I had bought two pairs of these shoes, there are plastic supports in the heel that brake and cause a rattle sound. They do not last very long due to the wear, there are holes in the heels of the shoes. These are too expensive.

Cute shoe, but front part was too narrow. I could not get my foot into it to determine arch support. Footbed is cushioned and seems like it would be comfy.

So comfortable - I wear on cement for 10 hours straight for work. The only issue is the opening on outside toe box occasionally catches my little toenail. It might not for others - depending on proportion. Also, I have very narrow size 5 feet - I had to return and get a 6. These run very small all around. I do plan to order in another color as they are great for camping, yard work, and casual wear (and vegan!).

Love it. The width is a tiny bit narrow for me and hurts after a while. But over all I like this shoe.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I've waited a while for the black to come back in stock but settled for gray. It is very, very cute! The foot bed is comfy and cushy. Unfortunately it really rubs on the outsides of the foot. Blisters are on the way. They have to go back.

I think it is a cute shoe. Unfortunately the fit did not feel comfortable. If there was a 1/2 size larger, that might have worked.

The cute shoes fit like a glove when I put them on. Usually wear a size 7 and these fit perfect.

I have an extremely tough time finding comfortable shoes and this shoe fit better than I even hoped for. I have a pressure point on the pad of my foot and I don't even notice it in these shoes.

Bunion - I have a bunion on one foot. The shoe on that foot rubs and hurts my bunion. I am going to get a size larger and see if that helps, since I love the shoe.

Ran a little small, the front is more curved up than last year's model. Look a little elfish (said my teen). Super comfy!

Based on all of the great reviews, I went ahead and purchased these cute mules. However, they did not have Wide available, and I have found them to be less comfortable than all of the reviews have attested them to be. Perhaps it's a matter of breaking them in a bit more. The plastic does feel hard, and although I worried about them looking cheap as a result of the plastic, they're actually pretty cute, and the shiny buckle spruces the look right up. Very cute look with jeans or crops!

I'm flabbergasted to have to write this, but this shoe was incredibly small. I usually wear a 5, have a different style of this shoe (the buckled style) in a 5, and bought this one in a 5. Too small. Returned it for a 6. Too small. Returned it for a 7. Too small! I love this brand and they are completely perfect for a short woman who works in the operating room and needs comfortable shoes that can be wiped clean! So I am buying the 8! But there is something incredibly wrong with the sizing! Thanks as always to Zappos for being superior in customer service - all my returns were free.

A friend recommend these shoes to me. I purchased them. Very comfortable shoe. The only thing that I don't like is the heel on the left foot squeaks when you step down. I thought over time it would go away but it hasn't yet.

The soles are comfortable. There's no denying that. But they're not the greatest for walking in. If you're going to be on your feet for a long time, but don't have to do a lot of walking, these would be good shoes to wear. The trouble with walking in them is that they slide off the foot a little with each step. There is also a place where the stitching on the strap scratches my foot a bit. The platform also makes you a bit unstable. Between the shoe sliding off my foot and being on a platform, I twisted my ankle in this shoe and had to stay off my feet for a couple of days. Also, I almost fell down the stairs in these shoes because the foam sole got caught on the cement. I'm not a particularly clumsy person either. Be careful walking around in these shoes.

I like the shoes and a little metal piece fell off when I was adjusting. I wanted them for work the next day so I didn't send them back. I get tons of compliments every time I wear them. I have toe problem and need good support and comfort and width..these shoes are perfect! I got the pewter and love the color!

Bought with high hopes. I usually wear an 8, so these run small. Not as comfy as the others I had with the back strap. Will wear, but not as happy with them as I thought. On the other hand, very lightweight, easy to walk in & they give you some height without being uncomfortable.

My little toe hurts - Great style with nice chunky heel. I was pleased with the way they look, but needed to practice walking in them. They do take time to get used to, plus I wear flats most of the time. I’m not sure if it's just me, but my little toe keeps getting stuck/rubs in the toe opening closest to the ankle. The shoe is very light and squishy to walk on.

I was really disappointed with the bronze shoe. I have two other colors, black and pewter, in the same size and they fit great without socks or hosiery and keep my feet cool. These shoes rubbed and caused sores and blisters. Even though they are marked as 8 med. they are much narrower than the other shoes marked the same.

This is my third pair of these shoes. I have arthritis in one foot and I can wear these shoes without aggravating the pain. The problem I am having is that they started squeaking and the sound is quite noticeable. I emailed the company and they indicated I had to send them back at my own expense and they did not guarantee replacement. So I am keeping them and only wearing them around the house. Too bad as they are cute and comfy.

As difficult as it is to find gray shoes, and as cute as these are, as soon as you put your foot into them, you really really feel the holes digging into the side of your foot! Strange design. Had to return them...quickly!
