Have owned many pairs of these. Wear them everyday and they can hold up for about a year.

Purchased for my boyfriend who has to stand on his feet for 9-10 hour shifts - he loves them. He says they're very comfortable and loves the look. Certainly recommend!

Great look and overall comfortable, not much arch support for those with high arches.

These are the only shoes that my husband really likes because they are so comfortable. He wears them until there are holes and the soles are almost gone.

My husband loves these shoes. He is a carpet installer so he wears out the tops of his shoes by the toes very quickly, these seem to last more than any other shoe we have tried including shell toes.

I am an almost 35y/o woman, and I am hooked on old skater style sneakers, which are now going the way of the dinosaur. I have been a loyal Vans customer for many years, but wasn't impressed by the styles being offered these days, and am also nit-picky for specifically black on black shoes. I broadened my search, found a few I liked, but settled on the Etnies. I liked the style, the position of the laces, and of course the black shoe with black sole. They fit well, a bit stiff but I'm thinking they'll loosen up. Support seems fine. A little disappointed in the shoe material as it it "action leather" having a distinct nu-buck appearance. Ah, well, they look good anyway.

I buy a new pair of shoes once every year or two. I bought two pair of these within 3 months because my dogs got a hold of the first pair. They are comfortable and I love how they are not flashy like a typical Etnies shoe. I'm almost 30 years old and always preferred a black Etnies shoe like this or similar.

I bought these as a gift for my brother. I love the fact there is free shipping and a 365 day return policy. It came in a timely manner, but if there is any problem, I can wait 'til Christmas, have him try them on, and still have the option to return them.

First pair of Etnies I've had and they feel pretty good. Sizing is right in line with DC Shoes, but with more support.

These Etnies Fader shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. I have bought 10 pairs of these shoes over the years and wear them to death. Mountain biking, sports, casual; they are awesome.

It seems like a good shoe; however it's a smaller size than I'm used to. Compared to a Converse Chuck Taylor you'll need to go up a full size.

Ran a little short. Maybe my son should start rethinking his size. Also, my son did not care for the thick tongue but he does not wear these for sports so that may be a plus for someone else.

I have been a skater/bmx rider for about 15 years gone through a lot of shoes. By far these are the best shoes I have owned. I have had 8 pairs of the all black Faders. They are tough, comfy and fit big feet size 13. Zappos always has them and I'm thankful for that because no one else has 13 anymore Pacsun Tillys etc.

My teenage son loves these shoes; they are all he wears. Considering the amount of use, they wear pretty well. He doesn't often find shoes that are comfortable but these really work for him.

These shoes continue to impress me. I got these last January, along with a pair of DC Villians (those were disappointing), and have worn them almost everyday. When I first put them on I was amazed at not only the foam insoles, but also the entire inside of the shoe seems to be lined with foam, which causes a true "form-fitting" effect. I have walked, biked, hiked, worked in these shoes now for almost a year and they are still breaking in and becoming more comfortable. Durability is second to none. Not the best in terms of style but the Fader is truly a classic.

My husband has needed new casual shoes for over a year and never bought any because he could not find any he liked. He wanted neutral, but not black, and he did not want any obnoxious designs on them (hard to find in skate shoes). The only ones that seemed to meet those had bright white soles that did not look right with the look of the shoe. Only Zappos helped us narrow to the right look and these are the best shoes that we have seen in years. They are comfortable, too!
