Runs a little long with a strangely squarish narrow toe tip. I ordered a half sized up but wouldn't have needed to. Quite a nice shoe except for the toe shape which looks much rounder in the picture than it is.

I like this model a lot. it's very comfortable and very steady. However, I do use the insole that I've bought separately, "Superfeet" brand to be precise. It does the trick. I would buy this model again.

Have always wore 8 1/2 in New Balance sneakers. These seem a bit tight. Would probably gone with have size larger, but once I really get them broker in they will be fine. Love the color!

I am happy with new walking shoes. They are very comfortable, give me excellent support and fit to size. I actually ordered the wide because my feet swell some at the end of the day and I wanted to be able to not think about my feet hurting! I would wear a heavier sock earlier in the day. They are light weight, roomy in the toe box and a good value.

I bought these for circuit training in the gym. They are just what I wanted: wide, sturdy, stable, and good traction. Insole is flimsy, which is a given in most shoes these days. So, I just pulled it out and put in my orthotic. The gray color is attractive and low profile. Nothing fancy. Just durable shoes to meet my fitness needs.

I usually wear a 10 in New Balance and that is what I ordered. It is just a bit flatter in the toe box than usual. It does seem to have broken in with wear. I might have purchased a 10 1/2.

Comfortable sneaker. Looks like a hiking boot. They have a tendency to slip if not tied tight. This is annoying when walking.

Good walking shoe - This is a very comfortable walking shoe for the money. It's not as cushy and comfy as the NB926 but it's not as costly, either. I'm happy with these shoes and more than happy with Zappos great service.

These are very classy shoes. Very true to size and your toes are not too crowded. The color is deep purple; maybe hard to tell that it is purple from a distance. The heel is high enough to give some lift, but not too high to be uncomfortable if you need to stand for long periods of time like I do.

First off, let me be clear. I love Zappos and do not intend to ever buy another pair of shoes from anyone else! These particular shoes, however, are a bit of a disappointment. I'd originally ordered a 7 wide and had to exchange them for a 7 extra wide. The extra wide still feels a little too snug. Maybe I'll just have to break them in, but they feel heavy too! I do like that they are a solid shoe that will probably last a while, but they feel clunky and a little tight.

New Balance 759 - I chose the 759 because I had wore at least six pairs of the 758 for two years, without a break-in period. Unfortunately, the 759 is not the same. I had a very painful few days, trying to use them gradually. I did keep them and do use them to exercise daily, as I was unable to find anything better.

New Balance WW759 - The shoe is comfortable, but I ordered a size 9 M when I normally wear an 8 1/2 M. It runs a little small, plus the heel collar pushes the foot forward making the shoe seem shorter. Seems a little snug, but is okay with thin socks.

Too hard! These are made with typical New Balance quality, and they fit okay although they do run a bit short. I normally wear a 7 or a 7.5 WW--these are a 7.5WW and are none too roomy. The reason I'm returning them, though, is that they are WAY too hard in the sole---it doesn't bend at all, and there's very little cushioning inside. So back they go---thanks for your super-easy returns, Zappos!

Heel too big. Normally New Balance fit me great, but I just stepped out of the heels on these, yet the length was right. Would've otherwise been comfortable and loved the color.

My search goes on for a sturdy hiking shoe in a truly wide width. I've ordered several different brands and they are all too narrow!

I bought a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and my feet flop around. I believe they are uncomfortable on my feet because they do not fit well.

I have a wide foot and ordered wide. Shoes are narrower than most wides. I thought so even after I took out the liner. My biggest complaint, however, is that shoes squeak, and I mean SQUEAK. I am returning these shoes because of that squeaking and the fact that shoes are stiff and nearly too narrow.

Good looking but poor fit - I bought these shoes to use with newly acquired orthotics. I called New Balance to ask if I should order a larger size. They said, "No. Order the size that you usually wear." We are going on a trip and will be doing a lot of walking so I wanted something comfortable. The PT person that made the orthotics for me suggested New Balance. My feet hurt when wearing them and I am pretty upset about it.

Have worn New Balance for years but these are too narrow in the toe box. Switched to a Saucony pair this time but hope New Balance will be a choice in the future. Shoes always a problem for me. Very high arches. Orthotics and sometimes Richie brace.

I have noticed that NB is making the shoes shorter and narrower than they did a couple years ago. Why did you change it? They were so perfect before.

Toe box was very small. I prefer more room for my toes to move around. Seemed to have plenty if padding but my feet ached while sitting down with these on. Not a good fit for me. (Diabetic, purchased wide.)

I am used to wearing Asics Gel Pacewalker but wanted something in brown & thought I'd try this shoe. What a mistake! I found it to be stiff and uncomfortable.

I love the fit, comfort and look of these shoes. Which is why I bought another pair when the first pair performed so badly. After only six months of wear in the garden, the soles on both pair of shoes became unglued and started peeling back from the shoe itself and are now just flapping around. I think that one should get more than six months of wear from a shoe that costs this much.

I always buy New Balance. I walk 3 miles a day. These are too narrow and heavy. I cannot wear them.
