Cute and Comfortable - They rubbed a little bit on my heel the first time I wore them, otherwise are very comfortable and look good with lots of outfits. I have one foot that's a size 10 and one that’s a 10 1/2 so often have to buy either a 10 or 11 since lots of women’s shoes don't come in 10 1/2. A 10 fits really well; the 11 was way too big. Zappos’ free express shipping is GREAT and the return procedure is very easy.

Great shoe - Very comfortable, Cute styling, loved the deep Maroon color. All around great shoe.

Love these shoes! Immediately comfortable, they took some breaking in to be perfect, and now are my favorite shoes for work and every day! And I can wear them for my commute, which is a big deal for me! I have slight bunion and a formerly broken pinkie toe on one foot, so few shoes fit comfortably. These shoes were wide enough to fit comfortably and made of soft leather that stretched to my foot's little imperfections. I bought gray and went back for them in black. Wish there were more colors in suede.

Great little flat - I searched extensively for a cute black flat and this is it! I usually buy more expensive brands of shoes, but this is as comfortable and attractive as the pricier brands.

Great shoe - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time! Plenty of toe room and very comfortable without socks/hose! The brown is VERY dark, but seems to go with everything! Would really recommend this shoe!

My favorite shoes! These shoes have become my favorite - they fit well, are the perfect height for standing in all day (I am a teacher). And -- comfortable shoes that look cute and snappy without that "orthopedic" look are rare! I will definitely purchase another pair.

Comfortable and cute! This shoe is extremely comfortable and goes well with both jeans and skirts. The foot bed provides really good cushion.

Swan Flats - Comfortable & Cute! I have a high instep so most flats cut into the top of my feet... but not the suede version of these flats! If Clark's had added a little arch support, then I would have given the Swan 5 stars! Note: I also have a leather pair of the Swan shoe, but they are not nearly as comfortable because the leather is stiff.

Not bad. I ordered the shoe in gray suede and loved it. Even without a "wide" size, it was able to accommodate my small but painful bunion (barely). They were very soft and required little or no breaking in. The insole does stick to the bottom of my heel, but otherwise no complaint. They hide dirt well, too. I loved them so much I ordered them in black suede, but these feel like a different kind of leather - much stiffer and needing more breaking in. I've worn them several times, but they're still not broken in, and they don't hide dirt as well.

Get these in gold!! Since I'm very much the practical shoe type and not the fun shoe type, I originally ordered these in black to wear to work. I'm trying to bust out a little though, so I went back and ordered the gold suede too. FABULOUS! The gold is absolutely beautiful and I'm really looking forward to wearing them out. I typically wear a 9.5 but had to order these in a 9. My only complaint is that they're not as comfortable out of the box as the Clarks Bluebird flat. My big toe rubs at the top of the shoe box, but a size up does not fit in the heel. I'm hoping they'll break in with a little wear.

Pretty dress casual shoe - I am very pleased with these shoes. I got the gold and it goes with just about everything. Get lots of compliments on them. They're not for heavy duty walking; I just wear them mostly for dress wear. I didn't buy them for super comfort, but they do feel pretty good. They're very attractive and classy looking. Zappos is simply the best place to buy shoes, that's why I save my time and order from Zappos. You've got the best staff in the world --thanks guys and gals!

Pretty good - I bought the black suede, and have been pleased at how good they look with many different outfits. I like the soft, opaque look of the suede especially with the black, it looks like a fancy slipper and adds an unusual and sophisticated look to an all-black outfit. The style of the shoe is solid, well-designed and could suit many different women. It is not a super cool/cute shoe, but you would need to pay a lot more for that, and Clarks is just not that kind of brand. I have lots of problems with shoes causing blisters, and I took a short walk in these and they were fine. However, my big toe rubs at the top of the shoe box, but if I went up a size, they would not fit in the heel. They are already slip a bit, but not a big deal. These shoes should probably be a few dollars less than what they are listed here as.

Clarks Swan - Black & Dark Brown - Ordered these from somewhere else (sorry Zappos), and got a 2 for price of 1 plus free shipping deal. cute shoes, well made, soft leather, nice rubber sole, squishy footbed... but toe box a little tight (I have short toes, so it was kind of ok). Shoe cut into skin at my ankle, seemed too high, so didn’t keep them. They are larger than I thought, but b/c the toes are tight it was ok. Also shoes more toe cleavage than I like (since your toes won’t fit all the way). Wish they would've worked.

Cute shoes, not the most comfortable - I wear these shoes with jeans, slacks, skirts and dresses. They side tends to rub into my baby toes and the top edge back of heel digs in a bit. I'm hoping since there leather, they will stretch a bit. There an adorable neutral shoe with not to much metallic.

Almost perfect - The shoe looks great and seems comfortable in fit. My problem with it was that the 5 was large for me and my heel wouldn't stay in the shoe.

Great shoe but needed insert - Once I found the right insert for the shoe (gel arch support), they were very comfortable.

I have wide feet and these fit okay but not really comfortable. Price was great, look is great.

Should break in to be a comfortable shoe. When I first put the shoe on, it felt very comfortable, like no breaking in would be necessary. After wearing for a few hours walking around, the sides of my feet hurt in the front of the shoe. I'm hoping after I wear them for awhile, they will stretch out a bit. I love the style.

Cute shoes! I can't wear heels anymore due to foot surgery, so have had to find cute, comfortable shoes with low/no heel. These are cute with pants, skirts, or dresses. No arch support, but a nice foam insole for comfort.

Cute and Comfortable - These shoes are very basic and will go with anything from jeans to dress pants. They are very comfortable but a little on the wider side.

Clarks! These shoes are VERY comfortable. My pinky toe on my R foot gets blistered but I think it must just be deformed because my L toes are fine. I usually wear an 11.5, bought the 12; it’s great. I needed a pair of basic black flats, and these shoes are great + they have a little detail that jazzes it up. A side note, they are full coverage over your toes... a lot of ballet flats etc have toe crack, there is none of that with these shoes.

Attractive for how comfortable it is - This shoe is enjoyable to wear; it feels very good on the foot. I'm on the fence about whether I find it cute, but it's definitely not bad looking for how comfortable it is.

Mixed review - I love Clarks and I wanted to love this shoe. I bought it in black suede and thought it was comfortable when I first wore it indoors. I decided to keep them and wore them outside. That's when the trouble started. They are stiff and don't soften up easily, and they shredded my heels by the time I'd walked a couple of blocks. I am still waiting for my feet to heal so I can try again. I might try to get some of those little socks that fit inside ballet flats just so I can wear them without blisters. Thought they fit slightly big - not sure if it is length or width, but they seem to kind of peel away from the foot when they bend in the process of walking and sometimes slipped off because of this. Also, the suede scuffed quickly, so no returning this shoe. :( I do think that they are super cute and hope I will still be able to wear them somehow.

Good shoe runs big - I loved this shoe! However, after a few times wearing it outside I noticed they were a bit big in the side of the shoe and the heel always kicked back on my heel creating blisters. Order a half size down from your normal size with these!

Could be better - I am a total "Clark's" fan - these look good and feel good until after a few hours on my feet they started rubbing my little toes (both feet) - nothing could be felt on the inside of the shoe so it appears to be the construction....still I will always look to Clark's 1st.
