four out of five pair of shoes and some money later (removing the vertical strap on both shoes, lengthening the left velcro strap to accommodate my brace, padding the back of the right shoe to accommodate its smaller size), I have a shoe I can wear. I really wish Zappos would sell mismatched shoes!

I purchased a pair of these shoes because I was looking for a shoe to accommodate my bunionettes and that wouldn't irritate my neuroma. Because I have this combination of issues (and flat feet to boot), it's hard to find shoes that fit. These shoes fit the bill. Unfortunately, after two months of wearing them, the sole started to crumble and break in half across the toe area. When I reached out to Drew to complain about my shoes, they responded that the particular color I purchased was discontinued and thus, they would be unable to provide me with a replacement pair because of the age of the shoe. After all is said and done, they said they could offer me a coupon towards another pair. After all is said and done, I can't bring myself to purchase another pair of shoes from a company that doesn't stand by their product. With my luck, I would purchase another older model and be in the same situation. These shoes are way too expensive for me to consider giving them another chance. Will not be purchasing another pair of Drew shoes for this reason.
